Do not buy anything from www.fit-tronics.com they are real scammers! I never received my smart watch and have no idea how to reach these guy. I sent them at east 30 emails, tried their online contact form and called many times but there wasn't a single response!
I was supposed to get my watch about three weeks ago and still nothing and I really doubt that I'll ever receive it! Such a waste of money, thanks to Fit-tronics I lost $200.
I ordered and paid 8/11. Emailed and told it would arrive 9/1 (by email-no personal contact). you cannot reach anyone by phone. The item has never arrived. I email now and receive no response. The website guarantees 7-10 day delivery on standard shipping not you will never receive the item and we will take your money. Worst company I have EVER done business with whether it be in person or online. I would never advise anyone to do business with company no matter the circumstance.
Do not buy from this company. Puchased on the august 6th and it is now august 26 and still waiting... Can not get a refund - can not get anyone to give me a tracking number nor a answer. They said 7 to 10 business days turning into to my bank as fraud. Company is a joke.
We had a great Experience with this company - 3 orders, all arrived on time as described.
