Fiona James / Flight to Auckland
I am having an absolute nightmare dealing with the company netflights and i would not recommend using them. My partner and i booked a flight for me to return to New Zealand and when the confirmation email came through it was not the flights we had originally put in our basket. I am a teacher so can only travel in the holiday period so clearly would not choose dates otherwise.
After contacting the airline as soon as they opened (not even 12 hour), i was to learn that they had already taken the money from my account and the only response they had for me when asking to change these flights was "Im sorry this ticket is non refundable and non transferable. I have spent the las three day on the phone trying to get some compassion for human error but have had no luck. I have just spent 50 minutes on hold waiting to speak to them at this rate my phone bill will probably end up the same price as the ticket.
Do not use Netflights...they do not care about the customer, just your money!
