This is a total scam. They charged my account (Unauthorized) for a fitness magazine for the price of $24.82. I did not agree to this charge and they refused to refund the money. The phone number is [protected].

hey, if you have any unauthorised transactions from FITCLUBONLINE or WEIGTMEMBER, the number to call to cancel is the number on your credit card or bank statement, you have to cancel both individually calling the different numbers. if dailing from the uk add 001. Easy to cancel but will REFUSE a refund! I was paying for a YEAR before I realised. Finally im free!

It is big scam, I have been charged $24.89 3 diferent times, and always under different names, returned products that they sent me and I'm still being charged for products I never asked for, the only advice I got from my credit card is to cancel my card and request another one so I never get another charged from these crooks, more of an inconviniance. If I see one more charge from them I will have to do that. I have called every single number they post and all tell me the same story. Don't believe anything they say, they are BIG CROOKS!

We are being charged the same $24.82 -- automatic monthly debit -- after my husband ordered the Dazzle Smile stuff. Does anyone know of a phone number that works to reach these good-for-nothing scammers?

Hopefully your credit card rep will offer third party calling. Get involved in every legal way possible to help you cancel "membership" with this "fitclub". Usually if you have ordered a trial sample, agreeing to pay for s&h, the fine, fine, print states, that you have also agreed on recieving products, whethter that means actual product or access to a website, etc. It's what they refer to as an 'Elite" program or affiliate company. It's very sneaky people, but not illegal. More "misrepresentaion" than anything. SO, for all you in the position of recieving charges for nothing you 'signed' up for, sorry, but in some way you did. That's how they have your credit card info at all. I suggest asking your credit card company to offer third party calling, directly to the 'fitclub online', and go through their process to cancle your "membership", which will also stop the charges. [protected] ) They should offer you a cancellation confirmation number, record this for your records. Your cc rep, if third party calling, should also record that number, along with the date. Your ghost charges should stop there! Good Luck...play by the rules, and you will win!

i just got billed 2 times in week for fit club online . Reading these posts it seems i was caught up in the dazzle scam of "free trail" of tooth whitener. I ended up paying almost 100.oo for the "second shipment" which i returned and was supposed to receive a full credit but never have and now started seeing the 24.92 charges. Of course when i called the number they wouldn't issue the refund but i am officially disputing the charges with my Credit Card Company. If i get any justice i will report back. I will never ever ever sign up for anything online again!

I got my money back! I became part of this scam by ordering a 14-day free trial of Dazzle White in October 2009. A few days ago (January 25, 2010) I noticed two charges on my credit card from fitclubonline for $24.92. I called the number that was on my credit card statement [protected] and talked to a customer service rep who only knew how to say that I agreed to this when I ordered the Dazzle White. After a heated conversation on my side, I did not feel like I got anywhere. I told him I want the charges reversed and I planned to pursue this because it is not right or legal to charge for a product or service that I did not receive, in fact one that I had never heard of. I make my credit card payment online, so I disputed the charges by selecting the "I did not authorize this transaction" choice. To my surprise, today (January 29th) the charges have been reversed. Now I just have to make sure they don't charge me again, and hopefully there is nothing else I am going to get charged for that I did not agree to. This is a total rip off. I did some research on the company and it is an Internet marketing web site that is out of Canada. Hope the rest of you come out at well as I have. All we can do is keep trying and let others know what a rip off these products are and never purchase any trial products. Helen

OK HOPEFULLY EVERYONE WILL READ THIS.

The number to call to cancel your Fit Club Online subscription is: [protected]

The company name is World Club Fitness and they will give you a cancellation number. Probably not a refund since we technically did agree to it in their stupid little fine print.

Hopefully this helps out a ton of people!

We got charged $24.92 and we never even signed up for the program. My husband bought some supplements and there was no mention of "signing" up for any "fit club" - they have refused to refund the money and on top of it they charged us 2 times in 1 week for the bogus membership- The messed with the wrong female -

Premium White is another company that ends up on your card as fitclubonline. Have approached card company, ASDA, who assure me that they will block card and complete investigation. Will cancel card and report to Ombudsman if no joy.

I just got off the telephone with "fit club online" after seeing a charge in the amount of $24.82. What I found out is, I had unknowingly signed up for their service by signing up for a "free trial" with Dazzle Smile. The Fit Club Online subscription was hidden in the small print. I never used their service, or even knew of their service. They cancelled my "subscription" but say I'm still liable for the past dues. I'll dispute it with the credit card company and probably have to cancel my card.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I'm so mad at myself...

I have also tried calling the number but to no avail these have charged me $253.31 AUD & I supposed to receive a free trial which I never received & I never made any orders they are a bunch of rip offs & scammers, betterdtox $97.46, wellbhealth $99.60, elitepack $27.63 & 845i* fitclubonline $28.62 all for goods/products I never received or purchased. I would appreciate a refund & for them never to debit my card again because it is not benefitting me at all.

The number for fitclubonline is [protected]. More months ago than I care to admit, I ordered an acai berry product from AcaiBurn. After I tried it for a few days I cancelled the order because of side effects. To the best of my recollection, I cancelled the supplemental online "advice" service also. However, I was being charged $2.99 a month for several months even after the original debit information had been changed. Finally, I decided to find what I was being charged for and called elitepack (the name of the company originally charging me). After two tries they cancelled my account but refused to refund me anything stating that it was in paragraph such and such. Who knows where and how to find that information if it was even made known at the start. Anyway, my bank was able to refund two charges only. Lo and behold a day later there appears a charge for $2.99 from fitclubonline an entirely new company charging me for the same "service". The reps are highly trained, by the way, and do not give an inch. Of course, no wrong doing was acknowledged and no refund forthcoming. My bank told me that the charges come from Cypress. The old adage is truer today than ever: if it sounds too good to be true, it isn't.

I have been having the same problem. I am getting charged about $30 a month and not getting anything. I have spoken to my bank and they are disputing it. I advise that you cancel your card and get reissued with a new one. There fore it's stops them in their tracks. Dont fall for these free trials for things on the internet as there is always a catch! I was stupid enough to do it three times! All three free trials ended up costing me about $400.00 in the end! DONT FALL FOR IT!

I don't know if this will help. I too was charged on my credit card by them. I disputed the charge to my credit card company and they refunded the money. That might be one way to get your money back. Even with debit cards go to or call your bank.

Hope it helps.

I think it may be from ThermoThin Plus. I cancelled my order with them 4 months ago and now mysteriously there's this charge! I am never doing this again. Once I get a reply from this place I will post the contact info.

I almost got cought with this, but its not a scam. When i ordered Acai products, i made sure i read everything. At the bottom before you submit anything it shows a promo box that you have to uncheck. It explains that you are enrolled in the online fitness club free for 1 month and after that its $25/mo unless you cancel it before. Scam or not, its there in writing. make sure you read everything next time before buying anything online.
