First Premier Bank Billing

First, let me start out by saying I have 9 cards I have never ever never been late for nearly 4 years with the current cards.
I signed this card to increase my score, I charged on it, the bill came in I paid the monthly...2 weeks after I paid it call came in very nice older man stated I never paid my bill — ooo yes did — drove home accrued my debit card called in paid the bill..
I keep a ledger book current of who when and how bills are paid.. Did not research why the pmt didn't go through..
Next month came the same thing again.. This time I researched it. When I called in to pay a very rude"[censored]" took my payment..
Next came the letter in mail of suspension, now im in [censored] mood.. I pay my bills something is wrong... I called in a very nice person who helped me. What I did was when I set up the acct the first time I reversed the last 2 numbers. I paid both months within minutes of getting the calls. The employee discovered what I did I don't get why they canceled me. It wasnt like I called up making excuses their employee saw how I screwed up.. I feel the [censored] flagged my account..
I'm sorry i'm a human I made a mistake... I wrote a letter sent snail mail, [ as this company has no email and no fax, that's lame.]
Explaining how I made the mistake and assured them this is corrected and will not happen again.. They did not give a damn,
So now my account is closed which has hurt my credit score dropped 7 points. And and on a 664 balance im still be charged 8.00 fee for something and 19.98 interest every month.. I will afford 100.00 a month to get this paid asap..
Dont sign up with this company! I have never written a review like this on any any business.. I am a business owner

First Premier Bank Setup payment with one bank they closed my account when they tried to debit another account on a electronic withdrawal autopay

My record shows i had already made two payments before they closed my account for isf. the account card was shut down due to fraud. So they had no reason to shut my account down. I have the recorded tapes to prove they were telling fibs and decided to close my account to destroy my credit. They even reported me late for one day, the next day and not 30 days over due! Fraud! something needs to be done

First Premier Bank They suckered me as well! Taking unauthorized payments! Then notice the different in dates on state compared to the real bank statements

$189.41 was not approved. I only authorized one payment of $45 and $30 payments one for each credit I have with them (2 accounts). Not only did they take my money the did it in a that makes me uncomfortable not to mention the world is in a crises and needs every bit. Anyways! Back to the complaint, after seeing money being deducted from my account that was wrong I immediately try to place a dispute on a"pending transaction". I was told no luck here wait till your monthly statement comes in the mail then dispute through letter! After reading ready the reviews I go back and look at my credit card payments. This is where it's really foul, I had to screenshot where it says my last two payments for the month had been posted for 45$ and $30 and didn't apply the 189.41 to either account. Definitely shutting all accounts down after fours years of hidden fees I was okay as long as I built credit. This however doesn't fly! It's STEALING!

First Premier Bank Illegal interest charges

On April 18th, I closed two of my credit card accounts with First Premier Bank after several years of predatory charges. On April 18th, I instructed Premier Bank staff to withdraw the full owed balance on both of my cards [One ending in 6609 and the second ending in 7405] and close my accounts. Premier Bank card withdrew the balance on one card on April 20 and the second balance for the other card on April 21 even though I instructed them to do so for both accounts on the 18th of April. Premier bank card did this in order to try and let the balance owed accumulate interest on my second credit card account with them.

The charges on two separate days were therefore intentional and predatory. Therefore First Premier Bank structured the payments and drummed out erroneous interest charges to scrape more money from me as a customer. How can an account that was paid in full and closed accrue interest? First Premier Bank structured the payments and drummed out erroneous interest charges to scrape more money from me as a customer. I have attached proof of bank account charges that were done on two different days.

I have also attached phone call record that shows evidently that I called Premier bank card very early on the morning of April 18, 2020. This should help dispute their possible argument that they could not process the payment on that day. First Premier Bank delayed the processing of this payment intentionally. First Premier Bank card has been stealing money from its customers through predatory interest charges for a long time as is explained in my case here. I would like this balance of $2 to be removed from my account and the full amount I paid to be refunded back to me based on years of their predatory practices that i was not previously aware of.

First Premier Bank credit card billing

My billing statement was on October 24th they sent out they call me on the 29th for my next bill for November 20th and said I had to pay that day when I had until November 20th to pay the minimum balance and did not get my statement in the mail so I did not know what I was being charged for I would think give the person a chance to get the bill in the mail before because I had 3 weeks to pay the minimal amount I would rather get the bill in the mail first because I have two accounts with them and made two payments on one account when that could have went to my other credit card payment I don't like when they call too early when it's just been when they had just sent out the bill 4 to 5 days ago that way I can have a chance to look at the bill

First Premier Bank company took money out of my checking acct

I was checking my bank account online & noticed that on 10-15-19 this company took money out of my checking account twice. It was apparently an ACH transfer, but one was $14.24 & the other was $187.00! I have no idea how this happened & now am worried about all my money being stolen. My bank said the name attached to each one was Brandon Wallace, someone who I do not know. I have to fill out a form to dispute the charges, but in the mean time I have no idea if it's going to happen again. Tried calling the company & of course no one was there on a Saturday. Will keep trying to call, but I'm very busy. Anything ya'll can do, let me know. Thank you.

First Premier Bank credit card

I have two credit cards with First Premier Banks. With both cards, I have an EXEMPLARY history with making my payments on time, not going over the credit limit, etc.

On 19 January 2019, I attempted to schedule a payment on my card ending in 3307, but received this error message instead:

Error Summary
Due to the current status of your account we are unable to process your PREMIER Online Bill Pay request. We recommend that you make a guaranteed funds payment by the due date listed on your statement.

Today, 30 January 2019, I attempted to make a payment on my card ending in 6978, and I received the same error message.

I have written to Premier Bank about this, but have not received any response. And what do they mean by "the current status of my account?"

First Premier Bank fraudulent charges on my bank account

I have two different charges on my account. We bank with J.P. Morgan Chase. Both charges are 95.00$ each. I called my bank and they have nothing they could tell me why I was getting these charges. They are fraudulent. I need to know how they got in my account. These are happening every month. I have to go back and report each charge on my account so Chase can start an investigation.

First Premier Bank credit card

On December 6, 2018 I spoke with an agent from First Premier Bank regarding my credit card. I was told that if I make a payment of $404.62 they would credit the account $100.00 and I would have the full available credit of $400.00. I did a post dated payment for the $404.62 for December 14, 2018. Per the agent I would have the full available credit on December 15, 2018. When I reviewed my account information the morning of the 14th the funds were still in my account and the credit card account was still showing to be past due. I contacted First Premier Bank that same morning and spoke with an agent who advise that payments post at midnight and the funds would not be available on the 15th however she could cancel the post dated payment and I could set my payment up with her and she would process the payment and the balance would update and funds would be able the next day the 15th. I completed the process however, this was all a lie. When I went online the morning of the 15th there were no information available I contact First Premier Bank and spoke with Shannon who advise me that as of November 17th the account was close due to two returned payments. I advise her that I did not receive any information regarding this no letters, no telephone calls nor emails and I advise of what the agents prior advise me. She stated there was not anything that she could do. I then at that point ask for a manager. She transferred me to Amanda who I advised of the previous conversations and she stated there was not anything that she could do but contact the security department to see about having the account re-open. She stated that they would not refund me the money because the account balance was of the amount that was collected. I expressed to her that this is unacceptable and against the law and that they can not do this. She advised me that she understands and if she could fix this problem then she would however she can not. Amanda stated that it could take 3-5 days. Amanda stated that I could attempt to dispute though my bank but as I explained to her the bank would do research and contact them directly and per Amanda they would say that it is valid because the money was owed on the account. Today, December 17th I checked my credit report and it is showing the account to reported close on November 1st, how is this possible if First Premier Bank is stating it be reported close on November 17th. I spoke with Kendra today also and advise her of the information. She spoke with a manager who advise her to tell me that they are not sure why it is showing November 1st on my credit report when it was not close until November 17th but like I advise her credit reports reports things that creditors report to them and that date was not made up. She advise me I can send a dispute and provided me with a fax number. She then stated that she can send a referral to their settlement department to see if they could refund the money however it was not guaranteed. I asked to have a head manager such as a AVP or SVP to contact me and Kendra advise that they would not and that it would basically be a supervisor. I informed Kendra that I have worked for banks for some time now since 2001 and I have learned some things over the past 15 years. I advise her that this is deception and per the fair debt credit act deception is against the law. I advise her that Amanda told me that the agents calls would be listen to and per Kendra there would be no way of knowing if this would actually be completed. I would like to file a law suit against this company because there are probably other consumers First Premier Bank Collection department has did this to. I am aware that they do receive bonuses for collecting.

First Premier Bank awful customer service, awful accounting department stay away

I had 2 Premier Bankcard accounts. In July I made 4 payments 7/10, 7/12, and 2 7/26 and closed out my account. The inept Accounting Department applied all 4 payments to one account and cause the 2nd account to become 30 days lat. I called almost everyday for over 2 weeks until the error was finally corrected. But in the interim Premier Bankcard reported my one account 30-days late to the credit bureau and are completely refusing to remove the late payment, even after I faxed them 5 times documentation. The absolute WORST customer service. Inept Customer service reps, make promises and actually lie to their customers and Credit Services is a scam. AWFUL, never do business with them. Reported to BBB and Consumer Affairs, and I am considering retaining an attoryney and sueing.

First Premier Bank failure to disclose card charges

I applied for a card a few weeks back they said nothing about taking any money off my line of $500 credit line. I get my card with a $375.00 credit limit do to a $30.00 payment being taken off and $125.00 annual fees. They even stated in the letter they sent with card that they didn't revile any of theses fee. That's fraud and even the attorneyi spoke with said it is. That all withdrawal from card has to be verified during application process. So I want the money put back on my credit line or i'm turning you into the fraud department with customer fraud. Cause if i'd known all this bs i'd never got your card

First Premier Bank checking account

Here is my story.I've been with First Premier for 4 years. My account has gone negative 4 times in 4 years. 2 were transactions that they paid (and charged me hefty fees for, but they paid the merchant so I willingly paid the fees) The other 2 times, the account had a small positive balance, a check for less than $20 both times, was presented for payment. They declined but still charged me $35 OD fee plus $5/day for each day in the negative. Then merchant submits the check a 2nd time to bank for payment and I'm charged another $35 OD fee and still $5/day PLUS merchant will charge a fee plus the cost of the check. Sitting at a total of $164 for $19.26 check. I had $1.09 in checking account. A check written by me to a retail grocery store. The check was written for $19.26. When the check reached the bank, the bank DECLINED TO PAY and sent it back, but still charged me an Overdraft fee of $35 PLUS $5/DAY which PUT the account into the negative. The bank sent the check back to retailer. The retailer then presented the check a 2nd time, requesting payment, and again, the bank DECLINED to pay and charged me a 2nd $35 fee. So now, I've been charged (2) $35 fees, $5/day and the original retailer is charging me the cost of original check, plus their own fee of $40 (understandably so). But can the bank soak me like that on a check they didn't pay, TWICE? Is this even legal since they declined to pay to begin with? And they refuse to shut down my account so that I can at least get caught up and not continue to rack up $5 daily fee. THEY ARE LITTERALLY KILLING ME with fees. I feel like I'm standing in front of a firing squad and there is nothing I can do.
