Fit Factory UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES

ON NOV 3RD I ORDERED THE ACAIA SLIM "FREE" TRIAL @ 4.95 AND THE POWER TEA @ 34.95. THE CHARGES WERE ON MY CREDIT CARD. I JUST RECEIVED MY CREDIT CARD BILL AND THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITH ANOTHER ORDER OF THE ACAIA SLIM @ 79.95 AND FIT FACTORY @ $19.95. I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED THESE CHARGES TO BE PLACED ON MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. I AM PREPARED TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION FOR THESE FRADULENT CHARGES UNLESS YOU DEDUCT THE CHARGES FROM MY ACCOUNT. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY FURTHER CHARGES FOR THIS PRODUCT AND DO NOT PLAN TO DO SO. I REPEAT, DO NOT MAKE ANY FURTHER CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT. I AM GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT YOUR SCAM AND I ALSO PLAN TO GET IN TOUCH WITH OPRAH IF SHE IS ENDORSING YOUR PRODUCT. SHAME ON YOU! YOU BUNCH OF VULTURES! I AM EXPECTING TO HEAR FROM YOU IMMEDIATELY.

All i can say is i feel sorry for the rep that has to take my call on monday at these 2 companies! I hope people get to read all of these issues before they get tricked like i did. Im glad to see that im not the only one though lol!...good luck and dont give up, Don't let them get you! keep strong, peace n love! harmony

Fit Factory Did not sign up for this company

I noticed a charge on my bank account last night for $29.95 for a company called Fit Factory. I found the website and when I requested a password recovery, they sent all the login information that they set up for me! And to my email! So not only do they have my email info, they have my bank account info and who knows what else! Beware of the Acai Berry sites. Apparently they are giving out our personal info. I ordered the trial of the Acai Berry and received it after a week as it had said. It also said that after the 14 day trial, I would be charged $89.31. They waited over a month to charge that to my account, which by that time I had changed my mind. These sites are all scams. Be very careful!

I recently ordered a free sample of Acia Berry tablets, as well as a sample of "something Cleanse", I recieved both in about a week. I then did a little resaerch Acia Berry. What I found was that if you dont cancel your subscription in 21 days they bill you 79.95 a month for more product sent to you automatically. It took some time on the phone and I did accomplish that. Then I noticed on my bank statement another charge of 29.95 from www.fit-fac.com. I called the number that was listed by the charge on my bank statement. I was told that when I ordered the Acia Barry I was automatically enrolled in Fit-Factory @ 29.95 a month! I was told that because I didn't call in the 21 day period that there was nothing they could do. After about 5 minutes of enlitenment from me they decided to refund my money and cancel my membership. BUYER BEWARE! VERY DESEPTIVE COMPANY!

Fit Factory unauthorized charges

I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry online and have not received the product yet. All I have is an unauthorized charge of $29.95 from this FIT FACTORY company on my bank statement. What is this and who authorized it. I want this charge refunded to my bank account immediately. This is theft!

Fit Factory unauthorized charge to my credit card

I received an unauthorized charge to my credit card from the Fit Factory and have tried to contact them with no luck. The numbers for calling them are both disconnected.
This was "supposedly" something that came with the free sample of Acai berry that I ordered (and I might add have since cancelled the auto-ship of this product)

Buying samples/free trials off the internet or television is the worst thing you could ever do. Companies like Wu-Yi Tea, Fit Factory, Acai Berry, Natural Cures, Online Health, etc, etc will all give you the same story "free-trial with a 14-day cancellation period" Problem is, most of the time you won't receive your "free" trial until AFTER the 14-day period has expired, which means you're automatically renewed for their monthly fee. Also these companies will sign you up for 1, 2 sometimes 3 more sites/products without telling you. Unfortunately, this information IS available on the merchant's website, usually buried in the fine print somewhere. Because of this, it is 100% legal for them to charge your account every single month under a variety of different merchant names. Charges that come associated with free trials are pricelimbo.com, web access, membership fees (usually with Wu-Yi Tea) and a variety of others. If you've paid for this with your credit card, you can dispute the transactions with your bank. The only thing is, you HAVE TO CANCEL with ALL the companies in order to be successful with your dispute. If you don't have phone numbers for the companies, your bank should be able to provide you with some. Otherwise, send emails, find a mailing address and send a registered letter, anything and everything you can think of. And keep copies of everything you do/send. Also, if these companies are still sending you any merchandise (the original company you ordered the sample from), you HAVE to send it back through registered mail so you can have a tracking number and postal receipt - otherwise, the company will simply claim they never received it, and you won't have any proof that it was sent. The worst part of these scams is what they're doing is completely legal (charging without your knowledge, charging under different company names, adding on additional services, etc, etc) so protect yourself. Bottom line: don't EVER order a "free" sample unless you're willing to put a lot of effort into canceling it. If something actually works, it'll be available in stores soon enough.

Fit Factory Sneaky added costs to &Free Trial& Acai-aSlim product.

Charges added to my credit card after ordering "Free Trial" of Acai-aSlim. (Another rip off! READ ALL THE TERM AND CONDITIONS!)
Both products have the automatic charges in the "Terms" heading. I got scammed because I am used to purchasing online from reputable retailers.
I learned my lesson. I just hope there are not any more charges added to my account. BUYER BEWARE!
And I thought porn sites were the biggest sleaze-balls on the web!

I was linked to Acai-aSlim's website from Yahoo news., BTW.

I agreed with the terms to receive FREE Acai slim and Bromolite (just paying the S/H fees), I received the products and also received Cancellation number as I called to cancel the products (both).
BUT I just check my Credit Card Bill and I was charged TWICE on the same day ($25.60 Cdn) for a product I NEVER even HEARD of. I also made a complaint to my credit card company as a FRAUD.

I want to get reimbursed, where do I start?
Worst, how do we know if there is no other charges from different company that will show up later? OH, I never do these kind of things and I should have kept going, Darn...
Lesson learn but I now have to pay for it.

Like many others on the Fit Factory complaint list, our experience began in early November by us ordering 2 samples which resulted in 2 shipping charges of $5.29, which we expected, followed by 2 product charges of $37.36 which we didn't foresee, one including the AcaiaSlim product name. We called one of the phone numbers (all 4 charges had a different phone number) and cancelling our orders and account. We shipped back the goods we'd not ordered and they did reimburse the 2 x $37.36 charges.
However, we just had two charges added to our card on Monday 24/11 from www.fit-fac.com for $19.95 each and we've ordered nothing from them. I've tried calling the phone number associated with those charges, but it is constantly busy.
So now we're having to cancel the card that those charges have been made on and have them marked as fraudulent.

Fit Factory Confusion with our company

I've noticed an enormous amount of complaints on several sites for this company, www.fitfactory.com. We didn't know that this issue was so extensive... Just wanted to post this so folks don't confuse our company, THE Fit Factory, with www.fitfactory.com.

Hello, my name is Kimberly DiPirro, wife of Austen DiPirro, and owner of "THE Fit Factory". For the past few months we have dealt with this dilemma. There is an on-line company called, "Fit Factory". We have received countless phone calls from people who have received charges to their credit/debit cards. These people are confused and think our company, THE Fit Factory, is responsible for these transactions... Our company has three locations in the Central Valley of California. We solely do retail sales from our stores- we don't currently do on-line sales or do sales over the phone. When a customer makes a purchase with our company, they've had to visit one of our three locations.

When the phone calls and complaints started to come in, I noticed that these folks were typically out of state and all were concerned about charges in the same dollar amount. I did research on-line and found the company www.fitfactory.com . I contacted the toll-free number for their billing department, [protected], and spoke to a customer service representative. The woman confirmed that they charge a monthly fee for their on-line program. Apparently when you buy one of their products for fat-loss, you have a trial period to cancel your membership. If you do not cancel your membership, then you are locked in to their program and charged monthly.

To date, we have spoken to over 100 people in regards to these credit card charges. This has become very frustrating and time consuming. We are a small mom and pop business. We have a GREAT rapport with all of our customers and are very liked in our communities. We've NEVER had a complaint about how we run our business. We're honest, fair, and just. We take pride in the service we provide to each and every one of our loyal customers.

We have contacted www.fitfactory.com several times in regards to this issue. A Manager with the company, by the name of Braden, is currently trying to come up with a solution. He stated information regarding the trial period and membership program is located on their web-site. I told him that it can't just be a coincidence that this many of their customers could be confused about their membership program when purchasing their product... They need to modify their web-site to better explain to their customers their terms and conditions.

Please, for any further complaints in regards to these charges, contact www.fitfactory.com at [protected].

If you would like to contact me for additional information, please e-mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com.

Thank you for reading,
Kimberly DiPirro

Fit Factory Acai Berry Trial

I ordered the Acai Berry trial for 3.95 which was charged to my cc, then I noticed a charge of 29.95 by fit factory that I did not authorize, I received the trial in the mail today and the paper inside said my cc would be charged 89.31 every month for this Acai Berry product, I called my bank and cancelled my cc.
What a rip off and a scam this is, I am going to also report them to the BBB.

Absolutely a total scam> I called within time frame and cancelled, or so I thought. Until I called again to find out where credit was and come to find out, conveniently the person I spoke with doesnt exist. Refuses to put me through to supervisor, wont give address to where this "3rd party center" is located. Nothing. Sent complaint to BBB but am also calling or emailing the FDA, just to get investigation started then maybe they will pay attention.

I too requested a free trial of acai berry and was charged $3.95 for shipping, which I agreed to. Then the nightmare began. I then received a charge for 29.95 for Fit Factory and now I've received a 90.02 charge for HEALTHIERFORME. I have not received any product and it's 2 weeks later. I have called the number for the acai berry and now for the Healthierforme and I get the same man's voice saying "due to high call volumes they've extended their hour from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the best time to call is between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. My guess is that there is noone to take these calls. What a waste of my time and energy. Wouldn't you think the slime that does this sort of thing could put their energy into earning their own money. I'm so mad. I'm going to the bank and then the attorney general.

the sooner individuals learn to never give credit/debit card info on the net the better . . . a gift card with a minimal amount on it is the best option whenever you order anything on the net, that way the scammer's can't tap into your financial resources . . . i know from personal experience unfortuantely.

I was scammed by fit factory too. the best part was, this "company" is so scummy, that they listed a false number on the bank charge. I wound up leaving messages at a chiropractor's office in California. She was kind enough to call me back because "she had recieved hundreds of complaints" from other American's who had money stolen by Fit Factory. The eventually reversed the charges, after numerious calls and legal threats. their address is 305 West Broadway, Suite 114, NY, NY 10013. If any of you are nearby, you should ambush them with a camera and record this illegal behavior. They are criminals.

Same thing happened to me! I just called and cancelled and they gave me a confirmation # for my refund for the months that i was charged. We'll see if the refund comes through.

This is a major scam and they are playing on peoples desire to lose weight. As if it's not bad enough carrying around a few extra pounds, these people are taking advantage of our insecurities.

Shame on them!

I am also one of the latest victims of this scam. I just got off the phone with Amy from Fit Factory and was given a confirmation # to get my refunds. I also have never heard of Fit Factory nor any of the other companies 4 in all that have been charging $29.95 since FEB. I inquired about the names of these different companies and was told they change the names when they change banks. RED FLAG RED FLAG! Be careful out there. This all started from ordering a free (ha!
ha!) trial of Acai Berry

Here is the latest possible scam attempt from the online Fit Factory. I emal below from
CS Support Center (refunds@productcustomerservice.com stating that I my refund
request had been processed. I never heard of these people and never ordered anything.
When I called the number to find out what this was they tried to get me to give them
my full name, address, phone number and credit card number in order to locate my
records. I refused and told them I had a confirmation number to find it with. She said
she could not find it with that and need all my other information to find it. Let me
clarify that she did not ask for all of my info at one time. She started with my name an
phone number but couldn't find it so she asked for my credit card number but I would
give it so she asked for my address but I would not give it. I told her I was very causious
with this information because I have already had my identity stolen once. I ask why
she can't find it with my confirmation number and told her it sounded like another case
of identity theft we misteriously got disconnected. That's when I googled them and
found all these complaints.

I have experienced the same crap from this miserable company. I spoke with customer service in the Philippines, go figure that. When I tried to call before I waited on the phone for over an hour and still could not get through because of the high volume of calls they were receiving. The # I used was1800-957-698I. I was charged79'95 x2. then another 29.95 x 2 my credit card co is investigating it I have not received anything except the acaiberry which I paid 3.95. The rest, they took it upon themselves to charge my account.

and i am trying to get the33.00 for nfs.got a very rude person who thought she was all that, she told me that the terms were right there when the acai was ordered and i said i did not see any such thing.she said they had refunded my 29.95 already but has not showed up yet at my bank, she than said it was my banks fault that they hold it until they are ready to put it back in LIES ALL LIES thats all these people know how to do.she said it would be 3-5 days until she would get my fax from the bank and she would not say if they would even refund the nfs charges like a dope i used my debit card where there is no protection like on a cc.please keep turning them into the bbb and contact the att general lets get this type of business shut down now
they are nothing but a ripoff.living on ssi it's hard enough but when you take money that you dont have it's even harder.i got a address in new york city 305 w broadway 114 ny, ny 10013 if this helps anyone.

I ordered the "free" trial of Nature's Berry Acai and got signed up for not only a continuing shipment of the berries but Fit Factory and Cost Smashers. I got the first email from Fit Factory within minutes of ordering the berries so I called them right away at [protected] to cancel. I was polite but firm, letting the rep know that I was not interested in these products or services on a continuing basis. I got the standard "but you signed up for these when you ordered the "free" product.' Once I mentioned fraud and reporting to the Attorney General's office I got 3 cancelation numbers, one each for the Nature's Berry Acai free trial, Fit Factory and Cost Smashers within minutes.

I urge everyone to act immediately when you first see these charges or when you get the first welcome email from one of these companies. There is absolutely no reason anyone should lose any money to these con artists.

Also, please folks DO NOT ever use your bank card when ordering online. Alway use your credit card as it affords you much better protection in these instances.

Fit Factory Unapproved Charges

What a rip-off! I was charged $3.95 for a sample I never received, then charged $29.95 for a "plan" I did not sign up for (not knowingly anyway)
I called Fit Factory and they cancelled my "plan" and also promised a refund of the $29.95.
I called Acia Berry and they cancelled all future shipments and said they were going to refund the $3.95. Oh, and they said the reason I didnt get my "free trial" was because they have been so overwhelmed with orders that they just havent gotten them all filled-WHATEVER.

Alittle follow up...fit factory charged me the 29.95...I went down to my bank. First thing they gave me a new temp. bank card, so no more charges can be taken out of my acct. My new card will arrive in about 10 days...Bank rep was very nice, told her the whole ordeal..then she got on the phone and called a bank cust. service person/who then called fit factory, and we are on a 3 way phone call...
the fit factory lady gave me her supervisor, i have her name written down...we went round and round with the bank rep. still listening..finally i got the fit factory ladies full name, and a phone # which i havent tried yet. I tried to pin the fit factory lady down, about when i would get my refund, she finally said 7 to 14 days...i have my doubts, but at least they cannot take anymore money from my acct. now that i have a new bank card...Oh yeah, never recieved the acai berry either, so how could i try ot, and cancel my so called membership, within 7 days, if i never got the product?
My advice:
GO TO YOUR BANK, AND GET A NEW TEMP DEBIT/BANK CARD...SO NO MORE CHARGES WILL BE DEDEUCTED!.
It will not interfere in anyway, with any other transactions to your bank acct. ie: direct deposits, etc...
THIS IS THE PHONE # THE FIT FACTORY LADY GAVE ME TO CALL: [protected] her name was Patricia Crisp...also got a conf# from her too.
Also, since this fot factory charge overdrew my checking acct. resulting in a $35.00 Overdraft fee!..but my bank was nice enough to reverse the charge, and but the $35.0 back in my acct.
~~Good luck~~

Go to your bank, and get a new temp debit / bank card. . . So no more charges will be dedeucted!.
It will not interfere in anyway, with any other transactions to your bank acct. Ie: direct deposits, etc. . .
This is the phone # the fit factory lady gave me to call: [protected] her name was patricia crisp. . . Also got a conf# from her too.
Also, since this fot factory charge overdrew my checking acct. Resulting in a $35. 00 overdraft fee!. . But my bank was nice enough to reverse the charge, and but the $35. 0 back in my acct.
~~good luck~~

So today I was looking at my bank account and noticed a charge for $29.95 from FIT FACTORY that I had not agreed to at all. What I would suggest is that if you see this charge cancel your account now. IT IS A MAJOR FRAUD.

I signed up for a trial offer for acai berry diet product, but I did NOT sign up for anything else. Now I find I have a charge of 29.95 on my account, from a company called Fit Factory, and for what I don't know. I did not authorize the charge nor did I make any purchase from this company.

I have read the numerous complaints about the unauthorized charges for 19.95 mine was for 29.95. I did order the Acai berry from a 14slimtabs but did not agree to the fitfactory service. The fitfactory company is not the one being misleading. It is the place where you order another product. When I ordered the Acai berry suppliment I saw a reference to the FitFactory but I did not see where it quoted a price. I was under the impression that it was one in the same. So when I saw the charge on my account I freaked. I did not authorize any charge from a "Fit Factory". Like everyone else I went to the bank and canceled my debit card and was told that there was no other information other than the name and the charge. I left the bank a little upset. I resolved to come home and find the company online. My search did not take long. I found this site first and read all of the negative feed back about Fit Factory and thought I was in trouble. Then I found another site for a service. I tried this site and went to the "Contact Us" section and called the 800 number. I spoke with a woman named Crystal who was very helpful. She explained what happened and was more than glad to issue a refund.
The problem is not them it is the misleading information from the website that you originally placed an order.
Here are the helpful numbers I found so that you can get on the right track.

I saw a message on Facebook for a colon cleansing item, free month trial for a charge of 4.95 for S/H. There was no mention of continuing charges or monthly fees. It was a one time trial. I opened my bill statement today to find a charge from a "Fit Factory" (first time seeing this particular name). I called the telephone number listed on my statement next to the name of the business that made the charge of 29.95 and I receive a recording. The recording says they are open during the time I am calling 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain time (I am calling from the northeast at 4:30 so they should still be open). The recording says I should leave my name and number and someone will get back to me, I get ready to leave my name and number and it says mailbox full, press zero to speak to a receptionist. I press zero which rings and rings and rings, no answer. Besides the fact this item made me sick after only taking two of the pills, it is a SCAM. Do not do it. I am in the process of filing a dispute with the credit card company. What an aggravation that I don't need right now. Nobody should have to deal with this and it should not happen. I will not purchase anything online unless it is from a major reputable online site.

I checked my account and saw there was money collected in the amount of 29.95 to Fit Factory... I had never even heard of this company... I also ordered the acai berry which was free. All i had to pay was 3.95 for shipping and handling... I still have not received it... it's only 30.00 but I'm a single mom and every penny counts... I'm so upset... and i don't know what to do about this... not to mention that the phone number provided is an invalid number...

I cancelled my subscription after being charged for 29.95 and then I get another charge 2 weeks later. I call and they act like they don't know what you are talking about. SO, I cancell it again and get told that I will not have any charges, AGAIN.
I tellthat they screwed up my bank acct.
And then there is CCNut for Acai Berry, DON"T order it. They send you a bottle but if you don't know what the fine print says you'll get screwed too. They send you a bottle for a 14 day trail but fail to tell you when you cancel any further orders that you have send back the rest of the bottle or they charge your account another 39.95.
This fraud has to stop.

This company is unable to be contacted by the number listed on your credit card statement for cancellation. Never heard of this company, but from what I have found through research they have jumped on with Acai Berry Products that you request for a free trial on the internet with only having to pay $3.95 shipping and handling! Once you request the free sample, you apparently will also be charged from numerous other companies a membership fee.
Fit Factory cannot be contacted for removal from their so called program, nor can you find out how to be credited for their fradulant changes to your charge card!

This company debited my account and I have never heard of them . It was for $29.95. Then there is another one called total cleanse and that one got my account twice and I never ordered nothing from them either. It is a rip-off scam that originates firn Acai Berry free trial where all you pay for is shipping and handling and you cancel within 30 days. I bet they all are the same company with a different name. Tht total cleanse has a 800 number listed that don't even ring go figure. Anyway please be aware. I have to go throgh all kinds of changes to get my moneyback.

I ordered a free sample of two diet products which were mentioned on Oprah. I received the Aqui Berry sample which included a disclaimer that stated I had "14 days to cancel this program otherwise I would be charged monthly for a new supply". I immediately cancelled this prgram as the "Cleanse" free sample I ordered never came in. I researched both items before ordering and knew I needed both products for the diet to work properly. I waited for the "Cleanse" sample to come in, which never did. I checked my charge statement to see if the postage was ever billed for the free sample and it wasn't. On 1/6/09, I again did a routine check of my charge statement. Two seperate charges were applied to my account for the next supply of the "Cleanse" through Fit Factory. I immediately contacted Fit Factory and asked about the charges. The gentlement only stated that there is a disclaimer online which stated I would automatically be billed for the next supply if the program was not cancelled. He continued to state that I accepted the terms of this agreement. As I am an intelligent women, I then stated to him that Fit Factory failed to submit the free sample to me as I had ordered and therefore there was NO agreement entered. That the disclaimed is not valid unless both ends fulfill their parts of the original agreement. I ordered this free sample, however, they never billed me the postage charge nor did they ever send me the product. I asked the gentlemen what day did the original order go out and he stated it never did. I then asked when the ordered for this new supply went out, and he responded it hadnt gone out. The charges for the second supply were on my account dated 1/6/09, but for the second time, Fit Factory failed to submit a product to me. I immediately requested a refund for the two charges applied towards my account. As of today, a credit has not been to my account by Fit Factory.

All these (below) are under Fit Factory. Be careful responding to free trial. If you do an oline purchase - you pay $4.95 for s/h. If you fail to cancel before the 30th day you will automatically be debited from your account. The number [protected] which is CCNNUTRA only operates between 6A-5P MST and you cannot get through unless you hold for up to forty minutes. Also, when you go to the website: www.getorderhelp.com to cancel you have to have your order# which does not appear on online bank statements. So, if you are debited and have not gotten the product via mail yet you can’t put in an order#. It is highway robbery and this type of business should stop!

I ordered a "free" sample of Celebrity Smile and found a $29.95 charge to my bank account for their "companion company" Fit Factory. I sent communication to them through their website to get the charge reversed. No response. I called customer service and was told their systems were down. They took my name and phone number to call me back. They never did. Then I went to getorderhelp.com and requested the charges be reversed. Nothing. You have to call customer service. Again I was told they systems were down. I was determined to get this resolved before hanging up again. I demanded to speak to the supervisor. After about a 5 minute hold time, a supervisor answered. She wanted to refund only one month until I bulldogged her into understanding that I have been trying to get this charge reversed for so long that now I had 2 charges to my account. She looked at her notes and saw this was documented and reversed the charges. They will NOT reverse charges via email requests-only telephone. Be ready for a bad connection and someone that speaks English as a second language and for the system to be "slow" or "down". HOLD YOUR GROUND. Don't let them off the phone until your issue is resolved during the first phone call!

Ditto all the complaints listed here concerning the Acai (did sign up for a $3.95 shipping only trial sample), Fit Factory and some Cleanse product. Sent and billed me for products and services I did not order or authorize. Additional charges showed up even after phone efforts to cancel this fiasco.

Persistence with these companies has at least gottem me lip service of promises of credits back to my account for these bogus charges. Jury is still out regarding satisfaction.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

I went to check my balance on my debit card and saw fit factory had attempted to deduct 29.95 from my account. I have never even visited their website and have no clue how they got my card number. I tried to call the number on my statement and it of course was not a valid number. Luckily for me, I had not yet deposited my check so there was not enough money to cover their charge. The only thing I can figure is that someone hacked my computer and got the info because I have never heard of this company. I did order some acai-berry from www.extremeacaiberry.com and that could be what happened. I think this is ridiculous that I can't use my card for fear of someone stealing my money.

As others have complained I received the $29.95 charge. When I called to question/credit charge, the rep said he couldn't find my "account" and asked me for me credit coared number! This operation is a total scam. I now have to file a complaint with my credit card company . With all the scams they have pulled, can't an authority shut this down?

I bought a bottle of Bromilite that I was to only pay for shipping. Shipping was only $4.95. I received the Bromilite, but the following two weeks I received an additional charge of $19.95 on my credit card.
I tried calling the [protected] that is on my statement and on the website. I called between 8-12 am eastern time zone, then 2-5 eastern time zone and finally 12:00pm -1:00am and got no one, not even a recording.
I am going to try for another day and then I am emailing my complaint on their website, www.fit-fac.com

This is ridiculous! I don't know how these people got my account information but about 1 month ago I signed up for two free trials of different teeth whitening products, Luminous Brites and Celebrity Smile. Both of which have made unauthorized charges to my bank account! I am so furious I want to sue. I don't even know who Fit Factory is but you can be sure that I will report this as fraud to my bank. (They charged $29.95 to my bank accout) I might even change my account number. I have learned my lesson, NEVER SIGN UP FOR "FREE TRIALS" ON THE INTERNET!

Like several complaints listed here, I also ordered a free trial of the Acai berry last Spring 2009, found a charge on my credit card for 29.99 for another order. I called and canceled this and have the documentation of the call. Since I get paperless billing and do not use this card, I just discovered that the "Fit Factory" or "Hub Healthy" charge was continued to be charged against my card after I clearly discontinued it quite a while ago. When I received my year-end statement, I discovered that the Charge continued for another 6 months without my knowledge or approval. Just called today to stop the service and also contacted Capitol One to dispute all of the charges.

Turns out that this company also deals with tattoo parlors, piercings, massage and other "services" that aren't listed on their website. Beware.

I've submitted a complaint to the BBB.

I don't even know who this company is, never ordered anything from them, but all of the sudden charges were on my account. When I contacted them, they said I ordered a diet supplement from another company and that they were a part of that. I did not see anything regarding this company on the ordering of the supplement (AcaiSlim).

when you order your acai aslim product.
below are the terms and conditions you automatically obligated to accept the charges not knowgly.
my english is kind of short so i don 't know if i am explaining it right.
but anyhow, this is a total fraud you have to be very cautious when purchasing it.
i didn't come to read all the feed backs or complaints about the product, i would have become one of the victims too.
i mean i just called acai aslim [protected] and cacelled my automatic shipment but i sitll have to call fit factory to cancel as well and the fit factory is not open so i am just waiting for them to open at 9am.
very frustrated but glad i read the complaints.

so please very very careful and don't become a victim!

Terms & Conditions: (these terms/conditions only apply to the free trial) Start your trial now to receive a full month supply of Acai-aSlim (retails for eighty four dollars). You will have 14 full days from today to evaluate and decide if you wish to keep the remaining 30 day supply and continue receiving Acai-aSlim. If you enjoy Acai-aSlim, simply do nothing. You will be billed the discounted price of only 79.95 at the end of your fourteen day trial period for your initial supply. You will be billed thirty days from today to replenish your supply of Acai-aSlim and begin your monthly auto shipment unless cancelled (this is a savings off the retail price, and is available to you today). You will enjoy our auto ship program that will deliver your monthly supply of the Acai-aSlim Diet. You are still receiving this trial one hundred percent risk free because if, for ANY reason, you decide that Acai-aSlim is not for you, simply call [protected] and we will quickly assist you with canceling your Acai-aSlim auto ship program as well as help you with a refund. No future commitments, no hassles. Cancel any time. I also understand that I will enjoy a monthly membership to FitFactory where i can track my weight loss and get diet advice for a monthly fee of 29.95 per month billed on the 21st day unless I cancell by calling [protected]. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES, UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.

When you order your "free-trial" of Acai-aSlim, you will AUTOMATICALLY be enrolled in an online exercise program called FIT FACTORY. There is no way to order the Acai-aSlim without being enrolled in Fit Factory at $19.95 per month and this info appears at the very bottom of the Acai-aSlim website in fine print. Also, the phone number which appears on your bank statement for Fit Factory is not a working number so you can't really get through to them easily. You actually will have to go to the Fit Factory website to get their working phone number. Then when you finally reach them, they're very sorry you didn't read the fine print on the Acai-aSlim website which tells you that you'll be automatically enrolled in Fit Factory, and that you must contact them within the 14 day trial period of Acai-aSlim. If you do cancel the Acai-aSlim within the 14 day trial period, that does NOT cancel your Fit Factory membership. They will not refund the $19.95 already billed to your credit card even though you weren't aware that you ordered a membership in Fit Factory. What a Scam for both of these companies! There is no mailing address shown anywhere for Fit Factory so one can only assume that it's run out of the same office as Acai-aSlim.

I send for the "free trial" of Acai berry supplements, and didn't receive it for four months. BEFORE I'd even had the chance to try the free trial, I was billed $29.95, evidently to "buy in" with an MLM scam. I called to have my money refunded and cancel the MLM autoship. I DID get the $29.95 refunded, but was billed for ANOTHER $89.95, and now cannot reach anyone. Furthermore, I don't even know the name of the exact business that's responsible for the billing!

So, that "free trial" has cost me $119.90, plust the original $395 I sent for the shipping on the false free trial. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!
