FDS DISPOSAL INC / Company demands payment for services never rendered
In addition to raising customer pricing over $10 dollars this month after having this service since 10/2007, the management exhibit no control over its employees. The employees pick and choose when or if they pick up your refuse, and how much of it they want to remove. We have gone out weekly to find trash left along the roadside which was not picked up, trash cans that were full of trash, broken trash bags they broke then left on the ground with the remains of the garbage that was in them. Numerous time employees have been caught searching through our trash bags looking for more than likely personal information by ripping trash bags open then leaving the scattered garbage on the ground or bottom of the can uncollected. Calls to FDS's office to speak with their manager Ina, lead no where. Also calls to the OWNER William Ray and his wife Erin Ray were never returned.
The FDS field supervisor is as much of the problem and the route men. This field supervisor had the nerve to tell us that even though ripped garbage was lying in the bottom of the trash can, along with the trash that came out of the bag, it was our problem to have it removed. He stated FDSs employees were NOT responsible for taking trash cans and dumping them into trash trucks. He continued making excuses trying to claim that non existent use of paper bags were the cause even though trash bags are made of plastic, not paper. Obviously he was looking to use some excuse to cover his rear end along with that of the collectors/drivers for their lack of performance on the job.
FDS's supervisors behavior and that attitude is why FDS should be avoided for your waste collection needs.
Its obvious the company condones poor employee service due to its lack of follow through and refusals to correct problems even after repeated attempts by customers to do the same.
Yet the companies demands payment even for services never rendered.
Seems this is the norm of American business today!
