FedEx delivery

Lie, lie, lie! This is my first time writing bad review. I understand thing happen but with FEDEX delivery service is 1000% unacceptable, outrageous. FEDEX tracking #[protected] message "delivery exception - customer not available or business closed" and leave door tag at 10:30am 12/31/18. Now, I am sitting at home 11:21am 12/31/18 writing this review. I just got off the phone with FEDEX customer service rep telling him that no one rang my bell and trying to understand how the driver attempted to deliver and left me a door tag when my bell was never rang and by the way there is no door tag….. Same thing happen to my SAMSUNG NOTE 9 got stolen or lost. Samsung used FEDEX as carrier. The system noted delivered but I never received…. Use your imagination about what actually happened to the NOTE 9.

FedEx lying about attempted delivery on 27 dec [protected]

Tracking # [protected], has delivery exception from Covington, Louisiana FedEx office stating 'Customer not available or business closed'. 401 PM 27 Dec 2018. That is a bald faced lie. My front door was open all day and no vehicles come into Tex Drive at all. At 4PM our local Fox News had just come on and I was standing to get the latest on the inclement weather heading our way. Our TV is in the front room where the door opens onto the patio and I can hear any vehicle come into the drive because Tex Drive is all gravel. The driver of said vehicle did not come into Tex Drive at anytime at least not thru 9PM that night when I finally closed my front door. I detest liars. The delivery address is 1019 Tex Drive, Covington, Louisiana 70433 and I have received packages etc from FedEx and other truck carriers at my 911 address. I don't know where this driver supposedly attempted delivery but it was not on Tex Drive because I would have heard a vehicle coming in, my house is marked, its the only house on the right and my door was open all day because the weather was too uncomfortable to have doors and windows closed. According to tracking information its on truck due for redelivery on 28 Dec 2018. An apology for one, delivery on today 28 Dec 2018 as stated on tracking information and my email address is [protected]@bellsouth.net.

Tracking # [protected] states on FedEx vehicle for delivery, Covington, Louisiana on 18 Dec 2018. Next information dated 19 Dec 2018, Covington, Louisiana location, "Shipment Exception, cannot locate recipient", scheduled for delivery next business day. On 20 Dec 2018 I heard and saw a Penske vehicle approx. 450pm and assumed it was FedEx since I'd received packages that way in previous years holidays but driver passed up my house, I'm the only house on the right and driver backed down Tex Drive and started blowing. I stayed under the patio since it was raining waiting to see if they would drive back up. The driver did and when they got out of the vehicle I asked if they were FedEx and when answered in affirmative I gave my name. After giving me the package I went inside I noticed some smart-alec had slapped an address correction label on the package which was a miracle it made it here. My address is 1019 Tex Drive, Covington, LA which is 911 only with no postal deliveries and not shown in the postal system. I have a PO Box for Postal Mail. Some yahoo had added APT 716 onto the address correction label for some reason or other and there are no apartments on Tex Drive on left or right side. I don't know why this was done and by whose authority but addresses can't be changed at a whim just because. If my friend had not told me about the delivery and given me the tracking number to boot its no telling where said package may have gone. By the way my telephone number was included on the label from the vendor so its no excuse for negligence. This is not acceptable from any carrier to put non-existent, false addresses on customer's packages. Of course the only action the drive can do then is impart information recipient cannot be found because address does not exist. I receive truck deliveries here at my house all during the year so what's the problem with everyone. No pride in providing exceptional service!

Package just delivered approx. 1530 hrs by a regular FedEx driver I'm accustomed to seeing. I have to assume the fiasco from yesterday was an outsourced driver who could care less and would rather lie. 28 Dec 2018

FedEx fedex delivery

On 12-21 the FedEx driver leaves a package in the rain on my front steps. The package is corrugated cardboard and not meant for rainy conditions. I have asked the driver to please leave packages under my carport. I do not use the front door and only use the carport entrance. I cannot see packages in the front unless I go there as the bushes block my view. The driver doesn't want to walk an extra 20 feet. Who isn't smart enough to not leave packages in the rain? Now the box is soaked and I won't know if the goods are salvageable or not until my daughter opens it. Being Christmas, I don't want to see it's contents unless it is alright with my daughter. I called customer support and they told me to file a complaint online.

FedEx driver

This driver drove your truck into my driveway to turn around. Did not leave a package. Today 12/18/18 @ 1105 AM. I was so shocked that he was doing this it didn't occur to me to snap a photo until after he backed out and left.

On 12-17-18 at 1105 AM, a FedEx driver drove their heavy truck onto my driveway, backed out to turn around. I had several cracks repaired in my cement driveway this past fall and I suspect this isn't the first time my driveway has been used and I don't want more cracks. Those trucks are heavy. I believe using private driveways to turn around when not delivering a package isn't allowed by the company. I've reached out to the company and the CEO with no response. This should be addressed so it doesn't continue and cause damage.

FedEx delivery/customer service

I ordered a package from Victoria's Secret for a gift for my daughter's college roommate. It was last minute (as I found she most likely would not be getting a Christmas present from her divorced parents), and she would be leaving for winter break, so I requested 2-day shipping and paid an extra $16. I received an email from VS Monday the 10th that it was sent and she be here on the 12th. Perfect, because I had her coming to my house on the 13th to give it to her. On the 12th, I left for an appt at 11:15am and returned before 1pm. When I got back home, I checked the online tracking through the VS email and saw it was delivered at 11:58am. Nothing was at the door when we returned home. So I clicked the 'looking for your package' link through the VS site and it said sometimes packages are marked delivered when they are out for delivery. So I waited a little longer and then checked the FedEx site, which also said delivered at 11:58am and left at door. Again, nothing was at or around my door. So I contacted Fed Ex and was told that I have to wait until the driver gets back the the facility that night. I explained that this was a gift that needed to be given the next day, so I requested a call that night after they checked with the driver/facility. I left my phone number and had him repeat it so I was sure it was right. I received no call so I called back around 8pm that night. I was told they sent a message to the facility but hadn't heard back. The facility closes at 7 so there is nothing they can do. The next morning, I waited for a call but still had not received so I called them. They still had nothing from the facility. All I wanted was for them to talk to the driver to see if he could possibly remember whether it was my house (could have asked about the tree at my door, etc) to prove he actually left it there. I was told that either way I had to wait 48 hours to file a claim. Unacceptable! But she said there was nothing she could do. I heard/received nothing for the next 2 days and I was unable to call because of work/commitments. My daughters friend was here with my apologies and is now back at her home in another state. It is now Sunday the 16th and I contacted Fed Ex once again. Guess what, they need me to contact Victoria's Secret to initiate the claim?! You could tell me this 4 days ago! What is the point of telling me to wait 48 hours when I have to go back to the merchant anyway? I told her it is not Victoria's secret's problem, they shipped as scheduled. This is all on Fed Ex. There is nothing she can do. I am beside myself at this point, fuming. So I call Victoria's Secret, and with no questions asked, they are sending a replacement package. No charge to me. I said this is wonderful on their part (and beneficial to me as I certainly can't afford to pay that again), but what responsibility does Fed Ex have? Does BS follow up with them? I truly hope Fed Ex takes the loss for this and not VS. I also hopes VS and other merchants renegotiate their contracts and another delivery service as they have more reliability and better customer service.

FedEx package not delivered to my customer's address

My customer lives in a gated community. The drivers are allowed to go through the gate to deliver to the customer's house. The driver in this case DID NOT GO THROUGH THE GATE. HE DID NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO MY CUSTOMER"S HOUSE. which is inside the gated community. FEDEX denied my claim because I didn't ask for a signature. In 20 years, I haven't had to do this because the drivers always delivered to the customer's house. This driver DID NOT. Even if I had asked for a signature he couldn't have gotten it because he did not go to her house! Since when does FEDEX just drop packages off at any driveway and consider it delivered. The package would not have been stolen inside a gated community. I have had to replace the collectible angel at my own expense. I had to pay for another one and ship it again. The second package was delivered to her properly. WHY won't FEDEX pay my claim? I am a small business and cannot afford to lose shipments. In 20 years I never had to file more than 2 claims and they were promptly paid. I will have to find another way to ship if FEDEX doesn't pay claims any more. I talked to Ashley in claims department. I had asked to speak to a manager and was told no one would be available for 3 or more days! Ashley says declaring the value of a shipment is not a guarantee of insurance and my claim will remain denied even though the driver did not go to my customer's house. I was told the first $100 is COVERED. I paid for more. Please help me. The tracking number is [protected]. If this is going to be the practice at FEDEX, I will have to ship some other way. FedEx delivery in-practices

Federal Express pretty much just dumps my product on the porch. They will not wait for me to come to the door. I am 65 years old, and the things I purchase from you, I am unable to bring or carry in myself. UPS will at least give me a chance to get to the door and will bring my purchase into my apt., if even a few feet, just to be able to close my door.

FedEx two day guaranteed shipping

Meds were to be delivered on Saturday 12/8... Tracking showed that package was on Oshkosh WI (I am in Milwaukee, WI)... Package never delivered. Called on Monday (12/10), Stated there was an error and should be delivered on Tuesday (12/11)... Followed tracking and packed went to Chicago, then Champlain and then Indianapolis... Stated out for delivery on Wed (12/12)... Delivery confirmation sent at 3:02 pm, Package delivered... Checked my porch (In Wisconsin) and not there, Called Fedex Customer Service (JOKE) and they stated packed delivered and signed for by Mike Sojo (NOT MY NAME)... She was adamant that the package was delivered to my house and I just need to look harder to find it... best part, she stated that the on line tracking is never correct and I should not believe it... I refuse to use Fedex to ship and I will now request shippers to NOT USE FEDEX

FedEx manager/ driver

Driver did not attempt appropriate contact to deliver package.Extreme careless lazy attempt. Manager was the same. Now the extremely important date to arrive has to wait till next business day( in 2 days).and then still concerned no proper steps to receive my package then. Only one customer service seemed to follow FedEx Core values, none of the others shared value in service to the customer. The driver didn't come to apt door, left door tag on outside public window, no name on it. Not much here that shows value to customers using FedEx!
Had proper attempt be made then fine. Not the case with my package.
If there's no core customer service being followed I can't justify this being a useable service.

Look how many times it has been put on the truck for delivery and I still have not received it. I call every day to find out why it wasn't delivered and all they tell me is that they can call the station and ask what happened. But it seems all the station says is they are behind and it's on the truck for delivery. Except on saturday 12/1/18. I was first told that delivery had been attempted but no one was home. I told them that was a lie that I was there all day and no one came. Then a second person came on the line and told me the station manager said they forgot to put it on the truck and it will be the next business day, which for them is tuesday! I kept telling them my purchase is perishable. Not ten minutes later the last person I talked with call me back and said they are behind and because it's christmas they are going to deliver sunday and they promise I will have my package by the end of day sunday. Monday morning and it's still not here. I call again. They say they don't know what happened but that they r doing deliveries on monday too and my package is on the truck and out for delivery that I will have it by the end of the day. Well, monday came and went and still no package. I call again tuesday and they say they don't know what happened (again!) but they will call the station manager and have him/her call me and explain what has happened. Well, it's now wednesday dec 5, 2018 and it's been changed again. And every time i've called they have verified my address and my phone number and I still have not received my package or a phone call back. Every day my delivery is put off another day. Pretty sure my merchandise is spoiled now since it's been out of refrigeration for a week now. And the real kicker — I keep seeing fed ex trucks all over my neighborhood. How's that grab you? Now fed ex personnel and contractors, try explaining this one!

FedEx fedex home delivery horrible

I'm still waiting on a $1000.00 order of body armor coming to Milwaukee from Las Vegas. I've never seen such a route taken. Sitting for days at a stationary location. Google says I could LITERALLY ride my bike faster than these clowns can deliver a package. Estimated delivery was 12/1/18 and the package was still sitting in Santa Rosa New Mexico on that day. It's finally made its way to Chicago, but now they're saying the earliest is going to be 12/4/18, today is 12/2/18. Apparently it takes FedEx 2 days to deliver a package 80 miles, the distance between Milwaukee and Chicago.

FedEx fedex corporate services / tracking number [protected]

I paid $40 for a home blood drawn. The phlebotomist did ship out the specimen on time. It was an overnight shipment. But the package arrived late on Saturday. So the laboratory could not produce the result (which usually take about 2- 3 weeks). Besides it cost me another extra $40, it also delayed my treatment for over a month. I am a low income earner.
When I contacted fedex about this issue and asked them politely for just $40 compensation and not even about the delayed treatment and my current suffering of symptoms. They refused to compensate me the $40. I am very angry.
What should I do?

FedEx international delivery

Generally, I find FedEx friendly and reliable.

But if your shipping task is out of the ordinary (mine was an international shipment) you will find they specialize in denial, red tape and incompetence. I believe, if you complain, those in authority will purposefully delay your shipment as punishment. Upper management seem seems fat, happy and utterly unconcerned; in fact, I suspect it is a FedEx policy to stall, deflect and consciously ignore when they are at fault.

In summary:
• 9/21/18, Day 1 - Package mailed from Switzerland through TNT SwissPost with their tracking number [protected]. Having only 9 digits it was not recognized by any FedEx tracking online or on voice menus. Getting past the menu robot without a FedEx tracking number or door tag was a major hassle.
• Day 5 to day 15 FedEx Tracking posted "Awaiting clearance instructions from receiver". Incredible! FedEx did not contact TNT SwissPost for needed documentation or inform customers of the problem. We would still be waiting if sender and receiver had not inquired. And then FedEx expected customers to manage customs requirements. Mary (very helpful) at International Trace Dept, [protected] was very helpful; she assigned Case # [protected] and actually called me about Day 23 to see if the package arrived, very nice.
• Day 14 - called International Trace Dept, Mary was busy, got Janet (useless individual). She refused a conference call with TNT SwissPost that I offered to set up. First, she said the 11-digit # [protected] did not work, later admitted it did and the package is Memphis customs. Janet assigned Case # [protected]. For follow up (notice I had to follow up, not Janet or FedEX) she sent me to Sarah Kollmeyer, US Federal Trade Agent, Memphis

Day 14 - receiver called 3 separate times & spent 3 1/2 hours on hold trying to follow up on my email to US Federal Trade Agent, Sarah E. I called FedEx International trace, [protected] they were unable to get through either. The Swiss person who sent the package spent 1 ½ hours on hold calling Sarah from Switzerland. No one ever answered
• Day 17 - David (useless) = FedEx International Customer Advocacy at FedEx International Escalation Dept, [protected]. He took no interest or responsibility escalated me to [protected]@corp.ds.fedex.com.
• 10/9/18, Day 18 - package arrived
• 10/15/18, Day 23 - Ligaya A. (useless) from [protected]@fedex.com answered my complaint to [protected]@corp.ds.fedex.com. "We appreciate your notifying us of this problem, and will do our best to make sure your next experience with FedEx is more satisfactory".
Conclusion - FedEx has no intention of doing anything. This same posting will go to YELP and everywhere else I can post it

FedEx need to speak to senior management: multiple support failures

After 3 separate calls yesterday (10/9/18), i learned that my two packages which were not delivered 10/5 10/8 or 10/9 were not, indeed, signed for by "M Shelboushi" despite what Brian insisted during my initial call yesterday around 12:30 when i arrived at the office. In yesterday's second call i was told packages were left (then that was changed to no, they were not delivered) and then on follow up (the third call) i was told the representative didn't know exactly the packages were, and gave me a case number and a corporate representative (see below, desired resolution) would have to look into it. At that point my 1130-240 window had passed and i could no longer get the package off the truck if indeed, they were there still on it. it was after 4p when this was determined, after wasting over 3 hours of my time). I was also told repeatedly the door ticket numbers i provided were invalid.

This morning I received a call from your Herndon hub (no name given) which went right to voicemail somehow and provided a partial "ticket number" (another new reference number) and abruptly told me i needed to claim my two packages when I now go out to Herndon, VA to pick them up. Given past experience, that's "code" for the packages are now interminably lost. Which is the same as if your people or your company misappropriated my property and so I'm considering if i should properly file a police report. And alert the media.

Desired Resolution:
1. I'd like a call from senior management, to provide the additional details i'm not providing. here (but will post via social media), and
2. I'd also like you to figure out a way to deliver my packages to me, today. Let Herndon find them.

FedEx package not delivered, no accountability

We had a package overnight scheduled to be delivered Thursday 9/27/2018. That package was not delivered and a number that appeared to be local came from a Jerry saying the address was incorrect so please call to correct. To start with the address was not incorrect, just something a local worker decided. There is a main address to the building owner than three suites on the side.
When the package did not arrive I called the only number you can and as it turns out FED EX sends its calls to India/Pakistan. I spent 20 minutes on the phone Monday morning 10/1/18 and was told the package will be expedited and delivered by 3:00 that day. It did not show so called again at 4:30 and went through 3 agents and ended up with a manager who said package would be priority and I would be called Tuesday am. Now mind you I asked for pick up and was told twice this was not an option. I called again at 11:30 today and after 20 minutes was told driver would be at office within 45 minutes to deliver but make sure I am there as another re-delivery would make the package be returned..., ...What...What delivery. We waited and delivery did not show so we went to the main office and low and behold they found it sitting there saying delivery address was still wrong... What can you say about such incompetence and the time they put us out and not to mention it was overnighted because it was a check we very much so delivered.
Whats to say... Fed Ex has major problems they need to clean up and I will never voluntarily use them again.

FedEx delivery of parcel

Sept.28/2018.[protected] incident number. No delivery of parcel. Always trusted Fed Ex. Expensive purchase. Called Customer Service and Benny states"If says delivered you got it and we don't do anymore*? Not what I was expecting. Called back too another agent. He gave me above info. I am a stay at home adult who is always there when deliveries Fed Ex made. They always leave in mailbox and ring the doorbell. My porch is well away from road and trees keep it covered. On September 28th. this parcel was not delivered not stolen as I was home all day. An agent was supposed to call from Station but has not regarding incident. Jane call centre took down all information yet again with description of my residence. She states they only rely on drivers. this is odd as the driver as in any occupation could say"yes I delivered" but keep parcels.
This is the only company I have trusted for deliveries past 10
years and am pretty disappointed that when I need Fed Ex they don't do as promised. My mailbox is large and my deliveries easily fit in. Benny tells me that Fed Ex now contracts out with no training given. Great I just want my package and so
far no-one has attempted to even look!

FedEx ground shipping

This has GOT to be the worst shipping I have ever seen! Ten days to deliver? Not just slow but stupid and irresponsible. Here's why.
Tracking history says this package was picked up 09/19 and Odessa WA on Wednesday 09/26. The truck HAD to go thru Spokane to get there. (Map it and see.)That's my home, a large regional hub where I know they have a hub. But FedEx bypassed it, drove another 75 miles to a small rural town instead. Then went on to Kent WA a further 275 miles the wrong way. When the package arrived in Kent on Thursday tracker said it would be delivered Friday 09/28, yesterday, and was not. Instead FedEx elected to mail it to me. Shipper could have done just that in the first place and I would have had this package in 3 working days - at the same price or cheaper. I wish they had!
What I would have been normal and expected is this: picked up by FedEx 09/20, at first regional hub, likely either Indianapolis or Chicago, on 09/21 at Spokane terminal 09/24 and delivered 09/25 - 6th calendar day. That did not happen. What did happen was not some unavoidable or accidental delay, but simple stupidity. Worse still they handed my package to someone else to do so what I paid for them to do.
To compound matters FedEx has no concept of the receiver as customer. I tried to send them feedback but the email link on their tracking website would not allow to send as two required database fields would not accept the link's own formatting. After 45 minutes on the phone with "customer service"and 3 people including a manager, I was told that this particular delivery pathway was requested by the sender. Patently ludicrous! I'm sure shipper requested ground shipment, but that does not equate to this stupidity. I was also told that customer service did not have any alternate email to phone number to communicate with the company, the customer service manager did not have an email for purposes of getting that alternate info, and to call back and speak to someone else on Monday. I've worked customer service for a major corporation and this kind of response would have been grounds for dismissal. I've had other issues with FedEx from the receiver end before - no delivery on Saturday, pickups end at 4:30 weekdays, no way to request a different delivery date or location unless shipper requests. And similar "we can't help you" on the phone. I've actually had packages returned because of this kind of blind inflexibility. Clearly to FedEx the only customer they see is the shipper.
This kind of stupidity should never be rewarded. From now on I will request any and all shippers to use ABSOLUTELY ANYONE but FedEx -regardless of cost. I will also recommend you and any other company I do business with adopt the same policy. I am still happy to do business with Breaks, as you have fair prices and some lovely plants I want

FedEx drivers

My husband & I were on vacation this week & encountered 2 situations with FedEx drivers that were very unsafe. One occurred in Southaven with the driver of the FedEx truck staying in the passing lane going less than 55 miles an hour in a zone that was clearly 55. He refused to move and cars had to repeatedly pass him on the right side.

The second situation occurred on highway 50 going toward Lynchburg, Tennessee. The driver of the FedEx passed in a no passing zone with traffic coming. He attempted to pass earlier & ran a car off the road. His tag # is 47 2577. I have the picture of this & it does not need to go unaddressed.
