My colleague Mr. Niel Cachuela received a call from one of your collection officer Mr. Suhail from the number [protected] at 10:30 am today [protected]) to his mobile number [protected].
Due to delay in salary from the company, Mr. Niel was not able to pay his dues. As an accountant i tried to explain the situation that our company didn't paid salary for our staff from last 3 months and you staff was responding without respect and misbehaved with questions "are you sleeping there without salary ?", what are you doing there? " etc.
Kindly requested to take action against the mis-conduct with clients who already facing issues without salary and sustainability.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] gitex offer from nbad

I have received a message from NBAD (GITEX shopper 2-6 October) at any electronics store and get 5% cash back and 0% easy payment plan for up to 12 months at participating partners with FAB credit card. To register, SMS "GITEX' to 2121.

So immediately I sent message on 2121 and got the confirmation of registration which I have saved in my mobile.

Very next day I have been one outlet E-city at Delma Mall Abu Dhabi to grab this opportunity. Later after 2 days I called NBAD customer service to make 12 months equal installments as it was mentioned in the SMS I received (But not listed the details of Merchants which I thought I can buy the goods from any outlet. I have been told by the customer services representative that this merchant is not on our list and so we will make 6 months installments instead of 12 months and we will charge you 2% interest and 5% VAT. I wanted to know from the Management of NBAD is that justice, it is burden on me that I trusted on your words and immediately made the purchase.

The merchant list should be provided along with such type of offers that customers cannot be misleaded / misguided. I wanted to request to the Management to help me and make my installment's for 12 months instead of 6 months and waive unnessaccery 2% and 5% VAT from my shoulders and instruct the personnel's to provide proper information to the regular customers.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] double amount deduct from debit card

My available balance was 5744 aed, I withdraw 100 dhs but its show error i didnt receive money ..then i withdraw second time i receive only 100 dhs,
I got 2 msgs, 1st is 100 dhs debited available balance is 5644., 2nd msg i got 100 dhs debited available balance is 5544..,
Then 3rd msg i got it show due to unsucessful transaction 100 dhs credited on your ac available balance is 5644,
4rh msg i got 100 debited from your account available balance is 5544..

At the end from 5744 i withdraw only 100 it should be 5644 but, available balance its showing 5544..

Kindly please reverse 100 dhs its system mistake..

First Gulf Bank [FGB] teller cash withdrawal

I visited Alqassimiya branch to withdraw an amount of money using a cheque that took me an hour waiting for a specific approval from an unknown department of FGB. However, I tried to speak with the branch manager who gave me an aggressive attitude along with two choices whether to leave the branch without finishing my transaction or to wait for an unknown timeframe.so I lost my time and didn't cash my cheque

This is to inform you that i have FGB credit card, and last two years i am not in UAE and i am not using my registered mobile number as well as i am not working in that company also. But i am using my same Email ID. And very months i am paying my dues on time. now my credit has been expire now. kindly request you to please advise how i can get my new credit card and change all my previous details.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] credit card clearance letter

I had requested for clearance letter on 26th August against my credit card which was closed in June.
Even after one month time, I haven't received the clearance letter. Almost on daily basis, I am calling your toll free number & getting the same response that its under process.
For your reference, my service request number for clearance letter is [protected].
Kindly advise what should I do in order to get the clearance letter or how much time its needed.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] credit card

I have given my documents for credit card to one of agent sent by bank after showing lead on FGB website.

Yet there is no response from bank or the guy who collected form and documents from me as I tried to trace my application but bank staff confirmed this is not received. Can you please followup on this as I have signed all the documents and cheque as well for security.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] payment of stock dividends not received

On 23rd July, ADX stock market sent my dividends to FGB who should transfer it to me within 3 working days. It has been 2 months and still i didnt get my money.

After 12 calls with service centre i managed to get to the concerned department who told me that they did the transfer already in july . when i asked them to send me the swift/money transfer 103 they said we dont have it ! They cant show me the proof of them sending the money and I still didnt receive it.

They dont respond to any sort of communication from ADX stock market and their call centre is useless they send an email and then a chaser and no once calls back to sort the issue.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] debit card

I visited the Dubai branch yesterday to get an explanation of why my account was debited 900 AED. I was referred to file a complaint online and I will keep doing this until my money is refunded. I opened an account and I was never informed of the monthly charges of 100AED. What for? When I started using my card again, I was debited 900 AED, Why? Is it a reputation that the bank has built to snatch the little savings of its clients?I need back my money even if it means writing this whole story everyday.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] extremely unresponsive and poor customer service

Please DO NOT BANK with them. I have followed up since the last three days from the 3rd to the 5th with over 10 calls to follow up regarding the status of a cheque.
their ATM - CDM did not give me a scanned receipt of the cheque. I have been running door to post without any confirmation that atleast the cheque was received . After requesting for several call backs from their supervisor and being promised a call back in one hour, have not received one for an entire working day.
This is very irresponsible behaviour on the part of the bank!

First Gulf Bank [FGB] regarding credit card loan settlement, credit card no: [protected]

Dear FGB(FAB) Manager,

My self Sugumaran Harikumar, my credit card no: [protected]. I took a quick cash by 2015 april, since then iam repaying my EMI as scheduled. By 2017 april i went for a settlement with the total outstanding amount of 46000 AED, which was converted to 48 months of EMI . As of now i am paying my EMI on time every month. Still 32 month are left over for my EMI .By 15th august 2018 i placed a request for liability letter to foreclose the loan. My actual outstanding amount is 31538.53 AED which is mentioned in my credit card statement( refer attachment).I recieved my liability letter on 4/8/18 in which the outstanding amount has been mentioned as 50200 AED . But i am affordable to pay only my actual outstanding amount ( 31538.53 AED) . kindly revise my settlement amount as i requested. consider my request as early as possible and hope you do favour for the same.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] closure of my bank account number [protected] and [protected]

This is in reference where a request was made to close our corporate account and if possible waive the charges off. After more than one month as the RM was travelling and we were told the charges can not be waived off. We have gone and cleared all the charges and were awaiting for our closure letter. To get the same we have been being harrased by no proper response from the RM who's name is Shahid Hussain mobile number [protected]. Now as per his last conversation we should be receiving the letter soon and no further charges would be incurred on your account . After few days he says my branch has been changed I can not be of any help. This is pure harrasement I appreciate if you could look into the matter and resolve the same. We hd also mentioned the company is closed now and is not in operation. It also seems we are charged for the month of August and we refuse to pay any charges as all the dues were cleared along with closure request also the cheque books were returned in your dire branch. Attached the letter submitted in June.

I took balance transfer AED 30, 000 in last week of June for three months thru call centre and I was told by the representative that my Aug payment will be deferred and I have to start payment in Sep. I did not receive any confirmation despite several calls today and before. This is not at all expected and acceptable from FAB. Please confirm the first instalment date. i have credit card with FGB, 6200/ my limit, my story was happen last year, i paid my outstanding balance, in that time i loose my job, i was very tension, then we go for home country for refresh, after i came back, i get one statement 900/ for FGB out standing, i wonder, then i realized out of 6200/ i paid only 6000/- for the 200 they charges 900/, i went to bank, its was new bank instead of FGB i request to remove my fine, the new bank willing to remove my penalty, but FGB not allow, but they still need 900/-, now they are sending 2598.31 0n 20. 06 .2018/- for that 200 Aed, still i dont have job .how i pay this much amount?, i send to mail to the manager they are not yet reply, i need my right, kindly do for me the favor

The most horrible bank service ever. I was charged Credit shield insurance without informing from the day I got my credit card. I initially didn't notice until I checked my Statement 3 months later and requested to cancel it. They just chose to reduce it. I requested for a reversal and they politely declined it with petty excuses.

I would never recomend this bank to anyone.
Worse service ever.
Back off anyone who would want a loan or a credit card from them.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] customer service and staff behavior at salam branch

Reached today at branch and got token C125 at 11:33 am. Waited at branch till 12:10 but numbers were moving very slow as one representative left desk after entertaining a customer 10 minutes after I reach. One representative was not attending anyone for 20 minutes.

After waiting for more than 40 minutes decided to leave and told bank's representative at token machine that service is very slow. He rudely replied that they are not siting free. I told him they are and if this is the behavior then I should complain. bank's representative replied its up to you, go ahead.

Worst customer service experience and left without getting a simple account statement.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] blocked credit card - annual charges and late fees harassment

Dear FGB,

I have mailed your representatives many times but to no response. I have fgb card [protected], Raja Rohith Bandari Lakakula -this card was deactivated in September/October 2016 - all dues paid and bonds withdrawn; I have informed the customer care executive that I am leaving UAE permanently but there was annual charges in Feb 2017 and every month there is late payment charges being added and people from Fintrestle started harassing. I want someone to look into this and help me.

First Gulf Bank [FGB] slow process of closing credit card

Noor bank gave fab a check amounting to 47k AED last June 15 to close my 3 credit cards fgb and 2 nbad. On June 20 fgb closed my credit card with them but nbad up to this date my 2 credit cards are still open. We have the amount 47k as per the liability they provided to us for the 3 credit cards. But they they did not close my nbad credit card. I thought you guys are one bank only you're supposed to be talking to each other because it's been 48 years since the request l was made to close all my credit cards. Or do you even have a plan of closing it? What is the date now? I'm so pissed off already. What is wrong with you. How much load in have to consume to keep on calling your customer service with no avail. 😡😡😡

First Gulf Bank [FGB] funds transfer uae to pakistan

Dear Sir,

I had transferred 48000Aed amoung for date 12 June 2018, from my account no. [protected], FGB branch in, TPH, Office 102, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Near FGB Metro Station in my beneficiary account no. PK28BAHL0112008100204801, in Pakistan, bank al Habib limited but till date I did not receive this amount in my beneficiary account.
I have been compliant on FGB helpline and same branch but he did resolve my problem.
I hope you will give me a response and resolve my issue ASAP.
