FedEx fedex lost my package

I ordered some stuff online and paid big money for shipping. I decided to pay extra for sipping because I wanted my order to be shipped by FedEx. I heard a lot about them and mostly only good things, so I decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately things didn't go well. I think my order got lost. I contacted FedEx and they were not able to tell me its location. They said that my order was probably still somewhere in China, but they didn't really knew its exact location. Are you kidding me? These people are ridiculous!
They promised to contact me as soon as they get any information, but that was a long time ago and still no news.
I will never use them again!

FedEx package delivery and pick up

I received a door tag after an attempted delivery on 4/29/17 with only my street address under recipient's name and "FedEx Home Delivery (Tues - Sat) checked off. Assuming it was the first attempt since it was the only door tag I had received, I waited for another attempt and subsequent door tag. None came and when I called I found out that there had been several attempts made according to what the driver reported. Never once did I get an additional door tag slip - nothing to let me know what attempt this was (including the one and only original door tag slip I got), instructions on what to do next, etc. I called to try and arrange pick up but was told that because of the restrictions set on the package from the sender the only place I was allowed to pick it up with a station whose hours were 8-4. I work 6:30 to 5:30 everyday so it would have been impossible for me to a.) ever be home when it was being delivered (and I needed it before a Sat. delivery was possible) and b.) pick it up from the station. Again, because of restrictions they were not able to transfer the package to another station that stayed open later. After quite a long time on the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor who agreed that I could leave a signed door tag with instructions to "throw the package through the gate". The next day I come home there is still no package and STILL no door tag slip indicating a delivery attempt was even made. So, another phone call and conversation with a different supervisor resulted in me having to resort to taking 1/2 day off of work the next day JUST so I could pick it up by closing at 4:00. (I was also told at this time that they are not allowed to throw the package through the gate - despite the fact that a supervisor the day before told me they could) I put in for my time off and the next morning someone from FedEx called me (which I appreciate) to assure the package was at the station. She got back on to tell me that in fact they stay open until 8:00! Great for me but now it's too late to change the fact that I've taken 1/2 day off of work. ALL this could have been resolved had that information been communicated to me from the beginning. And STILL, never once did I get a door tag slip that indicated anything other than the very first one I got. Countless hours, immense frustration, and an unnecessary 1/2 day off of work and I finally got the package. I understand the sender put restrictions on the package (not FedEx's fault) but I felt that the driver either falsely reported that delivery attempts were made OR they were made and I should have been receiving door tag slips. Not to mention the fact that a supervisor told me they could throw the package through the gate when in fact they couldn't have. Will never choose FedEx for my shipping needs when given a choice. FedEx driver

I was driving behind a Fed Ex truck yesterday morning on my way to work. While at a red light the driver tosses his empty garbage out the window and onto the street (his empty beverage can) and continued on his way. Now this is completely unacceptable! Never mind that throwing garbage or polluting the Earth but this is my neighborhood and don't like to see it littered. I would greatly appreciate if Fed Ex would make it a point to train their drivers on drivers etiquette, especially when it comes to littering. We must keep our neighborhoods clean and I especially don't want to see a corporation like yours come in a pollute my neighborhood.

FedEx reckless driver

I was driving to work this morning on I-55 North in Jackson, MS. At about 8:40, a FedEx short bed truck was in the lane beside me, I saw that he had his blinker on to turn into my lane, but I was already beside him, so I thought surely he is not going to pull over now. But, he did, he pulled over with me almost right beside him. I had to slam on my brakes in morning traffic on a busy interstate. He was in front of me then, so I got his truck #36377. It was close to Exit 96B. I have people pull out in front of me sometimes like he did, but you do not expect it from someone that is supposed to be a professional driver, people could have been hurt if I would't have been watching what was going on very carefully so I could react to a bad driver. These kind of drivers are a liability.

FedEx sent my package to the wrong place

I am appalled with FedEx and extremely disappointed with them! I have been using FedEx for many years now and was always pleased with good and safe service, but what happened recently changed everything.
I sent a pack of very important documents via FedEx and they sent it to the wrong address. How that even happened? When I filled in the information I checked everything a million times because these documents were really important!
Gladly I was able to get them back, otherwise I would have lost my job.
I will ever use FedEx again, that was a huge mistake and they almost ruined my life. That is absolutely unacceptable and unforgivable!

FedEx fedex ground shipping

I moved to different location after my graduation and I shipped my luggage via FedEx Ground on march 10, 2017.On March 15 it showed up shipment exception. Since then I've been calling FedEx customer care.Earlier they said, the package is being shipped back at the shipper's address.Then they said it's lost you need to file claim. Every time I called they gave me different reasons and the resolutions but never I knew about luggage. I filed a claim, as suggested and even that got denied. Now they don't answer my call properly and either ask to leave name and phone no or give different reasons. I don't know where to reach out .It's frustrating

FedEx poor delivery service

So very sick of FedEx Home delivery. They lazy driver or cheap contractor doesn't want to make the drive to my rural location, so he falsifies the tracking and shows an attempted delivery, even fills out a door tag which he never leaves ...because he never came here. He'll do this for a couple of day until he has enough deliveries in my area to make it worth his while.

Problems is I have to schedule my time to be around for delivery, which I am happy to do ... IF YOU DON'T LIE ON THE TRACKING! If you are going to put it off for a few days ... leave a note in the tracking ... I am a lazy d-bag, that way at least I won't be wasting my time waiting for it.

FedEx international shipping, unprofessional company

I wanted send a very important documents to USA which is found in North America Continent :) but fedex sent it to Phillipines which is found very east of Asia continent and while sending fedex gave me only the tracking number that is written on a little paper(as it looks in attachment), not another document to track it, in this document my medical school diploma, my school transcrips and all my important files are found, and it must have gone to usa fast, unfortunately, im gonna miss application date and im gonna lost more than 1000 dollar application fee, Thanks to Fedex's unproffesional and disrespectful service.

FedEx delivery

I had a delivery today. The same agent has delivered here many times. He will not ring the door bell or knock . Sometimes the packages are sitting on my front porch in the rain/snow. I'm disability and have many items shipped so I don't have to go out. I'm nearly ever away from the house. If I don't hear his truck I am not aware of the delivery. I think it's rude of him to continue to behave in this manner. I asked him once to please sit the package in the house as it was too heavy for me to lift. He told me to open the package on the porch. Is this the proper way for the deliveries to be made. I don't have this issue with other drivers, especially with UPS.

It is not reasonable to expect the delivery person to bring something into your home. I'm sure most people would refuse to enter a stranger's house.

In regards to the knocking, I would ask the company shipping the item to note that on the shipping label. You can also contact FedEx after shipment to request that they note this.

FedEx pickup not made or was it

Comments: RE Fedex Case# 0215749008The Fedex Express driver (Fallbrook Ca.) was witnessed by my neighbor picking up my packages on Feb 14th.The Fedex Driver claimed he didnt.I have filed a police report with the San Diego County Sheriffs.Ive spoken to several different Fedex reps about this.No one has given me his name or seems to take this seriously.As soon as I find out his name a warrant will be issued for his arrest.If Fedex refuses to supply the drivers name I will also file a case against the Fedex corporation for abstruction.I have nothing against Fedex I have been a loyal customer for many years.This was a single individual abusing the public trust.He will be arrested.If you want to provide the information directly to the investigating officer that would be of great help.Officer GillCase# 17108456Tel [protected]

FedEx truck driver

In Phenix City, AL on my way to work the morning of 2/16/17 around 7:50am one of your truck drivers in a rather large truck #826423, came flying by in the left hand lane and cut over 2 lanes at last minute and forced his way in on the turn ramp going into Columbus, GA. This almost caused a severe accident as EVERYONE had to slam on their brakes. He just kept going like it was nothing and stayed in the left hand lane the entire time, holding up all the morning rush! My father is a retired truck driver(double tanker) and has taught me all the rules of the road, even for truck drivers and this behavior is deplorable! You are a high profile company so I hope you deal with this driver and re-train him or whatever you need to do so this doesn't happen to someone else. Next time it could be a terrible accident, all it takes is one person that isn't paying attention.

We were driving back to Calgary yesterday afternoon, left lane was closed ahead, we were driving in the left lane when this FedEx truck swerved into our lane to block us nearly squeezing us against the railing, he did it twice. Very dangerous driver. It was 2.45pm on November 21, 2020 close to Canada Olympic park, truck # 8088831C, licence plate X205 04. Photo attached

FedEx repeatedly operating unethically, disrespectful, rude and unresponsive

We ordered parts for a customers car from an amazon seller on 2-3-17, and informed our customer that the parts would be delivered by friday 2-10-17 as that was when we had been told. The package did not arrive on friday but we did receive an email update over the weekend that it would be delivered to our address, which is correct on the package, by 8 p. M. Today, monday 2-13-17. This morning we called fed ex to see about meeting up at and picking up the package at a exchange point to get the package of parts, rather than having to make our customer wait all day, and that was when we were informed that the package would be arriving from sacramento ca via hwy 101, eureka, ca, and the coast highway, approximately 8 hours in decent traffic but essentially ignorant as far as our delivery was concerned because the highway from the coast to our place in the mountains is state highway 299, and the road has been pretty much closed completely since mid-november when the road slid into the trinity river, and according to the cal trans department it will not be reopened until august at this point. And we explained this to the fed ex person 'steve' early this morning. Repeatedly. And in detail. Much, much repeated detail. But we were repeatedly assured that it would not be a problem and the package would be delivered today.
Until we got the email at 5:30 pm tonight that, guess what, they couldn't get thru due to 'weather' conditions, another lie since it was beautiful up here today, the truth is, as we had told them, there is no road. So we call fed ex customer service, and they asked if we wanted to drive over there and pick up our package, and again I had to remind them that there is no road. So then they said it will be here tomorrow, but another untruth since, as I said, there is no road. The next genius suggestion from them, contact the person we ordered from and have them change the address because, as the genius stated, they are the ones who sent it to eureka, but the address that fed ex has on the package is in fact our correct address put there by the seller, so what the h*ll was that supposed to mean. I am more than completely frustrated with fed ex and to be honest I have never had a positive fed ex experience.
The most recent example was in november of last year, 2016, only about 4 months ago, when I ordered a printer off of ebay. The printer was shipped fed ex, and according to the fed ex tracking, they delivered the printer on monday december 5, 2016; and also according to their tracking information, in the 'delivery message' area, it was left at the front door, which is a complete untruth because I suffer from intestinal disease and a week and a half before thanksgiving I had taken ill, because of the nature of my disease, I was unable to leave my home for almost 2 months, on january 2, 2017 I finally was able to leave home for the first time since november 13, 2016, and I know for a fact that no one from fed ex ever delivered anything to my front door I live in a small 1 bedroom trailer on a 7 acre piece of land with 3 dogs, no one came to my door. To this day I have still never received the printer that I ordered and paid for. The ebay seller refused to correct the problem because of the incorrect and deceptive tracking information, ebay would not correct this problem, pay pal did nothing to help, and of course fed ex did nothing except not deliver my property and lie about it on their tracking.
I do realize that it's only a little over $100 I have spent to receive nothing that was shipped fed ex, but to us it may as well be $1000 or even $10, 000 because since I was diagnosed, I have been unable to work, I am in limbo as far as disability goes, and the only regular income we have is the $878 a month my husband receives since he rolled a cat and broke his back and neck fighting a northern california wildfire, plus whatever he can make turning wrenches part time, and fed ex has screwed that up for us too. We will definitely have to return a portion of the customers payment for this delay. Hopefully they won't send the parts back to canada as they threatened to do on the phone this evening.
Is there anyone out there that can help us and fix this? Please, I am at my wit's end.

FedEx non delivery attempts

Package Tracking #[protected]

I received a notification in the mail that 3 delivery attempts were made at my home for this package.

My wife works from home. At no time was there ever an attempt made to deliver this package. No one from FedEx rang our door bell, no attempt notification was ever left at our door.

I followed the tracking on the web, kept saying out for delivery. Then we receive this card in the mail saying 3 attempts have been made and I would have to go pick up the package at a FedEx location.

I was also home for a time due to being sick and I can also witness that no one ever came by from FedEx to ring our doorbell attempting delivery, including leaving a notification on our door that an attempt was made.

I had to go to the local FedEx center (sick with the flu) so I could show my ID to prevent this package from being sent back to the company I purchased it from... ridiculous.

The person responsible for making deliveries is not performing their job properly and should held accountable for not doing so. Maybe this person should be trained to do something else, or not work for FedEx.

FedEx unethical behaviour

I as an American who served my country for 40 years am appalled at the idea that FED EX has or may discipline the Employee depicted on the news recently wrestling the American flag back rom the protesters.

The only Unethical behavior displayed was that of the protestors and your employee should be given a medal, promotion and a paid vacation for his extreme patriotic actions.

I can only hope that FED EX can see through all the political BS and do the right thing .

FedEx fedex

on my way home from work today a 18 wheeler fed ex truck ran me off the hyw. i blinked my lights a blew my car horn. he never slowed down. he ran me off the highway and he never slowed down. it scared me to death i hit a hugh pothole. and i am still shaking. i need to talk to someone at fed ex drivers like the one that ran me off the hyw should not be driving. the driver never slowed down to even check on me. he didnt know if i was alive or dead and he didn't care

FedEx delivery issue for order [protected]

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the delivery person who claimed that an attempt was made in delivering my package this evening (Saturday, 1/21) at 6:03pm. I was home the entire day.

I called the 800# to verify that the address on the package was correct. Since this was the case and a note on the label indicated that the package was to be left at the door, I question as to why the person didn't do so.

A 2nd attempt will be made in 3 days. This could've been avoided if the delivery person simply read the label and left the package at my door.

Perhaps a reminder to FedEx employees are needed from time to time that they work for a reputable company. Their performance is a reflection of where they work.

FedEx lying customer service, lack of delivery

Paid for priority overnight on thursday jan 4 to be delivered jan 5. Web page was never updated to say that it would be delayed. Called customer service at 1:15 pm to find out status... Had a manager call me back - (Donisha?) and said i could get saturday delivery. Called back at 4:48, 5:13, and 7:27pm as it was still sitting in memphis. Was told each time that it would go out for delivery on saturday. Called at 7:26 this morning and was told it was in wyo on its way to steamboat. Arrived at steamboat at 9:10 this morning and was not delivered! Called at 12:10 and was told it would not be delivered today. Was told that customer service was not who i should have been speaking to. Really? I paid to get a package there and in what universe do you let an "overnight" sit for another 3 days. Was told it would be delivered monday. You are lazy, lying j###s! Will never use fed ex again.

FedEx fedex driver

Fedex Driver Complaint:

License Plate: 8D12331

Driver parked the tuck in front of Pacific Isle Complex at 3054 Rue Orleans blocking the front entrance gate. He had more than enough space to park in front of the complex on the red zone in between the entrance and exit gates, or inside the complex in the designated area. He took about 10 minutes and a line was formed outside the complex.

Upon coming out, I confronted the driver, and asked him why he didn’t parked so unconsciously and that there was more than enough room to park properly, I told him to move the truck. He said “I’m now going to take longer”. And when he got in the truck, he backed up on purpose (he did not need to back up he could just drive forward and leave) and almost hit my car as to be aggressive. I have a picture of the tuck.

FedEx delivery

I received a tracking number from FedEx for an item being shipped to me on Wednesday 12/28/16 showing a delivery of my item by the end of the day on Tuesday 1/3/17. It was required that I sign for the item I was receiving at delivery. I checked daily to make sure the delivery was still on track to be delivered as scheduled. I waited all day on the scheduled delivery date of Tuesday 1/3/7 and checked my tracking a few times during the day to see if the delivery was still on schedule. I checked the tracking once again at 5:30PM and the tracking showed the item was rescheduled to be delivered by the end of the day on Wednesday 1/4/17. FedEx needs to find a more efficient way of scheduling deliveries and give it customers a smaller delivery window. I had to waste two days waiting on a delivery because of FedEx's inefficiency!

FedEx hold requested, package returned to shipper

I sent a package across the country on Dec13. The expected delivery date was Dec 17. The delivery was delayed due to storms. Since the recipients were to be out of town from Dec 19, I called customer service to request a hold. The representative was very good. She placed a hold until Jan 2.
On Dec 28 I received an updated advice that the package was being returned to shipper. I immediately called 1800 GoFedex, and after explaining the situation the hold was renewed to Jan 2. However, the package was shipped back to me anyway on the day that the recipient was expecting to pick up the package. I called again and again, the only thing I'm told is that the policy is to return items after 5 days, which I was not told when I placed the holds. I would have done something else if I had known of the rigid policy, which does not take customer needs into consideration. Apparently the customer service reps. don't have the information either. My complaint is not with my local center, it is with the Alexandria VA office and the national entity.
The tracking # is [protected]. I spent $14.71 to ship this. I would like to be refunded or be given a voucher to return the package to its original destination.
