First Gulf Bank [FGB] / unauthorized credit card charges

Dear Service provider,

I am expressing my disappointment towards your banking service, i have been regular payer on my credit card liabilities without fail. After All this previously few months back fgb credited my account with Aed 350/- without my request. Later requested to cancel for which fgb took around 45 working days & within this duration i paid unnecessary for insurance rest balance adjusted later.

Now again in March 2017 FGB has credited me Aed 350/- for Insurance renewal without informing me. i have raised complaint over phone .

Why ? i have to bare this cost, i am loosing interest in FGB over & over again

therefore i request you to resolve this matter ASAP since this is not my mistake.

Or else i am not interested to deal with FGB in future & ready to cancel my credit card.
