Fingerhut bear waterfall

When received the box was torn up and upside down. When inspected it had no instructions and was not as depicted in the picture in the book. The pump box was
damaged as if it had set out in the rain. I have called and talked to a supervisor, who stated that I should go to my local post office and obtain a shipping box and ship it back. I explained that the packing was destroyed in the shipping and that the usps would only ship up to 70 pounds and not the excess of 100 pounds that the bear waterfall was, It was a total mistake that i have received a shipment in such a poor condition . I am still waiting for a response from the supervisor's supervisor. I would like a refund on the said item.

Fingerhut customer service, pricing hidden policies

I became a customer of Fingerhut 6 weeks ago and regret it. Non competitive pricing, ridiculous interest rates, and ignorant employees. The harassing and annoying robo calls with payment reminders to any and all phones, start 11 days prior to the due date. Landline or mobile, makes no difference to them. Morning, noon, or night, they could care less. Block them, or hit them with a cease and desist order, and they suspend your account like they did mine. Nowhere does it state in writing that they were given permission for this. They bend any and all laws to their liking.

Fingerhut payment refused / name change by the foreign workers.

Fimgerhut refused to accept my name change due to me being and refused to accepty husband payment. He have told them that I have permission time and time again because I maintain the bills. But the foreigner on the ship Refuse. Webbank will not he getting a payment for me this day forward since they refuse. They refuse to forward my call to US. I call five times. I have emailed a complaint. I have call webbank and left message. Unitl I here first someone in the United States the bill cannot get paid because Fingerhut refuse the payment.

Fingerhut jordan 3-pc. colored wood bistro

On December 2, 2017, I ordered the Jordan 3-Pc. Colored Wood Bistro. It is a wooden 2 — piece set and folds up. I have contacted Fingerhut regarding this order. Within a month the one chair was starting to come apart. One of the slats actually broke. The same chair is now leaning way off to the side and is no longer usable. Once again, I have contacted Fingerhut regarding this and have never receive a response. I paid $ 189.00 for this set and it is a piece of junk.

Fingerhut sony xperia phone

On December 29, 2017 I purchased a Sony Xperia phone once the phone arrived. I observed a displayed warning that the software needs to be update. I updated the software twice giving as it continuously displayed the same error message software needs updating. A month later I contacted Fingerhut they had informed I exceeded the returns date. I was provided a # to contact Asurion. Asurion informed me that my phone did not coverage under the warranty plan until a year later. Then on May 1, 2018 I did another attempt to update the software to see if the warning sign would disappeared off my phone. Once the software was completed my phone started to shut off and rebooted on it's own. The battery kept draining. At times the phone screen goes blank. On May 8, 2018 I contacted Fingerhut again. They provided me with several # to contact Sony and Asurion. Neither # they provided for Sony works. I immediately contacted Fingerhut that I could not got in touch with Sony. One representative informed she had no other # for Sony and that I should tried to search online for alternative #. I declined to do so. I contacted Asurion they also provided me a # for Sony. I informed the rep that the # for Sony doesn't work. The customer at Asurion put me on hold and contacted Sony. They were unable to speak with someone. Asurion stated they would provided me a returned label. I never received one. Few hours later my phone shuts down completely. Since May 8 until 15 I had no phone and no one was willing to assisted me. On May 16, I contacted Fingerhut after purchasing a phone. I informed the rep I was dissatisfied and would not make any payment until my problem resolved. The rep told me there's nothing she could do about my payment. I repeatedly express my concern why should a payment be made when I don't have a # to contact Sony. I asked to speak with a supervisor who weren't available. I lefted a message with a detail message, since then I had not received a returned follow up call. The next day I contacted Fingerhut and was able to speak with Gloria.She informed me I was contacting the wrong person's. She told me I had to contact CCR. Finally I was able to speak with Brianna at CCR. I expressed my concern and what issues I was having. She informed me she were aware of the software issues the Sony Xperia were having and it has become a major concerns. She told me she would email me a claim forms to completed which takes 24 hours. Then I would have to wait two days for them to processed my application. I still haven't received an email to date. I am very concern because my problem hasn't been resolved and I won't be making any payment until someone answer my question. I will never do business with Fingerhut. Poor customer service. Thank Fingerhut for the poor service.

Fingerhut payments and credit card protection

Hello, my name is Robert Robinson. I have had a Fingerhut account for years. I never missed a payment, nor was I ever late until I lost my job in 2015 and subsequently became disabled in 2016.

I sent all pertanent documentation to a women named Sandy or Sandra and Necole Foster for Safeline protection.

I then turned in the reason for my unemployment letter to them. I also sent in the doctors letter with my doctors signature stating that I have end stage renal failure to were I am on dialysis three days a week.

I even called multiple times Necole on this matter. And they sent me a letter stating that my Safeline Protection was denied because my account wss past 60 days when it never should have been since my Safeline protection was acrivated in 2015.

I then received late fees to the tune of 3000 dollars and some change, when my actuall account was only owing 1800 or something like that.

Fast forward and I have been in and out of the hospital since 2015 due to my kidney failure and I am a 100% disabled Veteran.

My account has since been charged off and has gone to collections. To say I was a loyal and valueable customer and really used Fingerhut quit frequently, is an understatement now.

This is a typical case of being railroaded by a corporation, that I once thought was a good company. However, these two have made my life hell and screwed up my credit so bad, that I may never be able to recover it.

I am. not asking for a hand-out, I know I was paying my bill on-time and would have contiuned to do so, however, I just want Fingerhut to do the right thing here.

I have even gone as far as submitting. my case to the BBB and hopefully they will be able to expose the incompetence of your Safeline employees.

Fingerhut toshiba laptop/ extended warranty

I purchased a laptop along with an 2 yr extended warranty in dec 2015. Several months after I needed my screen repaired. I tried to go through the warranty for repair but was denied and told I had to go to the manufacturer because it was under warranty for the first year and that I would have 2 yrs after dec 2016! I need my screen fixed again and have been denied through ins because they said my warranty expired in 2017! This is unacceptable! I paid for for 2 years extended warranty! I want my year that I lost so I cam replace my sceeen. This is a scam of a purchase!

Fingerhut returns/customer service/web bank

I asked for an order on deferred payments and received no help or cooperation from customer service or webbank. I asked for the order to be cancelled. No help. I asked UPS to refuse/return the package and was told Fingerhut had a lock on the shipping and I was unable to refuse it or reroute it back to the shipper. I asked USPS as it was surepost to refuse/return the package, again no help. I was told to pay to send it back at my expense. I spent $28 sending it back with proper tracking and insurance. Mind you, it weighs exactly the same amount as when it was shipped to me. I have asked REPEATEDLY for a provisional credit to avoid an unnecessary minimum payment for merchandise I don't own. I get no help, they won't allow me to speak with a supervisor. Every email is a cut and paste response. I worked for Home Shopping Network for 3 years and am familiar with how easily this can actually be solved. This is frustrating. If this negatively impact my credit I will hire an attorney for damages.

Fingerhut credit account

Customer # [protected]. I received a letter saying that the credit account in the name of Ronald Radmore was reviewed. The letter states that the investigation is closed and I am responsible for unauthorized merchandise. Said merchandise was returned and it was received by Fingerhut.
Again, I did not apply for credit. My credit situation is bad. I really can't understand why it was even approved. The merchandise has been returned to you. Please adjust the account and close it.

Fingerhut fraudulent account

A fraudulent Fingerhut account was opened in my MIL's name due to identity theft. The company refused to accept the police report b/C it stated 'multiple accounts were opened' in her name and not 'a Fingerhut account' was opened. Is this freaking crazy?!?! How can this company negate actual law? Now I have to beg the police to amend a report they should never have to amend in the first place. PRAY you are never a victim b/C if you are, Fingerhut stands shoulder to shoulder with criminals.

Fingerhut tires

I called fingerhut to complaint about my tires that I never received. Customer service hung up the phone on me because I ask to speak to a manager. They are very rude to there customers. How am I going to make a complaint to the cops if My purchase wasn't stolen? The product never got to my house. I have cameras that surround my house and I can see what comes in, but my tires never got to my house. I'm not making Any payments until someone resolves this issue. I hate calling customer care because one tells you one thing and another agent tells you another.

Fingerhut weightbench

Apparently this was supposed to ship with a third party, Pilot Logistics, and it has been the worst situation ever. It was supposed to been delivered a week ago and I've called and I've called and I've called I've sent numerous requests and I've got nothing from anyone. I am not sure where there's a miscommunication at because on the tracking it shows it's in Tampa which is 15 minutes from me so there is no reason it has not been delivered to me. However I will never recommend Fingerhut or Pilot Logistics to anyone after this. If I would have known it was going to be shipped with a place like that I would have cancelled my order before it even shipped. And of course the payment is already do but I don't even have the merchandise yet so therefore I will not be making a payment until this is rectified.

Fingerhut ord0088197611 - lenovo 23" ideacentre all-in-one desktop

This item is being shipped back to me.. The time frame went over because I was trying to get the issue fixed with the manufacturer but they could not fix it. I notified them I was sending it back to as a defective product. Lenovo acknowledged this issue with their computers which I was not aware of. I use the computer for work purposes and will not accept a defective piece of merchandise from your company. I will also not pay my bill and have an attorney contact you for unfair business practice.

Fingerhut was a pair of shoes

Fingerhut is fingerhurt.I try to rebuild my credit but it just seems this new fingerhurt aka fingerhut is a scam.I will advise all shoppers turn away they will ask you to put a down payment when you do when you order and then cancels one of your orders.For you to pay more interest of your down payment Then they tell you cannot reorder you have to pay your bill out for you can reorder.Theis a lot of customers orders being cancel when they first order looks like a scam to me.

Fingerhut service

I am Author Manning Jr. Phone Number [protected].I returned a item but it was sent back to me this caused late payments because I am not liable for the return of the item because it was ordered without my permission. I later returned the item a e-Matic tablet again and paid the collection agency Resurgent Capital. But I was told that I could not get credit from Finger Hut. I am filing this complaint to restore my credit with Finger Hut and let them know why this has happen.

Fingerhut fingerhut direct payment withdraw

I was trying to rebuild my credit so I ordered a item through Fingerhut rebuild credit plan . I had my payments set up each month to automatically be taken out . I got to noticed that they started taken two payments out instead of one . I contacted them and after haven to show proof from my bank it was stop to one payment then after a month it started up again with two payment then finally they took out moore of my account then what I owe them .
I have contacted them and they are denied it again so I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and file a charge of embezzlement against them .

Fingerhut family ring - stones

Ordered a ring with stones for my family- son died unexpected at 30 so wanted this... when received was pretty and got a lot of compliments...low and behold 5 months later ring is discolored - no "gold" left on band and looks like I bought at dollar store. I am embarrassed to wear anymore. Showed my friends and they said pathetic and contact your company to replace or refund. I contacted your company and was advised nope- refund/return policy does not allow. I have been customer since 1970's, retired on social security so money is tight. Rep who responded was very hum ho in care department...my next complaint will be with the better business bureau for a complaint.

Fingerhut billing practices

On December 15 2017 I
Placed an order for a Christmas gift for my grandson. Yes I know I'm building my credit back up and I have no problem paying more for the item in order to do this. So my order was $166 and I paid my $30 down payment.I received the item about 12-22-17.
At first I got a notice that my "first" payment was due 1-25-18 $24.50
Then I was notified it was going to be due on 1-13-18 $24.50
So yes I am late by 5 days as of today 1-18-17 and was going to make my payment when see that Fingerhut had reported to credit that I'm 31 days past due! WHAT how is this possible? I called customer service (in India) to he told that yes I'm 31 days late that when I ordered and made a $30 payment it started that day. So technically it's my SECOND payment and still I CANNOT be 31 days past due. I was told that yes that's how Fingerhut works. REALLY!? That's a violation of Fair Credit reporting and practices FINGERHUT.
I worked for CITIFINNCIAL and GMAC. If a 1st payment is due on 1-13-18 how in all that's holy do you figure the accounts 31 days past due on 1-18-18?
And have reported this to all three credit agents. I'm disputing this and if it wouldn't break my grandbabies heart I'd box the damn Batman robot up and send it back. I'll pay this off and NEVER order again. I'll make sure I share this on my social media also.
You have damaged my credit not helped me and I haven't had the merchandise 30 freaking days yet!

Fingerhut cancelled order

I am being billed for an order that was cancelled. I cancelled ORD [protected] and it was still shipped to a previous address. When i called they shipped the items to the correct address and said an investigation would be open to wait 10 days. It has been past the 10 days and Im still being charged for the order TWICE. I tried to reach customer service fileled out an affidavit and they closed the case because they said i received the items but in fact theyre charging for the order twice when i only received it once.

I received the order to my home adress but the issue is that I am being charged for the items that were shipped to the wrong address. I do not have the first order and have no idea where they are i do not live in Live Oak that order was cancelled and for some reason it was still shipped to the incorrect address.

Fingerhut customer service agent

I called your customer service line on 1/15/18 to resolve an issue regarding a billing error. I had placed an order for an incorrect size tv stand on Dec. 15. I immediately tried to contact Fingerhut to cancel the order right after it was placed, however, it was the weekend and I couldn't get in touch with customer service. I tried to cancel online but the site didn't allow me to cancel. I tried to cancel the next bus. day, however, the agent stated the product had already shipped. Upon shipment, I "returned the item to sender" but was never credited the money. The tracking # clearly shows that Fingerhut received the product on Jan. 3. I tried to explain my issue with the agent and didn't want to make a payment until I see that this issue is resolved. The agent was more interested in getting a payment than to handle my issue. I had already made payment arrangements on the automated phone line to pay within 5 days. The agent didn't listen to my concerns but clearly went off track and was talking over me. I got very angry that she was talking over me and not listening to my concerns and asked to speak to her supervisor. She refused to send me to a supervisor or complaint dept. She refused to give me her last name or any identifying information to file a complaint on her service. She stated her name was Shenise and she was on the Jamaica desk but she was reluctant to give me that information as well. She was very incompetent in handling issues and I feel this particular agent needs additional training, especially in regards to not talking while the customer is talking. She also needs to learn how to actively listen to customers. This experience with Shenise made me very angry and I had to hang up and call back and speak with 3 other agents before my issue was finally resolved. I was sent to customer resolution desk which is where I should have been transferred over to begin with. Please school Shenise on this.
