This customer received his money back, so i think he hasn't complaints to our side.

i try second time to buy that template... they give a" good link " and ofc that paypal account was not verified and i cancel tranzaction

I'm looking for template for my website. I find some at flashtemplatestudio.com. Can you describe what is the main problem with templates from this provider? Do they provide refund for unhappy customers?
Frankly speaking any template provider isn't protected from inadequate customers. We are using flashtemplatestudio templates for a log time and are satisfied with their quality and service.
