Never received product!
On August 8 2015, I ordered a DVD from this site... I payed with my Visa, and the money was withdrawn from my bank account...I have still not received my DVD...I have emailed the site twice, with no response...I have called the number twice, and no one answers..all I get is cannot leave a message as voicemail is not set up yet...this seems to be a major scam site, and I have had enough... It seems to me that 64 complaints is more then enough for the feds to investigate and shut this down...someone needs to be in prison for this fraud...I will be contacting them if this is not resolved ASAP.. Please, do not use this site, save yourself time, and money, , , STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I never received my product
I purchased DVDs from findraredvds.com. I never received my product. When I e-mailed about not getting the DVDs I received a quick response about how they were back ordered and if I didn't receive them in the new time frame given I could have my money refunded to me. Since then I have sent multiple e-mails and made multiple calls about getting a refund and only received an answer after telling them I reported them. I then got an e-mail saying they no longer had my credit card information but they would send a check and confirmed my address. I'm waiting to see how that goes. Obviously I will never order from this site again and I hope no one else will have to go through the same trouble I am.
they cashed my check never sent dvd
I mailed using printed order form on their site an order of 1 of dvd 1 million bc starring victor mature for 17.99 enclosed check my #2040 on sept 1st, on sept 12th they cashed check but has never sent movie, never answered 12 phone calls, numerous emails, and 2 letters I wrote to them. Once a guy named doug gordon emailed said he would send out a replacement dvd, but never got 1st one, but never got supposively replacement either., and has never answered my emails, phone calls or letters for dvd or refund. my name sandra knife, 9081 judith st., franklin, oh 45005 tel [protected]
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
MY NAME IS NIDIA HERNANDEZ AND I ORDERED A DVD WITH YOUR COMP. MY ORDER NUMBER IS 26582 AND I ORDERED IT ON MARCH 3 2015 IT SAID THAT IT COMES BETWEEN 3 TO 5 DAYS WELL ITS BEEN A WEEK ALREADY AND HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED A EMAIL TEXT IN SAYING WHEN IT SHOULD ARRIVE IT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY I ORDERED IT MY ADDRESS IS 733 REFLECTIONS LANE WINTER GARDEN FLORIDA PLEASE LET ME NO WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE I HAVE OTHER MOVIES I LIKE TO OEDER BUT NOT UNTIL I RECEIVE THIS DVD THANK YOU SO MUCH
I would definitely look into companies before ordering from them, especially if I have never heard of the company. I would usually check the reviews positive or negative, how many stars they get, percentage and how many people have ordered from such company. I basically would read up on them and do my own research on the company. I know it's a lot of work but it's better than getting ripped off. But most importantly, I try to stay with companies I have heard of and have done business with in the past and if you do business with an individual or company on a site, I would recommend that you read the reviews first, how many negative, positive in certain months, how many people ordered from them and how many stars, percentage etc. I have done all of this for awhile now and I haven't been ripped off yet. Yes, some things have come in but was very unsatisfactory but I would give a negative review on those items for other customers to be aware and I never do business with those types of people again. And having an unsatisfactory item hasn't happened to me often only once in a greatr while and I have been ordering online with certain websites for a very long time.
Scammers
I bought CD from them and received confirmation number. I'm still waiting for delivery and they don't provide any information about my shipment.
ordered dvd they took money out of my account. never received dvd. they will not take phone calls or return e-mails. total rip off. I want somebody put in jail.
(findraredvds.com) I bought A TOWN LIKE ALICE (4 disks) from them on Dec 27th, 2013. Got four discs, all of "disc 2". Sent them back, with my letter of complaint, immediately. USPs delivered them back to these people in Brewer, ME. two days later. I've called them several times and got an answering machine. They do not answer phone calls. Their email address is not set up to receive emails. You have no way to contact these people . . . there are a shameless bunch of crooks, and a utter scam. After five weeks of futility, no contact, nothing.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I also ordered a DVD from findraredvd.com [protected] I received the confirmation but have not received anything else. I have emailed the company twice and called and left message but no response as of 4-42012.
