Flare Hosting / Poor service

I've opened many tickets with Flare Hosting about our emails being bounced back to us. We've received no help from them. They said that they worked on it and the issues should clear up in 48 hours. I'm running a business and having reliable email service is important. It's been 6 days and nothing. On top of that, they have "who cares" type attitude. I keep opening up trouble tickets and get nothing but a sarcastic email from their tech support.

If you value your business and your email is an important tool, then do not risk it with Flare Hosting.

I do not recommend them and am actively searching for a new web host.

    We've actually had three separate clients this year who were hosted with Flare, all of whom have had the same problem (among others, in fact). I'm a career web developer. I have no vested interest in any given company and do not work in the hosting field, but over the years have found only two in an ocean of them who I consider to provide quality service... drop me a line if you want a referral (infoATsagemediaDOTca).
