Flight Centre-Tuscany Village / Scamming customer
Travel agent( Michelle Chapman) of Flight Centre- Tuscany Village in Victoria, B.C. Canada refused to issue the required paperwork for passes to Disneyland and the bus trip to and from LAX ( LA airport) and the Double Tree Suites by Hilton hotel. The vacation package for two adults was paid in cash. Ms. Chapman re-emailed the itinerary after I contacted her the day before my trip on March 13 2012, complaining about the lack of documentation received for entrance into Disneyland and return trip to and from LAX. Both Disney and Southern Greyhound staff stated that the documents she emailed were an itinerary and not acceptable. When I phoned Ms Chapman from Disneyland she was unable to provide the information (who was it booked through?, booking #, acct #) to the Disney representative. The information Ms. Chapman did provide over the phone ( Go Go Vacations and #320517 ) was not in the Disneyland computer system and did not make sense to the Disney customer service agent who deals with bookings/travel agencies. This situation caused a great deal of stress.
