Fishfast Shipping Company review: Scam, change in the weights and dimensions of the package shipment 2

Very briefly..
I have the shipment with fish fast company, I asked for internal charging that the carrier is the us postal (Usps) but every time (2 times) when conducting a processing and packaging shipment changing the carrier to fedex, multiplied to communicate with them for weeks past without positive benefit, in 7-9-2016 opened an account with the us postal (Usps) and it issued an receive my shipment of fishfast co by order number is (O655055290) and but they refused, another shi became not respond to my protests by e-mail support means stop technical support and become my shipment hostage and the takeover of the customers property!
I requested transformative me to the regional director, but he did not respond

The first request was in shipping 26/08/2016
The second order 01/09/2016
The third order 09/17/2016
Has been imposed on the packaging fee and cancel several times has paid $ 35

Note that the transmitter address and destination address in the same state and the same city (De - new castel)
