SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Took my fee of $245.00 toput me on the MLS listing

The agent and owner is Richard Poppy. The agreement was to list my home with all information and many pictures about my home for sale by owner. There are many mistakes which I am unable to correct from the password and site he gave me. I have left dozens of messages about these errors and he refuses to call me back. I called and called and finally got him 2 weeks ago on June 16, 2011. He had promised me that he would correct all the errors and send me an e-mail that they were corrected. I have never received an e-mail nor an answer to my dozens of calls. He now has removed my password from the FIDELITYFLATFEE.COM. I LEFT MESSAGE requesting my money back. WHAT CAN I DO ? THIS MAN IS TOATLLY DISHONEST.

    I am the owner of Fidelity Colorado. I know who you are and I have looked at the history on your listing. You have previously listed your property through 4 other brokers and have cancelled and slandered them all. The problem with your listing seems to be the same with the other brokers. You have raised your price from $540, 000 to currently $900, 000. You are going the wrong way on your price and I'm not so sure you are completely sane??? You get mad, frustrated, and then chose to lie about their "poor" service and slander them. Shame on you! That is very unfortunate for you as your slander will create a very poor CARMA for you. I happen to know that the broker of my company is as honest as a man can be. I have known him for many years and he is a top notch person. Shame shame on you! The company you mention was Fidelity Flat Fee, which was sold to another company and you, along with 300+ clients, were all notified by email about the change. The other 299 got the email and experinced no problem. You got your email too. Your email still works and is avctive. We also hold records of every single communication that occurs.
