Fidelity Security Group Fidelity guard driver

I was standing at home affairs paarl at about 14h10 when a fedility guard van reversed in the parking area. We were standing in marked lines in the parking. The driver reversed and almost bumped a lady and myself behind the van. We both moved out of the way and as the driver reversed he shouted at me, asking me what the [censored] are you looking at and what is your [censored]en problem...In wich I took a pick of the van's number plate and just walked away.

For a huge reputable company as fedility guard I think that is very unacceptable and that was humiliation in a public place in front of alot of people and in front of my wife.

If this matter is not resolved I will definitely take the matter futher with my layers.

Desired outcome: People like that should not be in those positions close to the clients because that's the advertising front of a company. Would like a written and verbal apology from the driver.

Fidelity Security Group Service

I am very disgusted by this company. Someone called me last year and offered me a car tracker and I gave my details cause I was interested. But I got nothing installed in my car. To my surprice this year they started deducting and I am not winning. tried emailing accounts team and issue is not resolved its now over 5 months.

Fidelity Security Group Conduct of personnel on site at golden acre shopping mall

I was using the wi-fi in the Mall when a security guard approached me and said I should leave. I told him I would leave as soon as I was done, and moved away from him. A few minutes later he and another guard approached me and started manhandling me and pushed me so that my sunglasses fell and broke. Since then I have approached the management and stated my case, and they then looked at the camera footage and saw that what I was saying was true. Since then they have been giving me the run-around and refuses to replace my sunglasses.

Desired outcome: Replacement of my Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Fidelity Security Group Racist security manager

I am a member of SAPS Roodepoort as q sergeant On 2021, 4, 4 at about 13:00 i attended to a complain of shoplifting from the old control room. Uppon entering his office to come and collect the suspect the security manager was sitting at his desk then gaurds eatijg inbetween suspects i then greeted and walk ibto office wher2 i went and stood next to the manager but was totally ignored by him i stood there hoping he will inform myself of what was the sitation around the theft but he kept on ignoring me . I then left his office since he was to rude to even look my way. Where the manager then started complaining to a junior saps member that i was abusing him i then heared what he said and walked back to the office and asked the male why he was igniring for i am there to do my job directing with my hands as i talk like most ppl do ge then stared accusing him of pointing hin then i was told there is always just come black police offecer what am i doing here as a white male which to me is totally racist he then goes futher and phones my commander telling him i am abusing him yet he was the one ignoring me as a sergeant when i entrr his office and greeted everybody i then had to stand there like a fool while again i am ignored by this man who infact has cleary a racial issue with me then wait until i turn my back to start complaining about me . He called us for a suspect i didnt phone him then if he could have done his job from the start then everybody els could have one theres if this is the matter your security managers behave with the police that he called for. Then being treated like that for not being 2black police officer and me being white this is totally unprofessional and a shame for his actions and i bring it to your attention other i must inform the media . With thank can you kindly provide me with feedback and after 1 hour of waiting on the security they sort the matter out on there own so the whole thing was a total waste poluce time and totally being treated unfairly by a incompentent manager who would rather be racist then doing his job and this whole ordeql could have been avoided the manager even refused to give me any of his detial so why would he hide that from me after i even gave him mine i would like i said like feedbqck on this matter cause i dont see why a security manager has to act and do things like he did its sickning we both must work together to catch criminals not try and pick a figh with police i was even chased out of his office cause while i was talking to him 2 other staff members wanted to enterd and my back ti to the door so i couldnt see where me then chases ed it out of his office since i was blocking the door i then asked him was i suppose to smell them since my back was to them and they didnt tryed to inform me they where even behinde me does this sound like the actions of a manager of Fidelity i pray not but then i must inform the publick of how white officers and ppl being treated by this man

Fidelity Security Group Company car misused for personal reasons

Good afternoon I would like to know about your company car policy if it's allow employees to where they stay or go to visit girlfriend because they way I know your company doesn't allow car to drive to the townships since November last year it's been seen at some girlfriend house visiting with company car number 45320 at Witbank and there is also a consent about the pictures rooming on Facebook a lady standing next to your company car number 45320 holding a company gun and she is not working for fidelity group and it's park next to the house, so does company allow that

Desired outcome: I'll like that employees to be taught a lesson not to misused a company car for personal use

Fidelity Security Group Fidelity cash solutions

Hi.
One of the guards was pointing the muzzle of his semi-auto rifle right to my hip with his finger on the trigger when he passed me at the spar entrance. He is walking like he owns the road. If he bumped in to me or the truck he could have pulled the trigger and shoot me. This is very reckless gun handling and you need to send you guards for fire arm training. The number plate of the truck is JC 70 JZ GP

Fidelity Security Group Fidelity staff threatening us on the road

We were driving on the stellenbosch arterial this morning, 06 dec 2020 just before 8am. A Fidelity vehicle with registration BZ23XJGP drove on the tail of our car constantly then passed us and showed hand signs that he's going to shoot (either my husband or both of us?). He then swerved in front of us then continued driving straight while we had to turn off. I feel that this is not the type of behaviour that staff should have, they are given those firearms for a reason and that is to protect when in trouble while doing their job. Not threaten citizens because they are driving recklessly.

Fidelity Security Group Cash team

I was waiting at the soshanguve area waiting to deposit money when their your rude staff member insulted us telling us to move away from ATMs. Incident occurred at around 12 noon and can be confirmed with Capitec soshanguve staff. I doubt that's the best way for service provider companies to work. the person in question is the one carrying the key tall in terms of appearance

I had a tracker installed in my car on the 28th January 2020 from Fidelity ADT Securedrive. I sent my installation certificate to my Insurance Company (Myway Insurance) on the 28th January 2020, I was then told they won't cover my car against theft/hi-jacking. Reason for this is Myway Insurance don't cover high risk vehicles with Fidelity ADT Securedrive...

At about 8:15am on the 15th of January I was driving behind your driver that was on the way to Builders Warehouse in Somerset West, Western Cape, South Africa and he jumped 3 consecutive stop streets. Fidelity Security Group service

To whom it may concern,

Following my recent visit to the Mall of Africa on 14 December 2019 at approximately 18h00, I am utterly appauld by the conduct of one of your employees in the security services based at the basement parking.

Shortly after I parked and entered the mall, your employee, MR ETIENNE SEEMA, of Fidelity security services, approached my vehicle to interrogate my wife with regards to why she remained in the car as it is apparently against your center management rules to do so under any circumstances due to security reasons.

When my wife called to notify me that she was being harassed by this man, I immediately left the shopping cue leaving my unpaid for goods behind to attend to this matter.

After searching in thr basement parking for your employee, MR ETIENNE SEEMA, I confronted him and demanded and explanation for this absurdity that has just happened. My wife who remained in the car with our young toddler was exhausted with swollen feet after a long day of moving from mall to mall to shopping center to doing holiday shopping before we embarked on a long distance trip away. Not to mention, our child was tired as well as restless so it only made sense for them to remain behind while I went to purchase the last few things from our shopping list.

Whilst I appreciate the need for your employee, MR ETIENNE SEEMA, to mindful and alert about potential security threats in the perimiter he's manning, I couldn't believe the senseless and stupidity with which he approached the situation. I certainly took great offense to the manner in which he spoke to my wife because he was rude, arrogant and absolutely inconsiderate towards the circumstances around why she remained in the car with my child in the car.

Your employee, MR ETIENNE SEEMA, does not seem like he has the capacity to apply his mind and carefully assess the situation before taking the necessary steps that are proactive, reasonable and justified because he didn't seem to understand my point at all.

I hope you will take this matter seriously because, as it goes without saying, no man appreciates having his family disrespected and treated unjustly.

I look forward to being updated about what action will be taken against your employee, MR ETIENNE SEEMA.

Fidelity Security Group security at the mall

The security guard was grabing me and pushing me around. They were pushing me and making a big scene. My family was not allowed to see me. They then put me in the kitchen of the staff. Falsely accusing me of stealing open and used items. No proof given. I was not given the opportunity to even explain my goods. Used batteries and cream and a chocolate... whilst i have already paid my R3000 shopping... what a insult. Sue the company or just the 2 guards?

Fidelity Security Group drivers driving reckless

We were driving on the R28 from Hillshaven to Westonaria when one of the fedility vehicles with registration number FN61KF GP (42637)tried to push us from the road to drive in the yellow lane to pass us. He then went in front of us and then swerved in front of another vehicle. Why do they think they are above the law. They must abide to the road act and also and not drive reclessly they dont care if you ask what they are doing you just get a finger. Its uncalled for and not professional. Its people like these that cause accidents.

Fidelity Security Group employee

I have been an employee of Fidelity Security Services from 19/04/2012 (employee number 1168741). First 4 years I was employed at their head office in Pretoria doing vehicle tracking. Then in 2015 was told the company is restructuring and my post would no longer exist as they will be moving it to head office in JHB. Long story short is that I had to sign a letter that I would no longer be paid a basic salary and had to move to client control for much smaller salary or be retrenched. Being a father I could not sit without a job and signed a letter that I was willing to work for less. Another 3 years passed and then I started getting problems with my pay in December 2018 and January 2019 as I was payed short almost R2000. Proof was submitted that I was paid short and that Fidelity paid the wrong person for those shifts. At this point things already went sour as manager was blaming payroll and payroll was blaming the manager (I still have the emails as proof). I was then told that I had to collect the money from the employee myself which never happened as she flatly refused to give me my money. Needless to say things only went south from thereon and in April 2019 I was told I do not need to report to work anymore as the client where I worked for the last 3 years no longer wants me on site (no reason was given and she denies any part of the their story). So now I am still an employee of the company but I do not get a salary just a blank payslip that states no shifts worked. I did not get my bonus payout or my leave day payout which should have been payed in May already. I am a ghost employee. Final straw was when tried to deduct R600 for a lone that I still owed them last week from my bank account. Please explain how the hell can you deduct money from my account if you do not pay me what is owed to me. Money that I worked for and please do not tell me to go to the office to resolve this matter as I tried that twice already and HR and payroll is never available. I am not going to waste any more of my time trying to fix another persons incompetence. How am I employed for over 7 years with a salary of R0?

Fidelity Security Group reckless driving

On 22 October a Fedility vehicle cutting off our vehicle by turning right while we were turning right as well.
Waiting for a vehicle coming from the opposite direction to pass for us to turn right towards the parking space at ermelo Bingo casino. The fedility vehicle comes from the back and go passed us turning into same parking area. Missing our vehicle by millimeters. 3 woman in the vehicle for which 1 is of old age. Really unnecessary.

Visiting the Specialized Commercial Crimes Court in JHB
Security Guard working at the Scanners being rude and has no people skills.
When I informed him to talk to us in a decent way and use a word please,
he said that he will not say please...
I asked his name and he refused to give it. He left the building.
He... Whom I will be able to identify when I see him again, is a absolute disgrace for a uniform and a bad representative for your company. He should not be allowed to deal with any members of the public and I want an appology from this personal capacity as well as your office for appointing him as a representative of your institution

Fidelity Security Group i'm complaining about a security guard at the durban post office.

Hi I have notice that the security guard based at the durban post office is driving staff and the post office vehicles and keep parking for staff on the street and moving vehicles into parking. He supposed to be gaurding the post-office entrance which is part of the parking n dispatch. Hw can he guard if he is moving vehicles of staff and the post office vehicles. I don't think he is doing his job properly.

Fidelity Security Group me and me pregnant partner got beat up by a client and the security

Yesterday we went to new town to watch a movie.

After the movie when we went out immediately when we went out the cinema the client who was also watching the movie was waiting for us at the exit door with the security and that's when the fight started.

The security never talked to me only talked to me after the fight when my pregnant partner got hurt and I also got hurt, we when to the office to resolve the matter but the issues wasn't resolved when I told the security to call the police because I wanna put charges of assault, endangering a pregnant woman and verbal abuse.

I have record of everything that was said and would like to know which steps should I follow because i want to take this further.
