My husband and I paid cash for bunk beds, chest of drawers, an an armoire. We were given a delivery date for the following week. I received a call confirming the date. Upon arrival, we received the chest of drawers, the armoire and 2 pieces of the bunk bed. I called for the salesperson but she was off. Her partner came on and put the total blame on the salesperson. I was then transferred to the manager. He agreed that I should have received a call stating that all of the pieces weren't in and to give me the option of receiving all of the pieces at one time. He then asked if I would be available for a next day delivery. I stated yes. The next morning I called customer service to see what time I could expect my delivery, she stated the only delivery set up was for the following week. We were not happy. We called the manager back and he said he never said we were going to get our beds on Saturday but the scheduled date of the following week. Well we stated that we should receive some type of compensation for the inconvenience...well good ol manager basically stated "so sad...too bad. Now it's Tuesday and we received a call stating that our delivery was on its way. Well Lo and behold, when the furniture arrived, all of the pieces weren't there. So the guy said he couldn't put the beds together because he didn't have all of the pieces. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!

I called to the store to speak to the manager, he came on the phone and stated that the pieces were ordered but he didn't understand what happened. I contacted customer service and she stated that after further investigation, the pieces were never ordered. This has got to be the most INCOMPETENT sales people and manager. But it gets better. When customer svc called to talk to the manager, she was told he was off today that she would need to speak to his partner. Now I had just spoken to the manager 5 mins. ago. I was asked if I ordered all of the pieces to the beds... since when the customer was responsible for getting on their computer to order what is needed? THis place was HORRIBLE and I will NOT deal with them again. But I guess my situation would have been really bad had it not been for the customer service agent trying to resolve this whole ordeal.
