I am trying to make a payment. The automated system is not recognizing my account number and I need assistance. I have tried calling since yesterday and I have yet to speak to a live person to help me, I have called every single number I can find on the website and after waiting to be connected for 10 minutes the system hangs up on you. This is not acceptable.
