I booked a holiday 15/3/08 for 1 week. My confirmation reads 15/02/08. I queried the dates. They promised over a week ago to listen to their Phone tapes to see who is at fault. To date after a few follow ups 04/02/08 person I spoke to unknown, 06/02/08 Zanim never replied to her promises. 08/02/08 Joe promised to respond. No success to date.

Flexi club you a a disappointment your service is horrendous. I warn all against this pathetic company.

We are so frustrated and extremely dissapointed with the pathetic, unprofessional service that this obviously oversubscribed company have put us through for the last 5 years...:(
Unable to secure a booking for years, but still expected to cover R8000 to R9000, levies every year.

please if anyone can give us advice or help us we would be most grateful.

I have tried everything... writting loads of emails ...even wrote to the board of trustees... have tried phoning many times and still no joy.

Still the final demands get posted...incurring 20 percent interest per annum...is that even legal.???

PLEASE HELP>
