I purchased an Ab Lounge online and was sent a receipt that it would ship within three days. It never came. I called and couldn't get a human being on the phone. The phone system told me it would take ten days. This was a birthday present so that was totally ruined. It's been ten days and I finally got a human on the phone who told me that not only was my product on backorder of well over 30 days but that I couldn't buy any comparable products either because they were on backorder as well. I was told I'd have to wait nearly two months to get the Ab Lounge. They never emailed, called or posted this fact on the website. In fact, their website is still selling Ab Lounges and says they have them in stock to send immediately.
