Flex Plan services / mismanagement of FSA funds
We made our 2013 contributions and due to illness, being flooded, having a two deaths in the family, I was 2 weeks late in submitting claims. When I called Ai was told no problem, just a formal procedure to reinstate the claim. Instead, the company, lost the paperwork claiming various, a clerk didn't scan them, lost in the spam filter, etc. Talked to the owner, while he was busy flirting with the office staff. He blew me off, too busy talking about his mexican vacation. This place is a scam. They simply stole our money.
