Misepresenting themselves as official government agency
Just received a phone call from "Officer Bob Barker" Badge # [protected] claiming he was a federal agent. I asked him specifically which government he represented and he answered "United States of America".

01/10/12 8:50am...caller with a very strong accent identified himself as "Officer Kevin Smith" with the Federal Crimes Investigation Department...he greeted me then wanted to tell me that he was to investigate a complaint against my social security number...he wanted me to confirm my ssecurity number. I refused and he became angry and got really loud...i advised that the calls were recorded as I searched his info online which led me to this page and complaints similar to what I was going through...this is too much. He got mad when he realized that I was not only recording his call but that I was online looking him up...he then threatened to speak with my supervisor. I then told him that his threat is exactly what I wanted recorded and I wish him a good day...and hung up...he called from a private number...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
[protected] called me 9 time between [protected] telling me my SS# was being investigated by the Federal Crime Investigation Dept. and I needed to call them back. Never did, but may just to screw with them! It's so fun! Definitely a scam, don't give any info to them!

I received a phone call from someone who barely spoke English claiming that I owed money to an internet loan company. The guy said his name was "Jack Justice." I was suspecious from the start. Okay I admit I made this up about the piggy because when my wife called the piggies on me for demonestic violence he arrested me and put me in a cell for the weekend. My wife said she does not care that I hit her but called the pigpen when I hit my nine year old daughter and said that was the straw that she would not have me hitting her daughter. But her son should be arrested too she told him what was happening and he threatened me when he found out I was abusing his mother and half sister. They that piggy Bob Barker did nothing about that.
