They delivered horrible flowers and cake
We ordered two bouquets and cake from the website www.fnp.com. The cake was awful and old. These two bouquets also looked horrible and flowers didn’t smell at all. We were disappointed in the services and quality of the provided stuff, so better avoid them. As well as place comments about them. It might be very useful info for other people.
They are the worst service provider
Worst service ever! We were told that our onlin order will get delivered in the morning 10 am. we placed it and this is 7th time we are chasing them and order is not yet delivered. Never Trust them...they are the worst service provider. I cant believe that they have spoiled our surprise so badly... never come to them.
Hi This is one of the worst service I have ever came across, I have placed the order on FNP for my wife's Birthday. The delivery should be on 3rd, On 3rd at 7.00 pm they said sorry they cant deliver the order and today is aug31st up to now I am due in getting my refund.
1) they ruined my wishes, they charge me extra for the offsite delivery.
2)they don't mind even to inform up to the last minute
3)they didn't give me my refund and keep us wait for almost 1hr every time u call the customer call. and that is the worst part, lot of people will be talking backside and cracking jokes.I thought there call center is in some fish market.
They advertised and now are playing blame game
As per advertisement on the website www.fernsnpetals.com for delivery anywhere in India on the delivery date specified. Mode of payment is credit card. I booked the jewellery advertisd on their site for mother & mother in law on account of Mothers Day. The advertisement mailers for the same had been clogging my mail box.I booked and made payment for my deliveries on 12th May [confirmation for the same in my mail box]. The delivery date was 15th May. I called the customer service to track my order which had not reached till 6:00 pm. The customer service personnel Sanjeeta kept me on hold and assured to call back in 15 mins but did not call for an hour. I again called and she told me that my order was being sent by another vendor and that she would call. She did not call and now there is no response on the no. I feel cheated since these are concerned with emotions. They advertised and now are playing blame game.
Ugly product and no sense of decoration

The texture of the cakes was very Bad even the kids refused to eat the cakes.
The Cake was hard from within and was stuffed with huge cream on top.
This is second time I am experiencing this issue with FNP Team.
The delivery person took 1 hour after calling and confirming the address.
Does not deliver until now I order the product november 15, 2017 9am in the morning hope will deliver it for 12hrs of waiting
Order no 6601319 not delivered.
It was supposed to be delivered on 20th Aug 2018.
