FedEx customer service

I'm taking the time to write this email, because of a conversation I had with a Fed-X agents earlier on the morning of Wednesday, August 1, 2018. He was very rude while he spoke to me along with being very impatient. I deal with Customer Service Reps everyday, all day. Never have I had anyone speak to me the way he did. I told him politely that he was being very rude. His disposition and attitude showed that he didn't care at all regarding customer satisfaction. I would not be surprised to know that he speaks to many clients like this and nothing has been done to stop it. He was very emboldened to continue to speak to me the way he did without the slightest apology. I feel it's important for FED-X to know how their employees are speaking to their customers. He also told me his name was Edward. I was told by another person that his name was Caesar.

Fed-X makes it very difficult to register a complaint. They have no prompt on their phone system for Customer Service. You have to go through a number of prompts to speak with someone. Most people probably just give up and fail to make complaints. This is probably the reason why employees will continue to treat their customers poorly.

I finally spoke to someone who promises my situation will be addressed. I will wait and see. Fed-X is a wonderful company with many great employees. However, they need to get rid of this particular guy. He will at some point spoil their reputation, if he has not already done so.

FedEx home delivery doesn't deliver even after paid for "scheduled delivery"

I ordered a product that required a Direct Signature. Scheduled delivery was on this past Tuesday so I planned ahead and rescheduled the delivery to the following Saturday morning when I would be home. This cost me approximately $10 to request. The website updated to show scheduled delivery on Saturday, and I received a call from the hub to confirm the request and delivery date. After 1pm on Saturday and the package still not delivered, I called the hub back to inquire about the delivery (I looked back at my caller ID to obtain the number). After a few minutes on the phone with the lady that answered, she informs me the package never went out for delivery, and now I must wait until Tuesday when they deliver next. I ask about sending it out now so I can still receive it today, her response is it will be too late for a driver to deliver it today and the only solution is to delivery next Tuesday. So, I call the FEDEX Customer Service number (about an hour later) and request a refund for the $10 I paid for the scheduled Saturday delivery. This guy tells me the package is scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday and I'll have to wait until the package is delivered before I can request a refund. His system doesn't show anything where today (Saturday) was scheduled for the delivery. (an email sent by Fedex Home states otherwise) Can you say something tells me I'm out the $10 (it's not much $$ but it's the principal) and my plans for using the item has just been postponed. I'll leave you with this..."people make commitments based upon your commitment to us, your inability to follow through with your commitment will affect numerous other people, it's that situation that creates a poor reputation for you."

FedEx delivery

I had 2 heavy bedframes (140 lbs each) left at my front door today. The men did not knock so I was not aware that they came. I had difficulty getting people to help me move the big boxes inside my apartment. I am very disappointed with your service. I hope your people get the proper training so this does not happen to anybody moving forward.

FedEx not delivering packages to resident apartments

Hi,

My name is Robyn and I am the Assistant Manager here at 18 Watercress Green Apartments in Huntsville, Alabama.

The drivers are suppose to attempt to deliver to the residents apartments and if they are not home they are to leave a note on the door stating it will be in the office.

Today and almost every day they are not attempting to deliver and not leaving notices.

If they do not attempt to deliver, going forward we will not accept packages here in the office and they will have to leave them at their door step and at that point they might get stolen.

I appreciate any help with this matter.

FedEx package delivered to your address and the name on it doesn't live at this bldg.

Saturday July, 22nd., 2018 FedEx driver rang our Bell and delivered pkg. from Walmart outside front door of bldg. in rain with our address on it : 2558 E. Clark St. Diamond Illinois 60416. Problem is box marked with our address and another tenants name on it ..tenants name Melanie Hute.We called FedEx couldn't get a live rep. so we left a note on the downstairs wall stating, " we had mail for that tenants name and if they show Id matching name on box we'd gladly give it to the tenant so we know the right person would get their mail and if no one contacted us by Sunday night then Monday morning this pkg would be given to the post office."
Sunday night about 7:20pm a girl knocks on door stating who she is and if we had her mail .We said yes we have pkg just show us Id so we know right person is getting their mail.She stated ok and she'd be back with her girlfriend because that's who the mail belongs to.Since they are a new tenant I asked whats your apt. # and explained how the addresses work at these country apt. complexes just as the landlord had explained to us years ago when we moved here.She states her apt. is #53 and her bldg is across the way 2553 so we explained to her that 2558 Apt.58 is our address and that they need to learn their address.She comes back pist off Cuz' she had to show her ID & cursing me out like an immature child and her girlfriend stating she's law enforcement.I stated no need to be mad at me for doing something nice & she needs to learn her address .We want the issue fixed so we called the 👮 police and the police stated since we're doing a kind gesture and those tenants don't want to act like civilized adults just if it ever happens again leave the mail wherever it's been left and or give it to post office.Funny the whole bickering back and forth because they aren't writing their address down and instead writing ours they tried to say they didn't get the pkg..which their lie didn't work because we have security cameras and the whole thing was recorded us giving them their mail and the lie of her girlfriend stating she's law enforcement was a joke because if one allegedly works for DOC being a turn key that's not the same as the police.. everyone knows impersonating an officer is against the law.So please put a note in the FedEx system that these 2 girls Melanie Hute & Dominique Coleman do not live at bldg.2558 E. Clark St. (Apt.58) Diamond Illinois, 60416 and their mail should be addressed to the bldg. tenant said they live in 2553 E. Clark St.(Apt.53) Diamond Illinois, 60416.I've contacted the Authorities on this matter and have contacted Coal City Post Office and now you Fedex.Thank you for your time.Waiting on a response.

FedEx repetitive problem with non delivery of package to my door

I live on the 3rd floor of an apt complex. I have had a persistent problem for well over a year with driver not delivering my Cheey.com order to my door. The driver has actually written on the box "too heavy to lift." On another occasion, I told him my box needs to be delivered to 3rd floor and she he "ok" and proceeded to get in his tuck and drive away.
My current order is sitting 3 flights down for over 24 hrs. I call Chewy customer service and they try to resolve the issue, but it persists. My current Case # with FedEx is [protected].
Personally, I would like the driver or drivers responsible written up.

FedEx abusive, arrogant, driver

Today, July 11, 2018 a fed ex driver was using excessive speed in our Manufactured home community. I, as the owner have had to speak with fed ex drivers before, concerning their disregard for our posted speed limit of 5 mph. This individual was so arrogant when i requested he observe the speed limit, that it caused me to file a complaint with the corporate office. The case # is 25815. Zip code 13114. The incident took place around noon and the call was placed at 12:36. I informed the driver that he was on a private road, and that if he did not slow down, he would not be allowed to enter our community. His reply was, so what, that will give me less packages to deliver. If this driver, who was wearing a fed ex uniform, and driving a fed ex ground vehicle, is a true representative of fed ex, then I would think that some more training is necessary. If there is an accident or someone is injured by this reckless attitude, you can bet that this company will be held responsible.

FedEx delivery

Here is the short version. My packages originally had a delivery date of 6/23 from fed ex website. Then it was changed to 26. I called the 26th and was told that they had until the 27th to deliver. Then why say the end of the day on the 26th? Customer service couldn't tell me where my packages were. They were going to do a trace and was told I would get a call back in 2 hours. I never received a call back. Today I get an email that my address is wrong and the unit number was missing. I have a profile online at FedEx and I get a phone call if they are unsure what unit. No one can seem to go above or beyond. No one seems to have empathy for what I am going through. I'm at my boiling point. You would think with so many options for delivery that they would try to go out of there way. I am so disappointed. I am so upset that I actually took the time to write all of this.

FedEx customer service

I am amazed that this location has received any stars exceeding 1. I understand when someone is having a bad day but I do not understand an employee intentionally being rude especially the designated Center Manager. Sarah was rude and clearly does not possess the initiative or common courtesy to work with the public and/or encourage customers to continuously use this location. I do not know how long she has been working at this location but I would imagine that the quarterly sales ending number has been effected. The area where this FedEx is located probably encourages some customers to use this location but eventually the horrible customer service will outweigh the convenience.

FedEx delivery not attempted, fedex claims “customer unavailable” but I was home all day waiting for this $1000.00 medical equipment.

Scheduled delivery Sat 6/23 before 8:00 pm

Delivery not attempted, fraudulent delivery failure reported as "Customer unavailable or business closed". Delivery address is private residence, I have been home all day. No delivery has been attempted. FedEx delivery lied about attempting to deliver.

Spoke with fedex customer advocacy 6/23 around 12:00, she claims to have gotten in touch with delivery manager and was promised that the $1000.00 medical equipment would be delivered today as scheduled.

Delivery company reported fraudulent delivery failure again, no delivery attempt was made. Second fedex customer advocacy representative (Xiomara) claims the delivery company isn't open past midday Saturday and wasn't able to deliver package as scheduled and as promised. Completely apathetic about delivery issues or deceitful and fraudulent behavior by local fedex delivery company.

FedEx delivery of diapers, baby wipes and pull - ups

tracking numbers: 442882003580, 44610651500, 442882003568, 442882003513 and
446106515776. Delivery address was 77 West 11th Street Holland, MI 49423. Packages were left out side on the sidewalk at 77 west 10th street (a Church). Packages were delivered on 6/18/18 at 12:46 pm. Items were never brought inside. This is the second time this month.. Please contact delivery driver and inform them that items need to be delivered to correct address so that someone knows items have been delivered. Anyone on the street could have taken the whole order. This driver needs to do the job he was hired for correctly and be written up. Please follow up with me when you look into this complaint. I will also be contacting Sam's club to discourage using Fed Ex for deliveries.

FedEx driver say he left package on porch. I don't have a porch

on 6/6/18 i checked my email, I got a message that said my package had been delivered. delivered to whom was my question .I, m home with my phone in my hand. it said left on porch. i do not have a porch. when you come to my building you have to call to get in.now they are saying he gave the package to A person. Who was that person ? some one walking down the street? are did they come to the right address? are did they drive by and throw in the yard ? Is this how they deliver packages now? You have to stand in the street to watch and wait for a package on a daily.Not good business.If i were able to go out and buy what i need all the time i would not need Fedex service, i live in a senior disable building.If Fedex drivers do not want to deliver to the public maybe they are in the wrong business.Very disappointed with this company. Hope to never use it again. Very poor service.

FedEx delivery driver

Per your tracking system, we were to have a package delivered by EOD on 6/15/18. I received an update the the address could not be found. I called with int 15mins of receiving that update, address is correct we have not had previous issues with Fedex deliveries. I questioned whether the driver actually tried to deliver or not. Requested for a manager to call me back to discuss the situation. About 1.5 hrs later, the tracking was updated to driver did not attempt to deliver -- which is what I had suspected. Asked for a re-attempt but apparently the driver was not available and had been back to the terminal for 'awhile'. This is unacceptable customer service, we expected that delivery yesterday. I was told I could pick the package up which also is unacceptable. You are going to inconvenience your customer -- while your driver - LIED about the delivery and when called out admitted that they didn't even try. Then I was told that they would get it on the home delivery truck today 6/16. So I called again this morning and it is NOT on the truck for today and will be delivered on Monday. So this is a second LIE from your employees. Additionally I have requested now 6 times to speak to a manager about this and as of now 6/16 @ 915am -- no one has reached out.
Obviously Fedex has no concern for their customers. I will be reaching out to the merchant and let them know of your lack of service and ask for different shipping options in the future.

Again - I would still like a manager to call and explain to me - how a driver not attempting a delivery is acceptable. I can be reached at [protected]

FedEx truck driver dangerous driving

Traveling at full speed 100 km/h FedEx driver change line, without signaling right in front of me. He change from right line to middle for overtaking slow moving vehicle and did that in last moment, dangerously approach that vehicle and took my line in such manor his double trailer swing even in left lane (it's a three line highway) .
This dangerous maneuver was unnecessary same move can be done in advance with proper care.
This happens at 14 June 2018, 07.15 pm, at Canada, Ontario, Queen Elizabeth way, driving towards Toronto, last trailer #P31430, truck #1617.

FedEx drivers behavior

The delivery was today at 12:52pm in aiken sc. The package was delivered to 165 fays garden lane aiken sc 29805. I have called several fedex numbers and no one has tried to help me. This driver has done this 3 to 4 times. We have a private road with just family that lives on it. There is a 5 mph posted speed sign because we all have small children. This driver comes on our drive and goes about 50 mph. I have tried to get the truck number but he is always going so fast that i cant. Your customer service has not been of any help. Seems to me you would know who your driver is in the area that you give a address. I will be filing a complaint with the aiken county sheriff office if this is not addressed.

FedEx customer service - keasbey, nj

I have called 5 days in a row to "Customer Service". Still haven't received 1 PHONE CALL back. Lost package and NOT ONE person at Keasbey location contacted the drive to find out where the package was placed. 2nd TIME a package has been incorrectly delivered to the same address. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and LAZY! It takes two second for a manager to contact the driver and find out what house the package was actually left at.

5 CALLS ... ZERO CALL BACK for my PACKAGES!

Absolute disgrace!

I will keep calling until someone gets off their lazy ... and does their job.

I have had it! 3 packages in a row that you can't seem to get delivered! One payroll envelope never found! One box 3 days late and smashed ruining contents. Now one box riding around for an extra 3 days with no delivery in sight! I try to call and provide my phone number and gate code and get the run around from the main number as well as the hub in austin. I will no longer buy from any company shipping with fedex!

FedEx shipping

I ordered a mosquito zapper from Mercado Libre here in Mexico. The unit has a light bulb and is very sensative to shock. Fed-Ex put the small box in a large box and did not provide any dunnage, no packing material. So after waiting several weeks I got the unit was damaged due to ignorance on the part of Fed-Ex. A child would know that a wrong thing to do.

FedEx driver

I was driving on 224th street and Hiway 7 in Tacoma, Washington and FedEx drive cut me off. If I hadn't hit my breaks, a collision would have been eminent. The license plate of the vehicle was C197400. I am lodging this complaint because I think FedEx drivers should be sent to some kind of safe driving class and the guy driving this truck obviously had never been to one.
I feel taking the time to make this complaint is probably a complete waste of time as I am sure the driver will never be talked to or informed about this complaint and that is too bad as he will eventually cause an accident. I hope and pray that no one gets hurt when that finally happens. If you see a truck in the Tacoma area with this C197400 license plate, avoid him as much as you can...

Fed Ex cares nothing about customers. A Fed Ex driver parked in front of my garage, blocking entry and exit to the garage, while delivering packages to other homes. I will note that there were open parking spaces and/or he could've parked in front of a house that was receiving a package but he chose not to. I waited three minutes for the driver to appear and, when he did, I asked him to move his truck as he was blocking my entrance to my home. He refused, indicating he had more packages to deliver and then ran away as I tried to tell him I had a sick child in the car. This did not persuade him to move his vehicle. I then stepped out of my car and took pictures of the truck and, once he returned, the Fed Ex employee. I informed him I would report his behavior to his manager to which he replied "go ahead."

As promised, I contacted Fed Ex, which was no easy process given wait times and transferring to different departments. Once transferred to the correct department, I spoke with a nice, if not somewhat nosey, customer service person (she was overly friendly about my child which was off putting). She asked me a series of questions, such as Fed Ex Express or ground, truck number, physical description of driver, and my home address. I answered her questions and let her know I have pictures of both truck and driver. At the end of the conversation, she assured me this is not how Fed Ex treats people and I would be contacted within 24 hours.

Naturally, I did not receive a follow up phone call within 24 hours...or 48 hours...or 72 hours. So I called back. During this call, I was told since I didn't have the truck number or I gave the wrong truck number or I couldn't describe the driver or the description I gave doesn't match records, the complaint went no where. Again, I made it clear I have pictures and video and that the address and time of complaint should also make it easy to track down the driver. This fell on deaf ears. Fed Ex clearly supports this type of behavior.

I get that I have no power in this situation as I'm just one lowly customer that really doesn't use Fed Ex much, I will share my disdain with as many people as possible. I just ordered something on-line and requested that the seller use UPS, which she gladly did.

FedEx truck driver safety

On May 17 at 8:45 am I was driving westbound on MO 44, west of Joplin. Ahead of me, one of your trucks carrying two trailers pulled out of the truck scales near the MO/OK border.

I moved to the left lane behind another semi that also moved to give room for you truck to accelerate up to speed.

Because of traffic, the truck I was behind moved slowly ahead to pass another truck in the right lane. As he did, your truck moved up on my right until he was even with the middle of the semi in front of me.

I was even with your truck's first trailer "hitch" and about two car lengths behind the other semi when your truck - without a signal - moved into my lane.

He forced me off the road onto the shoulder, then into the median ditch. I braked hard and kept control (I was inches from the median wire barricade.

I was surprised that he seemed completely unaware of what he had done. I passed him later and he did not seem to acknowledge me. Since I survived without any visible damage I saw no reason to stop him - and it seemed maybe a risky move to do so.

I did not get the truck number, but perhaps the description, location and time could clue you in as who it was. If he is normally a good driver and this was an aberration for him, then maybe a word of caution is due. If he is a regular offender, maybe he should not be on the road.

I leave it up to you, but would appreciate acknowledgement of your receipt of this complaint.
