    I have proof that the banks system or ppl are taking payments that have already been paid to the merchant and 24 hrs after they are paid and cleared they are taking pending charges and charging me overdraft fees 5 of them... went in and I recorded the conversation with her knowledge even though she stormed out of the room saying then she has to get someone.. well I had turned it on already before she walked out of the room.. by the end of the meeting, , after another supervisor joined in with any lies they could tell, I gathered up the papers including the one that they printed.. wish I had looked closer at it at the time... cause what I have is a gold mine.. they printed for me the times of all my charges when they were pre auth and when they were wdl purch which is when the merchant actually got payment... and it the charge would be no longer in pending status, well the 3 checks that on my online bank statement which I checked before I even went into town showed as paid and cleared.. I had a balance of 110.00 per my attachment, , and no pending charges, , , went to heb and the ups, , mind you had 110. in my account.. only wrote the amount for 64.00 and 12.00 and some cents, , which still had funds left over, , well to my surprise I checked my account on Monday and bam... over 260.00 in bank charges.. I flipped... they took the 3 that cleared and thanks to their own paper work I can prove were already paid and posted over 12 hrs before I even had a pending charge.. so one they threw 3 $29.00 fees on of course Im in the neg.. well I'm with you.. I have had enough .. I cant sleep, I am so upset, , they closed my account, , right before xmas.. now my direct deposits had to be canceled and by the time I get them in the mail its will be to late for my xmas... Im sick and tired of being victimized by these banks.. who is going to stank up for us// We put these ppl in congress, , and once they get everyone's vote we mean nothing... I want to make a youtube video.. the news... anyone who will listen.. i cant afford a laywer since Im on disability, , but Im still someone.. and I should count...

    This psuguy58, , must spend alot of time on here posting stupid remarks.. well to bad you dont post something worth saying..duhhhhhhh its ppl like you that work for these BANKS that give them a BAD name as far as how to show emphathy, , which puts you right in the complaints on "BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, " I worked in customer service all my life and rather a person is wrong or upset, , maybe all they need is someone to show that they care, , , , THAT IS WHAT YOUR LACKING JERK... you could have made your point without rubbing it into their face... Let me guess your life is perfect and no one has ever wronged you...right?? You have never been screwed over or treated like your treating these ppl on here??? Yea right.. Its ones like you who should NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE... smoke that in your perfect pipe..

    if you look at the balance you would see that there was plenty of funds... its what they did that messed it up.. do you see where it says balance of 110.19... L(.)(>)k... there shouldnt have been any fees funds were there...

    No thanks anyways for your deep concern But the Attorney General has looked outside his box and sees what is going on... you and sparky make a awsome team, , too dumb dumbs who have no life but to come on here DAILY and see who they can get their rocks off on with ignored comments... lmao

    i know something needs to be done about this bank. i am joining in this because this bank preys on its customers and isn't in the best interest of its clients.
    i hope someone listens
