FGB - First Gulf Bank / credit card

I am really disappointed with your service as i take the Credit card as free for life and in my last statement i received an annual membership fee for AED 500 and when i check with your customer care they forward it to the concerned person and they told that i have to take quick cash or other protection plans to change it to free for life.I am really frustrated with your service and i am going to cancel the credit card because as a customer of FGB i never expected such a bad service from your side.At the time of taking the card it clearly mentioned in the application form as it's a free for life .

    Uae residence for your info

    If you been a victim of unauthorized credit card charges
    Eg. Active 360 insurances etc...

    Please contact the uae central bank

    This bank will not provide you a clear answer on how to resolve their mistake. My service request is pending since 05 months and they keep on saying a lot of delaying reason.
