I have ordered several plates from www.fishpond.com.au and when I received my order half of my new plates were broken. I immediately contacted customer service and sent them some pictures. They actually did not care and said that plates were damaged during the shipment and told me that I need to contact the shipping company. I refused and said that it was their responsibility and they said no! They said that when my order left the store everything was fine, so it was not their fault. I asked for a refund and they refused and said that I have to deal with the shipping company. Fishpond is terrible!! These people do not stand behind their products, they are customer unfriendly and refuse to help! Total joke!
