Package scheduled for "Home Delivery" today, January 15. Have watched the tracking updates closely, as this is an urgent package.

Situated myself literally 5 ft. from the front door, with inside door open with only a full-glass storm door between me and the outside. Check tracking at 8AM - package on schedule. Check tracking at 11:30AM - "delivery exception: customer not available or business closed". This was supposedly at 9:55AM. Umm... no FedEx truck has even been on my road all morning. I can speak from my own watching for this urgent package.

Customer service phone call only slightly helpful. She put in a "request" for a re-attempt today, but cannot guarantee anything. Would not connect me to local office to speak to manager, said I would have to call back if package doesn't show up today. Of course, that puts the call after business hours - so that doesn't help. If it doesn't show up today, they will reattempt Tuesday, January 18... 3 days too late and a major inconvenience.

She also said the option to pick it up at warehouse would not be available until next week.

The above tracking number package was to be delivered Monday 6/26/2017 I get an email with (1. Customer not Available or Business Closed Door tag will provide the time and address of the FedEx location where you may pick up your shipment, and also indicate if another delivery attempt will be made. ) My father and I were sitting out front at this time working on his lawn mower. never seen a truck and there was no door tag. I called CS and got the same run around That the package way back at the terminal and the driver was gone for the day their way nothing could be done. 6/27/2017 at 255 PM I get an email saying it was delivered funny because my father, one of the guys from across the street was still out there working on the lawn mower. Never seen a FedEx truck van car nothing check the mail box door nothing go to the street over because they have delivered stuff for me to the 2313 over there and nothing. call FedEx. of Couse 3pm and the driver is gone for the day. so, someone that night talked to the driver he said he left it behind the sliding glass door well we done have a sliding glass door we have a screen glass door. So again, this morning back on the phone calling CS the lady at the terminal and nothing get online chat and they tell me the driver will be back in that area this afternoon I'm sorry I paid you to deliver this on Monday by 8pm not try to find it by Wednesday whenever you have time. So, there are two checks in that package for 32000.00 that now i can't pay my bills I've had to stop payment on them because the company sending them only do check run on Wednesday at 1130 est so now I have to wait till next week to get them and FedEx don’t care they can’t even call me back and I’ve tried calling FedEx corp I'm still here on hold with them they are again trying to get a manager at the local terminal been stilling here 24 mins waiting. FEDEX has gotten to big and don't care.

My complaint I'm sure is small banannas compare to others, but I have to vent. I ordered a large package which I could not purchase locally because I have no way of hauling it. I took the day off of work, today, to ensure that I do not miss delivery. I heard a vehicle coming up the road, looked out the window and watched the delivery driver drive up my road, turn around in the circle and drive right past me, no stopping. I called customer service concerned that this may have been the driver with my package, the agent said not to worry it should arrive shortly. I checked the tracking online multiple times and ended up seeing the driver said I was not home. So I called back. The customer service agent was polite and did everything she could. She ended up transfering me to the local office where I spoke with another woman who said she knows the driver and he is not that kind of a person. So I guess that makes me a liar. Apparently the driver called in saying that he stopped and has a door tag number and cannot come back. A door tag number says nothing about the driver's activity, only that he scanned a piece of paper. So basically I paid FedEx to deliver a package to me, I lost an entire day's pay (and wasted hours watching for him) and ended up just being frustrated and upset.

I have the same problem today. Today is June, 2. Yesterday I supposed to get the package, I was checking the status all day long and At 6:13 they update the status where I found that they were here and nobody was home! First of all that was my work location and I was at work all day from 9 a.m. Until 8p.m. The door was open all day, and nobody came there. Ok, if the driver said that nobody was home, so why he didn't leave even a note?!?!?! I called FEDEX. They apologized about it and asked me to wait for the next day to redelivery my package and now to my home address. I was checking the status of my package the same all day and finally at 6:13 they made an update that I was not home again. I called them, but this is really impossible to do anything with them. Very bad delivery drivers!

You are not alone. I found a final delivery attempt notice on my door on Tuesday, confused that I had not received the first two delivery attempt notices. I called, they said he had attempted to deliver 3 times already. I have 24 hour video surveilance, which showed only 1 attempt. I think this is a bigger problem than one or two isolated incidences...I get the feeling many drivers are cutting 25% of their work load by saying "delivery attempted."
