FlightHub customer service

I booked my trip in January, 2018 to fly to Baku Azerbaijan. Booking was confirmed and itinerary sent to me by e-mail. 2 days ago I found out looking at my account in their website that my flight arrangement was changed without any notification and instead of 1 stop and departing at 9pm it was changed to 4 stops: Toronto-Frankfurt, Frankfurt-Amsterdam, Amsterdam back to Frankfurt and finally from Frankfurt to Baku, departing from Toronto at 4.40pm. Can you imagine if I arrive to airport to my 9pm flight would find out that my actual flight already gone not mentioning why would I go to Amsterdam from Frankfurt and back again to Frankfurt. After a 2.30 hours of being on the phone they agreed to change my booking to Toronto-Frankfurt-Baku, but the problem is it takes about 72 hours to receive confirmation from Lufthansa/AC. So, here I am, 2 weeks prior of my planned trip in a middle of nowhere and there is no guaranty that flight will be confirmed…I will wait for one more day and if there is still no confirmation I would like to get a full refund as I hope that I have time to book my flight through another travel agency unlike this one.

FlightHub errors of the name on ticket cost us 1000$

Mesdames, messieurs,
In 31/03/2018, I bought 3 tickets for my 2 daughter and my self, from Montréal to Hanoi with the total cost is $4913.22 CAD . Reservation number is: [protected].
In the next day, I realised the name of my first child was incorrect, her sirname repeated 2 times. So I called Flighthub to correct her name.
The agent told me that they coud not do the correction, so I need to cancel my tickets and buy the new ones. I need to pay the cancelation fee for 3 tickets (125$/ticket), pay penalities for 3 tickets (around 200$ /ticket) and by 3 new tickets. I asked them, only one ticket have probl, so could I cancel and pay penaltie for only one of them and keep others tickets. They say NO. That mean, I paid: Cancelling fee: 375$. Penalities: 710, 82$CAD; Buy the new tickets (change schedules, etc) with $5016.36 CAD (reservation number: [protected]) . I lost 1100$ in the morning . I keep wonder why Flighthub could not be open to help us find a solution. The error of name typing is current. We accepted paying the fee in fair way, for One but not for THREE. For us, this money is to much, I need to work hard to get my child come back to their hometown. I think' I could buy Flighthub with the raisonable price but in fact, it is NOT. Very stressfull and deceived.

FlightHub customer service nightmare

FlightHub booking number [protected] for a flight from Toronto to Norway May 9 2018 returning May 17 2018 with Icelandair. I called to make a name correction for one of the passerngers so that it would match the passport exactly. I called 12 times in one week, spent from 20 to 60 minutes on the phone each time. The first agent said he would make the correction and call back, but he never called and never made the correction. All of the subsequent agents kept me on the line while trying to reach the airline. It never worked. One agent succeeded in reaching the airline, only to be told she was calling the wrong number and she needed to call the support line for travel agents instead. While calling this line, we got disconnected. When I called back several times after that, the agent always insisted there was no number for travel agents. One agent could barely speak English. Another agent told me to call back later as the calling queue was too long. Another agent told me to call the airline myself, which I did, only to be told the change needed to be made through the third party with which I booked. The airline told me the agents should be calling on a travel agent support line! Several times the calls got cut off after waiting on hold for extended periods, and when I called back, I had to start all over again. I sent an email to Flighthub, asking for the correction to be made; 8 days later there was still no action on it. What can I do to get this ticket corrected? I am at the end of my rope!

FlightHub horrible customer service won’t refund money

I booked a flight with flighthub for the first time and never again ! I booked my ticket and called in 12 hours later asking about overage charge on my credit card that didn't match the receipt provided by flight hub and asking to cancel my ticket. They advised me it would be $75 to cancel but I should wait til the payment was actually processed as pending may just seem higher. I waited and called back 2 days later to cancel and now they refuse to refund me my money! The rep sees i called in twice within 12 hours unhappy but keeps repeating "sorry we can't refund after it's been processed". YOU GUYS TOLD ME TO WAIT TIL IT WAS PROCESSED. Absolute horrible experience, spreading the word and never booking with them again!

FlightHub awful customer service with no follow up

I traveled to Vietnam on a booking I made with Flighthub this past Christmas. She got hit by a motorcycle while I was there and I had to delay my flight. When I called to do so, I was not only on hold for over an hour each time (three days in a row, prior to when I was originally supposed to fly out), after giving my information, nobody followed up with me even though someone was supposed to email me each time with new flight options. When I called to try to file a complaint, nobody would help me even get in touch with someone to communicate this. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.in March now, I am still trying to contact someone to help me resolve this issue.

FlightHub unauthorized flight change and charge to my credit card

I recently had to change my flight details. I paid the cancellation fee of $75 and the difference in fair to change my flights which totalled to $230. I woke up the next morning with another change to my flight and they charged me another $200. I called 3 days in a row, spoke to 3 different supervisors and neither them will refund the money to me. They keep telling me they need to investigate further and call me back. Nobody has called me back. They are refusing to refund the money even though it was them that made another change and an additional charge to my credit card without my authorization. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. I honestly believe they keep brushing me off so I stop calling.

I bought my tickets 4 months ago. 2 days ago I was in my account and found out that all flight settings were changed without me being notified. My trip changed from Toronto to Frankfurt, from Frankfurt to Amsterdam, then back from Amsterdam to Frankfurt and finally from Frankfurt to my destination country. My previous flight departure was 9pm, with this ridiculous new arrangement departure time is 4.40pm. Can you imagine if I’d arrive to the airport for 9 o’clock flight and find out that my actual flight has already gone. On top of everything after new trip was arranged with one stop I still have to wait for confirmation from Lufthansa/AC as I was told up to 72 hours. 2 weeks prior to my planned a few months ago trip I’m in a middle of nowhere, paid for tickets, but don’t know when and how I’m going. This situation brings a lots of frustration and stress…Customer service and waiting time on the phone is a nightmare. I am in a big mess right now. FlightHub unauthorized cancellation

I booked 5 tickets for a total of $3571.81, breakdown provided was $714.36 per person.

One of the travellers called the FlightHub call centre without my authorization and spoke with Mr. Martin to advise that there was an error in the total price charged. This resulted in miscommunication and cancellation of all the tickets. Mr. Martin promised to cancel and REBOOK with a $50 credit per person, he did not mention a cancellation fee or that our tickets would never be rebooked.

I was the person who booked the tickets, they were all charged to my credit card under my name, Flighthub should not have allowed this transaction to go through without my authorization.

I then received an email alerting me that the tickets were all cancelled, I called the call centre to find out why and the a rep by the name of Faye (very rudely) explained that in order to cancel any flights, he caller would need to provide the credit card security code- this never happened. I then asked her to pull the call so that they could verify that the code was never provided, no authorization provided.

I called back 24 hours later and nothing had been done, I then spoke to a supervisor by the name of Rene who said he would pull the call and confirm.

I received an update 48 hours later, all he said was that there was no agent error, when I told him that I never provided the credit card code, he said this no longer mattered because the agent who cancelled received verbal confirmation from the caller (not me, the person who booked).

I am now being charged $125 in cancellation fees and having to rebook my tickets. I experienced the worst customer service and fraud during this horrible ordeal.

Please look into my case and see that this was an unauthorized cancellation and I am unfairly being charged $125 for a cancellation that I never wanted to occur. That is not all, the unauthorized caller was simply looking to get a discount for the error in pricing that occurred, he never wanted or asked for the tickets to be cancelled.

I am requesting a refund for the $125 unwanted cancellation fee.

FlightHub ridiculously difficult customer service access

I booked a one way flight for my daughter last January from Calgary, Canada to Darwin, Australia via San Francisco and Singapore. She made it to Singapore with United Airlines but was refused access to her next flight on Jetstar from Singapore to Darwin as they had no booking for her on file. I had to buy her a new ticket over the phone or she would have been stuck in Singapore. I have been trying to contact Flight Hub via email and phone for the past few weeks and have had NO response to my emails and the phone number I tried to call for the Australia FlightHub customer support is an incorrect number! I will never use FlightHub ever again.

FlightHub flight cancelled without notice

On October 1st 2017 I purchased a return ticket with Iceland Air from Vancouver YVR to London LGW through the FlightHub website.
The night before my return flight to London, 12th January 2018, I tried to check in online through the link on your website with no success: I was only able to check in for the segment of my flight from KEF to YVR but no for the one from LGW to KEF with no explanation.

When I arrived at London Gatwick Airport on January 13th 2018 there was no one at the Iceland Air Check in area. Through the online chat service at Iceland Air website an attendant told me that the flight FI 471 was cancelled and that I should have been informed about this by FlightHub.
I immediately called the customer service number provided by your website and talked to 3 different people to whom I had to repeat the same exact issue and who held me on the phone for 78 min for a total amount charged by my phone provider of CAD 156.
After this long and expensive phone call I was then told I was able to depart the following day (January 14th) with another Iceland Air flight.
However, my trip was now: LGW - KEF - YYZ - YVR where the segment YYZ to YVR was operated by Air Canada.
Unfortunately all the segments of my trip were delayed by respectively 2 and 3 hours and this consequently resulted in boarding the flight YYZ - YVR without the possibility to get my luggage by myself; an airport baggage attendant told me that my bag would be placed in the same airplane that I was taking and forwarded to YVR.
When I landed in YVR at about 2am on January 15th I found out that my bag was left in Toronto and that it would have been sent to my house the following night (January 16th).
My bag was delivered to my house in Vancouver completely broken: the structural plastic of the case was smashed and one of the handles was ripped off.

The overall service provided by FlightHub was abysmal and completely dissatisfactory: no email or text message or any other types of correspondence prior to scheduled take off were sent to inform me that the service was cancelled.
This, together with the above mentioned inconvenience which was of cost to myself as I had to purchase train tickets to return to my residence in England, caused me to miss one full day of work as I was supposed to get back to Vancouver one day earlier than I did.

I attached photos of the train ticket (GPB 17) and the phone charge for the phone call to Flighhub customer service (CAD 156).

I request a refund to cover at least the cost of my expenses plus the missed working day (8hrs x CAD30= CAD240).

FlightHub a credit for a cancelled flight

it has been frustration to deal with your flight hub website
i am you customer for along time and every time your workers are ruining my life. recently i booked a flight for my minor 16 yrs old from Montreal to Los angles CA. For emergency purpose I have canceled the flight . then the day after I decided to contact flight hub to book for different days. I have been waiting for hours on phone, since Feb 15 y for a new booking each time they keep me hours on phone . Many flights are there but they are saying you have to pay thousands . it really strange as i f i felt got fraud with this web site and phone . I have around 700 Cd . as a credit. why you don't book me ? why you don't return my money back to my visa ?is it a matter of cheating? i need either the ticket to be used again for the same passenger or my money back. this is not a good reputation for your flight hub. Some of the call answers workers mentioned last day, that we have only to book with united others as of today they mentioned it has been only with air Canada . Am I fool in front of your workers ? thats enough it 's been really frustration.

I am very disturbed with flight hub and its customer service- i recently booked a trip and despite having paid $500 extra per passenger ( travelled with 3 other family members) I was treated disrespectfully and was given the run around. Would not recommend this website at all. I spoke with supervisor Ren I3320-, associate- tom-3995bc and virigil- of each none could provide a valid answer. Horrible customer service

FlightHub do no book with flighthub

I booked 2 flights January 2017 for departure on Dec. 27, 2018 returning Jan. 6, 2018
I called several times between June and December of 2017 as I would not be able to use this flight and wanted to find my option.
I finally called back on Dec. 22/17 to change my flight and pay $150 per ticket to reserve the credit for a future flight. I had to book my flight by Jan. 18/18 and use by Jan. 18/19. I called on Jan. 18/18 to use my credit and they said oh sorry too bad you need to call by Jan. 17/18 to use my credit so your too late. So they have my credit that I'm told I can't use anymore and they have my $300 change fee that I paid to use my credit. if I had no intention of using my credit I would not have paid the $300 and just not shown up for my flight on Dec. 22/17. I called Flight Hub on many occasions not really getting anywhere escalating the problem and everyone I speak to I can't understand a word they are saying and will not help. I contacted my credit card company to file a complaint on the $300 charge but I can't file a complaint on the original flight because it was purchased on the card over a year now then I called TICO to escalate the issue. They called Flight Hub and finally a supervisor called me but again couldn't understand him now I'm offer one of my $150 fees returned so they obviously acknowledge wrong doing but won't give me a refund on the full $300. I'm still fighting this and escalating this but not getting anywhere. I just wanted to write this complaint to warn people not to book with flight hub they are horrible to deal with and you will regret it.

FlightHub poor, pathetic and ridiculous customer service unable to solve problem

I have booked my tickets from Mumbai to Calgary to and fro. My total trip time on the jounrey was 23 hours and 20 minutes from Mumbai to Calgary and for return it was 26 hours and 10 minutes. They sent me the confirmation email of my itinerary which was showing different total trip time then what I have booked . I had spoken to customer service several times about this issue and every time they were saying that they will send me another updated itinerary within 24 hours but i haven't received anything so far. This is ridiculous and very very bad customer service . I will never prefer to book my tickets with them again. I will give them -1 in rating.

FlightHub poor customer service, unethical behavior, theft

I booked my flight to Miami approx 5 weeks prior to the date. My confirmation number was J1L5XB and I also realized later that I had another confirmation number of W54W5E. My flight was on 1/6/18 from Detroit to Miami on Frontier flight 1324. At 24 hours prior to departure, I wanted to check in online with Frontier airline. frontier had no knowledge of the booking and requested that I call my travel agent. I called flight hub and spent the next three hours bouncing around to different staff that were unable to help confirm my booking. they would put me on hold and never pick up the phone again. One man at the end of the three hours told me that my booking had been cancelled and recommended that I rebook the flight. I rebooked the flight for a different airline at the last minute. I paid $188 for the new flight as well as 43 dollars for the first flight on Frontier. I attempted to call the next day and spoke with someone in customer service but she kept telling me that I missed my flight with Frontier and it was my fault for the confusion. She would not listen to my concerns and then hung up on me.

FlightHub lack of communication, customer service and unethical behavior

On 8/23/2017 I purchased round trip tickets to Puerto Rico for my daughter and myself (Flight Hub booking number: [protected]). I had never used your services before, so I decided to give your company a try. Our flight was scheduled to leave CLT on 12/14/2017 at 3:20PM, and depart SJU to CLT on 12/25/2017 at 6:40PM. The day before my flight, I went on your website, checked my itinerary, printed it and we were on our way. The night before our return to CLT, I again went on your site, checked my itinerary, there appeared to be no changes, and I also had not received any emails from your company regarding any changes. On 12/25/2017, my sister drove us to the airport, dropped us off two and a half hours early and left. We went in, walked up to the American Airlines kiosk, and I proceeded to enter my flight confirmation code. I received an error, so I tried again. I received an error and this time message on screen instructed me to get assistance from an agent. One of the agents came up to us and when I handed her the printed flight confirmation/itinerary, she informed me that there was no flight from SJU to CLT at 6:40, and that the only flight out to CLT was at 3:44PM, every day. As you can imagine, I was not only shocked but very upset, because although my daughter was still on winter break, I had to report to work the next morning at 7:15AM. Let me just mention that aside from my daughter and I, there were no other customers waiting in line at the AA counter, which was a surprise to me, but since we were early and it was Christmas day, I thought that explained was it seemed so empty. The AA agent at the counter was gracious enough to assist us, but unfortunately, the only other flight out of SJU was to MIA, then to CLT and it was overbooked, so he could not get us in until the next day on the 3:44PM flight. I asked the agent what could've happened, why it was that I had received NO notice about the change. He immediately asked me where I had purchased my tickets. When I told him, he stated I needed to contact Flight Hub to formally complain since the travel agencies are informed of all changes by each airline and then the agencies are responsible for notifying their customers. I had to call my sister back to pick us up from the airport, and on the two hour drive back to her house, I attempted contacting a live person on Flight Hub. I was not able to reach anyone until later that evening, and this is where I was upset the most. The first agent I got only took all my information, typed and typed, and then told me he could not help me with anything but that he would transfer me to someone who could. that is when I was transferred to "MARTIN." He asked me to explain what had happened, I told him everything, including that we were booked on the next AA flight out on the 12/26/2017 by the AA agent at the airport. He then told me that if that were the case, then the issue was resolved, there was no reason for me to get a refund or to complain if the problem was resolved. I DID NOT call expecting a refund! I wanted an explanation as of why I was NEVER notified of any changes to my flight. Your company was supposed to notify me, and you never did. I've always done all my travel booking with EXPEDIA, and I must say I have never had a problem with them when there are changes to my itinerary. Expedia has always notified my on a timely manner, 100%. But Martin kept telling me that I should be thankful I was booked on the next fight out, making me feel that it was my fault. I didn't miss my flight because I was late! My flight was not canceled last minute due to bad weather either! But he kept insisting that it is not his fault, and it wasn't my fault, but it was AA's fault. Well, that's funny, since the agent that re-booked our flights explained to me that travel agencies, once again, are responsible for notifying their clients. I asked to speak to someone else, he put me on hold, only to come back on to tell me he had called an AA agent (SHEENA from Dallas) who told him exactly what he had already told me, that once I was accommodated on another flight, the issue was considered resolved. I was upset, told him that I had never been treated with such lack of care and disrespect, and that it was the first and last time I would use or recommend Flight Hub ever again. As I told Martin over the phone, I have worked in customer services for more than 25 years, and I have never been treated so poorly by a company I've given my business to. I spent 2hrs driving to and from the airport on 12/26, only to have to do it again the next day, inconveniencing my sister again, and all because of lack of communication from your company. I lost wages because I had to miss an extra day of work, causing a huge inconvenience to the office staff since they were already short handed with personnel. All I wanted was an apology from your company, someone to own up to the mistake made by YOUR company, and explain to me what happened. Instead Martin, your company's representative, lied to me, refused to assist me, and ended the conversation telling me that in the end, the reason why they didn't inform me of the change is because AA didn't tell them, "so if Flight Hub didn't know, how can they let me know?" That is completely unacceptable, and I demand some type of compensation/refund for the huge inconvenience this incident has caused me. I want you all to know that I did speak to a supervisor with American Airlines that very evening. only to be informed that on 9/23/2017, ALL agencies, including Flight Hub, were notified that the 6:40PM flight from SJU to CLT had been canceled until further notice due to hurricane Maria's aftermath. Your representative Martin lied to me, and not once, even tried to apologized during our phone call. I know he lied because again, my daughter and I were the only people at the AA counter on 12/25/107 for the 6:40PM SJU to CLT flight, so obviously, all other passengers had been notified at one point or another. I hope your company cares about not only their clients, but also about the agents who represent it, to make sure they are well trained regarding remarkable customer service, understanding, compassion... Your agents are your company's voice, face, reputation. I look forward to hearing back from a supervising administrator very soon. Good day.

FlightHub bad service and truly unsatisfied costumer

I did a mistake in dates while booking 4 tickets, they charged me 300CAD cancellation fees + Non refundable cash, asked to rebook another destination they wanted to charge me 300CAD over the price for the same trip posted online on aircanada website at the same time I was talking to their clueless employees. They tried to blame aircanada airlines but they didn't know that I already spoke with aircanada and they cleared the tickets from their side because according to AC it was booked through a third party (flight hub) and the money was paid to them not to AC. They have ZERO customer service and they DO NOT help. I believe they intentionally hire them like that so the customer will feel frustrated and wish to hang the phone and prefer loosing his money on having a heart attack due to their miserable services. Definitely my first and last experience with FLIGHTHUB and will never ever ever recommend it again.

FlightHub travel insurance complications

I was almost at the end of my reservation. I had checked everything and paid. At the last moment I was asked whether I wanted travel insurance, and I said I did. Then a whirling circle appeared on my computer with the words "This will take several minutes, Do not leave this page" So I did not leave the page. In fact, I waited almost 20 minutes. I tried to click on the whirling icon and then everything disappeared. I don't know whether I have gotten insurance and in fact, I don't know whether my reservation went through. This happened at about 8:30 today, December 18th. Please correct whatever happened and let me see my completed reservation with the insurance I asked for. Janel Halpern

Please someone in the US who speaks plain English please phone me. [protected]. Myself and my husband have been booking our flights with flight hub for years. Since Tuesday it has been nothing only frustration. I went on line to book a flight on Tuesday 4:19 pm our province time. It showed $209.66. One way May 4th. Air Canada #1673 from Orlando connecting AC # 678 connecting AC 7787 arriving gander newfoundland 11:20pm. I proceeded to book, final total was over $400. Which I declined. I phoned flighthub, 1 hour after waiting I was told flighthub would phone me back. Today, Thursday I have not heard back. I went online to check out the flights again, I found one, perfect timing and price. I proceeded to book the flight only to once again tell me, it was changed, again to over $400.00. I declined and phoned flighthub, only to be told again by a supervisor, Ryan, there was nothing that could be done. In our time using flight hub this has never happened. Always very pleased with everything. As I mentioned to Ryan, the times for the departure were perfect for us, he offered a flight at $245.00. Departing at approximately 6am, I told him to book that we would have to book an hotel room costing over $100. That added to the flight made no sense. I apologize for the length of this. However please this is totally unfair. Please fix this for me. We have been dedicated to flight hub for years. Thank you for reading this, please contact me. I can forward you all the pics of the two days that I tried to book with confirmation of date and times. Again thank you.

FlightHub cancellation and refunds

I had to cancel my flight because my passport was expired so I called flighthub and was told no flights were available and I had to use the exact same airline. We had paid for cancellation insurance which we found out later was only valid the day I booked my flight which is ridiculous. Then we were told I could have a credit on my account but I had to pay 150 cancellation fee and I could only use that credit for the exact same airline and flight destination. I told them I am only flying down for a wedding so it will be useless for me later and all I want is my money back. They said this was not possible even though I had called Delta airlines and they told me on my ticket it said it was valid for a refund with a fee. So I canceled my ticket because I had no other option but want to use that money to travel to Kenya instead later in June 2018. They said it's only valid for the exact location. This is ridiculous. I've been tossed around every time I call and disconnected and on hold for extended periods of time. I was told I would get an email with my cancellation information on two different calls and each time I never received an email. I called to talk to a manager and was placed on hold for 30 min waiting for them to answer. They said they would call me back but at this point I don't think they will. Every person I have talked to said they were able to simply change their flight or get their money back in situations like mine so I don't understand why I am the exception. I do not want to use flighthub ever again.

FlightHub flighthub booking and cancellation

I had exactly the same problem, I canceled my reservation which they told me just pay another $75 to cancel and get a credit to use within a year. ...which I did. I tried several times to use my travel credit throughout the year, but I couldn't get the price that was online, I had to call customer service and stay hold for 2 hrs to use my credit which they would quote me a price 2xs more expensive than the price online and that was including my credit off! ...how is that possible? I think it's a fraud! my advice, never use flighthub at all !

FlightHub flight

First problem i had was an agent was helping me out then she said she will look into my flight options and will call me back, after 2 hours she did not call back so I called them again and the second agent was able to help me book my flight., I was told by the agent that booked my flight that I have 24 hour to cancel or modify changes to my flight. I called in the next day to change the return date of my flight but they told my that i cannot make any changes or cancel my flight even if I am willing to pay penalty.

I will not use flight hub anymore in the future
