I purchased a mattress, top of the line, 05/30/04 with a 10 yrs. warranty or 5 years replacement. Fingers replaced the Mattress in 09/25/07 with a Shadow Dream King size. This mattress has the recovery type pading. The first mattress was replaced due to sagging. I called fingers to replace the second mattress due to the same problem. The Fingers representative came out on 03/06/08 and measured the defect in the mattress and stated to me the mattress measured above the allowable limits which is one an half inches or more. I received a letter from Fingers that my claim had been denied. I called the Customer Service Dept. and they said the Mattress was with in limits. I paid more than 1500.00 for the first mattress. I've only had the replacement mattress for 6mos. I can't believe they rejected the claim!
