FastCardTech Unprofessional

I think that everyone should be careful dealing with them.
A phone I ordered from them arrived broken. Seriously, it was impossible to use. Moreover, it took it over two months to get me which is absolutely unacceptable. I have been hassling with them one month trying to figure out how to return the phone or maybe to replace it (I would be ok with that). I suggest them to find a compromise, but they don't listen to me, behave like stubborn donkeys. So tired of them. This problem is not even a problem, it's nothing and can be easily resolved. But they prefer to make everything too complicated for no reason...

FastCardTech Delivery from the east, 1-small item

My order was online executed and money was paid in full, but shipping stalled (3/15/2017) and is currently stalled (3/29/2017) and mention was made of an additional payment US$9 for shipper SF-Express, although my order is "free shipping." I informed that I paid balance in full and no more money is forthcoming. This morning (3/29/2017), the distributor said they would ask shipper to hurry to send the merchandise, although, I have telephoned SF Express personally and the first report was that the merchandise was in New York USA--it was not in New York, but tracking information only. It is the same. I continue to wait for the shipment. Communication is poor and shipping logistics is poorer.

FastCardTech Fake iphones liés and theft parcel paid never sent

Hi
I opened a company selling iphone with fastcardtech.com as suppplier.
Very bad idea.
Now ive problem with customs and apple who want go to tribunal because they are selling fake (number series are regraved and the apple too) and I dont speak about poor quality, dont think about their 1 year warrantly back its false they have back ur phone and never resend to u or resend u exaclty the same without repair 2 month later!
Other problem if u order 20 units for example u can be lucky receiving 12 or 13 and u will never receive the rest. If u ask them everyday they will win time telling lies or giving u false track numbers
The result now ive exaclty 13 units paid I never received and of course they dont want sending me just asking me I order again and they will sending me 1 by 1
Of course ive many proof about what I say if u want u can ask me by mail

Really trust u wont make money working with them only receive big problem
By the way I ask every angry customer like me contacting me because tomorrow ive a convocation to customs office with apple too
Together we can hurt this dishonest company, lets do!

Make like me report their activity on governement counterfeit office!

FastCardTech Phone

I ordered an iPhone from Fastcardtech and had a terrible experience with this company. My issue wasn't resolved and they don't seem to care.
When I received my package it obvious that it was opened! I opened the box and realized it was empty. Phone was missing!
I contacted Fastcardtech right away and explained what happened. They refused to help and said that was not their responsibility. Can you imagine that? I was so sad and stressed out and had no idea what to do. They said that I should blame the shipping company and need to contact them. I tried to resolve the matter myself but wasn't able to do anything. Fastcardtech said they had nothing to do with that and post office said the same thing! Terrible scam, these people are real cheaters!

FastCardTech There is no way to contact customer service!

Have ordered a mobile phone from www.fastcardtech.com and received a tracking number. But I was not able to track my order because the tracking number they gave me was invalid! I contacted them to get some help but they ignored me. Then I asked PayPal for help and later they said that they also could not reach FastCardTech customer support! What kind of scam is this if even PayPal can do nothing? People, avoid this place and save your money. I lost $200!

FastCardTech Refuse to give refund

I bought a HDC galaxy siv 2 months ago, last week the phone shut off, have tried both batteries but it is not working. On the website they write back just saying to contact via email, i have done so 5 times with no reply. There is a one year waranty on the phone and they are refusing to change the phone, i will not let this go and will fight until justice is served!

I ordered the phone from the site of S8 that LENOVO A7600 arrived at 29.04.2016. always shoot a video, which I get to avoid being cheated. After opening the package, I saw that they send an old used phone without protective patches, heavily scratched, not working touch screen not working OS LEWA (which is not the original operating system on LENOVO) maker LENOVO needless stated to apply the warranty on the phone has to be with the original operating system on a Lenovo. I tried to talk to the fastcardtech.com customer service, but I lied and humiliated for 20 days, that they were going to return my worker 10 $ phone. I sent them a couple of times video for proof that the phone is not working, but there was no answer. I opened a dispute through Pay Pal, and the decision was in my favor, but you have to give the old, scratchy not working phone for which I paid 20 bucks out of pocket for transportation. For me it's not normal to pay for a new phone to get the old phone is not working, and to pay the return and no one is interested in what had happened, provided that the phone must be in warranty. 20 day nobody offered me a replacement or repair it tells me is fully aware of what they sent. Acknowledged that they sent the wrong phone for repair and that was their mistake, broken phone from one month in the Chinese post office but they didn't take it because you have to recover the money, the nerve of this hoax did not stop here, my pal pay dispute closed with the lie that trakink number is invalid without me warning and most helpfully given them my money in their pay pal account so participated in the theft of my money write boldly without worrying because I have collected evidence and I have informed corresponding services. I went to read the review for this site here
and I was surprised at how many people have lied not working with old phones scheme of fraud and it is this part and pay pal who must protect the buyer money by stealing all the Money. deceived must be returned and the deceptive site closed.

I know this fastcardtech team from facebood community, These guys share the problems from time to time, I Just followed the link to www.fastcartech.com . The frist i see this website, I was surprised, price so low .

The item that i ordered is HDC Galaxys Note 3 N9000 .
It took 7 days to delivery, really fast, out of imagine, phone came in good condition .
It is really amazing phone, although i did not get my memory card, But they promied to refund me .
After all, Eveything is perfect, They are doing a good job, I will definitely order from in the near fure .
