Flightsite.co.za — travel/flights booked
I booked Flights for Staff in my company to Travel through FlightSite. When employees wanted to travel the Flight was cancelled by Airline.
I have tried to contact airline direct, they do not want to give out any information as the Flight was booked through Flightsite.
I have contacted FlightSite several times, through email as well as telephonically. The Info email adress they provide nobody respons.
I have been in contact with Liezel van der Merwe from their company but no refund has been made since the 8 week waiting period for the refund has expired (10/10/2018).
I have tried to contact her several times but no response. I have phoned, their systems are either offline or they direct me to the info email which no one responds.
I honestly would never use them again, and I no longer know what to do.
