Fingerhutvery rude and unprofessional customer service

Fingerhut stuff is very rude and unprofessional, I guess they don't even know the meaning of the word "manners"! I paid for express shipping and it was pretty expensive, but delivery was very late and for weeks I had no idea what was happening with my order. So I contacted Fingerhut customer service and asked them for some information regarding the status of my order, but they refused to tell anything! Then I asked the reason, because I paid for my order and had all the rights to obtain all the necessary information. Then, they asked me to stop wasting their time! What? I told them that I will not stop until I get some info and since then I heard nothing from them! Terrible!
