Almost disappeared 🫥
We're pretty sure that if Fitness Evolution showed up wayyyy more often on ComplaintsBoard and paid more attention to reviews and complaints, it would lead to better results. But for now, the resolution rate doesn't show successful interaction with customers. Fitness Evolution Billing while closed

Highway robbery!
Why am I still being billed if gym is closed? I actually canceled this membership years ago and the billing continued! Now it is closed and still being deducted from my account! I am very upset and expect a response along with all the debits refunded!
I expect a timely response.
I was billed from march through august @ $14.99 per month =$104.93 total. I expect a full refund and cancelelation of my membership.

Fitness Evolution Communication as needed

I am a member at fitness evolution in antioch ca. On wednesday, august 17 2016, i was in a zumba class and after i got out of the class and picked up my 4 year old from child care, i proceeded to my vehicle. When i got to my ford flex, i went to the back to open the hatch so that i could put in my workout bag and the whole window was shattered and my black purse was missing. My glass had a dark tint and before i had gone into the gym, i placed my purse in the back under a towel. It leads me to believe that someone had been scoping out the parking lot and had seen me place my purse in the back of my vehicle. As soon as i had noticed the broken window, my friend ran inside to ask the front desk if they had cameras for the parking lot. The gym employee said that they did not and when she said that her friends car had been broken into, their response was, "oh, the ford flex." another member, while entering the gym had told the front desk that there was a ford flex in the parking lot with a smashed window. I would have expected an employee to make an announcement over the intercom or if there wasn't an intercom, to make an announcement to the different workout areas in the gym. The gym isn't too big. I could have gotten a hold of my credit union sooner to have my atm cards cancelled. I was only in the gym from 8:45am-10:00am. By the time i called my credit union, there were at least 7 charges on 3 different cards. On friday, august 19 2016, after i worked out at the gym, my friend and i were talking and seen a woman back in her gold suv into the far parking lot of the gym. She was being very suspicious and sat in her vehicle for at least 20 minutes. My friend and i both got into our cars and drove to the back parking lot and sat a couple of car spaces over from her. She was probably in her fifties and looked like she was either on drugs or used a lot when she was younger. She eventually got paranoid and started her chevy and left. She was deffenitely scoping out the parking lot. My friend ran in and told the employees at the front desk. They weren't too concerned, it seemed like and said that they would keep an eye out. The gym has such a huge turn around with staff at this location. I have spoken to other members of the gym lately and they have said that friends of theirs that have memberships at this gym have had vehicles periodically broken into as well. I am trying to let other members know about the break ins and not to leave any valuable belongings in their vehicles. But i still see vehicles with their windows down in the parking lot. Something has to be done! I know that as a member, it is a good monthly rate for this gym, but no parking lot cameras, no air conditioning, not enough water weights for water aerobics, pool always dirty, spa broken off and on all of the time, missing doors and toilet seats in bathroom stalls... Its ridiculous! I woud like to work out at an entirely different gym, but cant afford the monthly rates with a family of six. What makes me sick is that i had my burgundy nikon camera in my purse because i am always taking it out and taking pictures of my kids. I haven't downloaded pictures in years, so all of those pictures are now gone! My eleven year old daughter had given me her wallet to hold onto and i had it in my purse. She is a good little money saver and her wallet was stolen as well with all of her money. It makes me sick!

Fitness Evolution Forgery

I’ve been tried to get some attentions regarding this matter from anyone who’s in charge of. Despite of emails, phone calls, and texts, nobody responded me. I’m dealing with some serious issue here, fraud, yet nobody seems take it seriously. So I’m here writing to find some resources regarding what I need to do to resolve.
My subject tell it all. One day I got an email from the gym, while I was out of town, stating that “Thanks for the visit to the gym for the personal training session and here is the balance after today’s session” with forged signature on it.
I immediately emailed them back and contacted a trainer that I’ve never got an explanation back. I did email a manager and forwarded an email that I got, as well as emails that I sent. However, I haven’t got any contact regarding that matter.
I’d like to advise anyone who purchases personal training sessions at Fitness Evolution to check the balance and to request to see the proof of the valid signature of your own.
I’m attaching an original content that I received. I just deleted the name of the trainer and mine.

The funny thing is that I’ve never received any receipt after had a session with trainer before. I’m guessing the trainer forgot to do something to hide it, so it got delivered to me.
You see the balance being 4 session? It should be 7 and I requested to the manager to show me what I got charged on which hasn’t happened. Like I said, nobody is talking to me.
Also, you see the red “V” which is not done by me. Clearly somebody did it and charged a session even I did not get a training.
If anybody knows contact information on Headquarter, would you please leave it on a comment? Also, any comment would be appreciated. I might have to take this matter to the police or something. Such a headache, but I’m sure it is a fraud. No doubt about that.
I will post this on every single places so that any Fitness Evolution Member aware and do not get riffed off.

Fitness Evolution Horrible customer service

Concerning Fitness Evolution in Uptown. I cancelled my membership in
January for reasons other than customer service. After cancelling, I
received a bill in Feb. and March. Again, I called to ask why I was still
receiving bills after I cancelled. I was informed that I had signed a year
contract (I was not aware of that or else I would not have signed an
agreement) and that I would have to get billed until my contract was up.
In the meantime, I never attended the gym b-c I thought my membership had
been cancelled. I was informed that after the year the contract ended, in
March, that I would not be billed again. To be sure, I stated in my phone
converstation that I would not get billed in April. This was confirmed.
Lo and behold, in April I get billed AGAIN! I called the gym to find out
what was going on-my job is not to hound down a gym whose membership I
cancelled three months prior- and the owner said that I was handling the
situation wrong and basically not being very nice. Boo hoo. Deal with it,
especially if you're the owner. On a seperate note, while still an
'eternal member', I called to use my supposed 'free' personal training
session. I called twice to set up an appt. and no one ever responded back
to me. Horrible customer service, not worth it!

I don't know anything about your company let long given your company permission to take any payment out of my account so please stop trying to hit my account for any reasons what so ever thank you in advance

Took almost 300 out of my account without permission won’t give me a refund didn’t use the services they won’t let me speak too a manager in person or on the phone, they tell me I am making threats when I tell them if they don’t refund me I’ll report them to the authorities they have awful shady business ethics and people should know

Same here in Canada, It's like you never allowed to cancel your membership, it is a nightmare, they want you to pay all outstanding before they will cancel, i am not paying and will never pay even if you'll charge me for your life. They transferred from Gold Gym to Evolution Gym without asking my consent. I haven't gone for tow years now and every time they send me an invoice for new month. I guess they are crazy!

I am also a victim of this gym's tactics and horrible customer service. I am in a "no contract" yet trying to cancel has been a nightmare! The manager, Chelsea gave me the wrong email address, said there was no corporate number, yet another gym gave me the number! I just got debited for the month and are being told I need to pay another months dues before I can cancel. The facility on Meridian and Foxworthy is dirty, bathrooms are filthy and half of their machines don't work

I was not given a form to fill out although i ask for one to feel out, the elderly woman insisted that i tell her my information so that she can transcribe...NOW i am in collections because no one from the Antioch office mailed me anything about my delinquent bill ... My checking information is correct and phone number is was transposed wrong... the number you all have is [protected] my correct number is [protected] ) I should have know this place would screw me because I got a call stating that my routing number is wrong for some odd reason she this older woman didn't believe my check and wrote down some generic number your company had for my check. so I got that straight and I'm all good I think. My brother became ill so I went to Fresno to help out thinking I have a membership knowing that you take a balloon fee in June or July...I'm thinking I have a gym...but I receive a phone call for collections. Now they say they have the wrong number but collection calling me and I not one time received a letter stating that I have a problem. I believe you all tricked me and set my up for failure to pay so that you can put me in collections.
