This company sends renewal notices for fictitious business names. It appears to be an official notice and the cost is 5 times the actual cost of a renewal -
$150 for them vs $30 from the county clerk. They do say at the bottom of the form that they are not endorsed by any government agency but you have to read everything carefully. I don't think they should be allowed to send these solicitations.
Renewal notice not received
I submitted my renewal fee back in April and have left several messages and i haven't heard back from anyone nor receoved anything in the mail. I paid $125 plus another $34. It is so frustrating when you need this important documentation to run your business and you have people who don't cooperate. People in there back office need to expedite these requests.
