Fine Line Fabric / Poor customer service
They might have good products but they lack most of the elements to build a solid business-customer relationship. For instance, customers might be told that they will receive a product today while the seller knows that they won't receive it until two weeks after. Moreover, one person might tell customer A that they have a product, while someone else tells the same customer a different story. While trying to connect the dots, the customer will get yelled at and they will hang up on his/her face. I AM A VICTIM! What a brilliant way to do business! I might not be an expert in customer service or management information system and control, but I can tell when someone is not prepared to do their job.
