Jacket cost $169.00, Package stated jacket was worth $60.00. Jacket was to be wool but came in polyester. Front/back panels came with two different basic colors that did not match. Side panel patterns did not match. Jacket was poor quality not as described on website.

Ordered leather jacket online it looks nothing like the picture advertised online, it’s pure plastic! DO NOT BE FOOLED!

I so wish I had read the reviews before making the order!

Worst Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with and now I’m too afraid to send back for a refund as it’s sounds like more chance of hell freezing over, than getting my money back based on reviews.

It’s a shame that online companies like this are allowed to operate and trick people into thinking they are getting a much better product.

I bought a leather jacket from this merchant on 4/3/2019. I contacted them to return the jacket soon after I received it because it didn't fit. I was offered partial refund of $50 (I paid $139) if I kept the jacket or a $15 discount if I decided to exchange it instead. I declined both offers and told them that I was returning the jacket for a full refund. They said that upon receipt of the jacket they will inspect it then apply a refund to the original method of payment. They received the jacket on 4/15/2019, but to date (5/11/2019) I haven't received the refund even though they said that they processed the refund a week ago.
Every time I have reached out to them via email they responded within 48 hours. But when I told them earlier this week that since I had not received the refund I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and that if I don't see the refund in my credit card by end of this week (5/12/2019) I will report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as give them a bad review in their web site and other web site, I have not received a response to date (5/11/2019). That tells me that they had no intentions of giving me a refund. But we will see who has the last laugh.
This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. My advise to everyone is "STAY AWAY". It's not worth the aggravation.

I purchased a leather jacket from this store. Got the wrong size and length was also short. The jacket itself was made very well, but the size was just not right for me so after reading the policy, I returned it.

They sent me a new size within one week which now fits great. I don't have any real issues with the website, just received a wrong size and now it is exchanged, so I am okay with it.

I will not be ordering one of film jackets leather jackets for this reason. Not only is there the problem of whether their jackets are real leather or not, but the sizing is a major problem. Sizing is standardized in the US. For instance a men's size large is 40-42" chest, 17" neck. The film jacket site lists a large as a 43-44" chest with a 16-16.5" neck. According to film jackets if I order a jacket to fit the chest, their size medium, the neck would be 15.5". If a company is hoping to have any legitimacy in this country, regardless of where it is made, they should make sure they follow standard measurements for the country they are hoping to sell in. I don't know whether film Jackets is a good company or not, but judging by their measurements, I would not buy from them.
