Wrong order
Please think twice before you order from Finestglasses, they are the worst ever and there is no customer service. These people simply do not respect their own customers.
I have ordered a pair of glasses from them and my entire order was a complete nightmare. Frame was incorrect and also the lenses. When I contacted Finestglasses and told them that there was probably a mistake because glasses were nothing like I ordered, they asked me to send them back. So I sent the glasses back and later they contacted me and said that they were able to refund only half of the price. I will never buy anything from them again! Not only I did not get the correct order but I also lost my money. What a joke of a company!
Buyer beware!
I have purchased several pairs of glasses from www.finestglasses.com and only one frame was exactly the same as I ordered, but others were totally wrong. I immediately contacted customer service and sent them pictures, and they kept telling that there was nothing wrong with the glasses. They claimed that I received what I have paid for. I told them that frames were incorrect, that some of them were supposed to be gold, but all the glasses I received had black frames. In the end I lost the battle because they refused to listen. Well, just wasted my money.
They provided fault glasses
My doctor prescribed me glasses and I decided to buy it on the website www.finestglasses.com. I had only problems with the glasses, because the website provided fault glasses. I didn’t know about it, and my eyes really hurt. Only after several weeks, they told me about it and agreed to change, but still didn’t return my glasses. Really horrible services and attitude towards customers. Avoid them and post comments about it.
It has been a month and i still havent gotten my glasses. Does it really take that long?
