FENWAY DENTAL / FENWAY DENTAL

1 Las Vegas, NV, United States Review updated:

Fenway Dental advertise brace for $ 99 PER MONTH. We went in and I gave them 1, 300.00 dollars up front and 160 per month. I was in such pain I could not eat and went on pain medicine from my doctor. I ended up in the hospital due to lack of of potassium. I could of died the doctor said. I told Fenway Dental the braces wires fell out while I missed one appointment. I begged them to stop charging my credit card .Two months later Maria blamed Carlie, Carlie being gone, for all the mistakes, then and only then, did Maria stop charging my account. She refused to refund any of my down payment. They also said they did a deep root cleaning for 70 per quadrant without numbing, so much pain. Maria office manager will not allow me to talk to the owners. She has charged my credit for another customer twice, she fixed that problem. We left and she refunded me, $28 for a cleaning that they again over over charged me again. My braces were wires would pop of 4 times in one visit. The othodonist is only there once a month, he lives in New York. I was not told this there is no one to take care of ortho problems but once a month.I guess since they do not want to give me back part of my money and due to more than likely my potassium level falling to stroke levels I must take them to court or seven on your side on TV since, Maria will do nothing to make good on the disaster my health is in due to this the braces did on my health. Thank You

YES, IT APPEARS TO BE A NICE CLEAN OFFICE BUT IT IS NOT. IT IS ONE OF THE WORST OFFICE IN LAS VEGAS THERE SO MANY. THEY ALWAYS WANT TO DO LOTS AND LOTS OF WORK NOT NEEDED. OFFICE MANAGERS COME AND GO AND THE WHOLE OFFICE IS NOT AS IT FIRST APPEARS. THEY DO BAD DENTAL WORK AND A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SCREAMING AT THE DENTIST DEMANDING THEIR MONEY BACK. I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE. SO SORRY WE DID. SHAWNA

I actually had a really good experience at Fenway Dental. I was interested in getting braces and went to three different offices for my orthodontic consultation to compare prices. Fenway was very well priced and my teeth look great now! The braces were a little but uncomfortable, but isn't that what you would expect when they are moving your teeth with wire? Plus, they had me sign a consent form and let me know that it would be uncomfortable right after they tighten them. As far as Tony blaming the office, I think that is just unfair. It is not the offices fault that you were in pain and didn't want to finish your ortho treatment. When you have your braces put on, you sign an agreement to pay the fee for the braces. As far as the medical issues, I don't see how that can be caused by braces.

I don't like the false advertisement on their web page, my wife called before she made an appointment to verify she was going to get her teeth cleaned for 60 bucks with ex-rays. Thats what the web says $60 bucks for teeth cleaning, but when she gets their they tell her that the 60 bucks is for teeth polishing they should of just told us before having to go their. They should not false advertise, why not say $60 for teeth polish. I guess thats what makes their customers go and then get pissed-off. Anyways the cleaning was going to be $348.00 their nuts just for cleaning teeth. Honestly we should of just gone to the resident doctors who are dentist and charge everything for half or less.

I am a union member out of work lost my insurance. I got a few weeks work enough for a couple months insurance. I saw a flier at my hall from a dentist who advertised no out of pocket expense, no co-pay no deductible charged. I called Fenway and asked if they would match this and was told yes. My 2 sons and I had work done, they wanted to charge my son $100 deductible. I called upset and told them of the agreement, they refunded the money and then later sent me a bill for $84 for deductible. I will pay this bill and they have lost 3 customers. I will never go to Fenway again.
