FileFortune false advertising/credit card fraud

It said unlimited access for $4.87. I got my confirmation email and it said it was a 3 day trial and after the 3 days, I would be charged $89.73/mo. I tried to call them but there was no answer. The website I signed up for became something else called megaflixpass. A short 12 hours later, I was at my online bank and noticed there was $94.00 pending. They had already taken the amount out, way before its time! This all happened on Saturday. I had to wait until Monday to call my bank, and when I did, I noticed they had taken out another $4.87 on top of the $94.00. I did a search on them and ended up here. I read a complaint and realized the only way to stop this was to cancel my card. I called the bank immediately and stopped my card.
I also noticed they have other websites under other names, and when you go there it takes you right back to filefortune. So be aware of what is in the address bar when you click on a website. I just learned this the hard way! I hope this helps other people out, so you won't have to go through all this mess like I am going through now.
I filed a complaint with the FTC. I called PayPal and brought it to their attention because I don't think they like representing a website who is underhanded. They took the info and will be looking into this site. And I will be going to BBB.org and file a complaint there too. I am out to ruin the people behind this!

I wanted to order a x-shellscript decoder and I found filefortune on the wed and they had one. But Ihad to join for 99 cents. When I joined I was charge $56.26 and I can't get on the web site. And can't talk to any one/ On filefortune you must be logged in and I can't log in. They just took my money. They are a fraud. I didn't get a confirmation # I got a Id#.

filefortune offered me a membership for life@$4.75 one off payment, they have taken £40 sterling out of my account with three seperate transactions.

You signed up for a site that clearly advertises it would be giving you pirated software, music, movies, etc. and are surprised you got burned? And THEN had the nads to report that you were trying to download illegal stuff but got ripped off? LOL. Classic.

I agree, I had a similar problem. Immediate lockout of account. No chance to cancel. Have sent in a complaint to the State Attorney General.

yes filefortune is a fraud.I was scammed thesame way by filefortune and wasnt able to download a damn thing cos i have to buy another software inorder to download from the site .Stay away from them, call your bank and tell them it was unauthorized, they will get your money back.You might have to get a new debit/credit card with a new number also.SAY NO TO FILEFORTUNE COS THEY THIEVES.

FileFortune unathurised access credit card

Last three months .my credit card have been unauthorised access.actualy i had purchased filefortune down load site
there is an offer came.4.87$(unlimited ACCESS) valued untill june 28 th before that i had purchased.but after next month onwords they credited 39.870$

still last three months they credited 39.870$

each time they using diffrent site name when i type the URl its divert to

https://secure.365billing.com/support/index.html

first time my deduction was with this site...

i wrote mail to this site support team they are not answering.

this was the cheating site take care with transaction with this site and dont buy www.FILEFORTUNE.COM tell every body

that means its cheating from there side...

1.first we have to take care dont BUY FILEFORTUNE site cheating site

2.second we have to cancell the credit card.

3. and complaint the bank they will take necessary action.

and pass this email to every body...

and advice me wat shall i do for this ?

FileFortune FREUD

I've signed up at fileforyune.com.
I've payed the amount of 4.87 $ ... which says you get unlimited lifetime access !
BUT, I didn't get any email, with my login information, and now I cannot contact them cause their site tells me that I have to be logged in, to access the suppert option.
So now Im affraid Im hanging onto a membership of their site, which is very expensive !?!?!?!?

WHAT the F*** am I going to do ?

Your confirmation may have been sent to your spam folder. If you can find it, you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the link to 365 billing.com, who handle the charges for Filefortune. What a rip-off!
