first order- 2/2/17...sent back 2/11/17
Web site says 'free returns' and 100% satisfaction guarantee! shoes came with a broken eyelet. When I wanted to return them, they offered my $15...I paid $50! So I asked for an address...they gave me a Hong Kong address. I spent $23 to ship them back...that was in March. I'm out $75...no shoes. These guys are con artists and liars. Falsely advertised, crappy merchandise.
I returned them in February...not March.
Youth size 5.5 flash shoes
I placed an order for my daughter for her birthday, received the order fine, and they fit...Gave them to her on 5/13/17. She wore them for about a half mile walk on Sunday night and to school on Monday. Now the one shoe will not hold a charge, contacted the company...she hung up on me stated she sent me an email on how to fix the shoes told me I could send them back for $30, I should have to fix a shoe that is two days old, I shouldn't have to pay $30 to send it back to China...I just want a pair of shoes that work that I paid good money for.

It is scam, do not buy. Their shoes are all fake, sizes do not match to size chart. Also, shoes do not have size labels on them anywhere. I ordered shoes size youth 6.5 and they were 2 inches shorter then our current shoes size youth 5.5. They refused to refund my money, told me that I will get only $20 and I have to ship those shoes back to China for my expense. I talked to them on live chat and they just kept saying that they sent a right size. At the end they threatened to kill me. I reported them to FBI with the pictures of our chat.

My experience with FlashShoes was a complete nightmare! I have ordered a pair of shoes from this site and first of all delivery took way longer than I expected. When my shoes finally showed up they were too small and incorrect color! I have ordered size 8 shoes and received size 6!
I contacted them and they assured me a I got 8 size! Are you kidding me? I wasn't even able to try them on because they were too small!
I tried to get a refund but they said they don't accept returns. What a terrible site. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Scammed?
I've purchased a pair of shoes from www.flashshoes.com and did not receive anything yet. They did not even give me a tracking number so I can't check where my order is, but I really doubt that it was shipped.
I contacted FlashShoes many times and asked for a tracking number and heard nothing but empty promises.
I hope I'll get my order someday but right now I feel scammed.
