Myself Prabhakar, I am holding a credit card issued by FGB, until it was with FGB service quality was desirable but since FAB took over there service has gone worst. I had made several calls to FAB 24/7 customer care to issue me new credit as as my current card has expired. every time they are giving me excusess for delays. I would request FAB team if you happen to see my message then please contact me on [protected] if you want to retain a regular customer.
