I ordered an iPhone from Fastcardtech and had a terrible experience with this company. My issue wasn't resolved and they don't seem to care.
When I received my package it obvious that it was opened! I opened the box and realized it was empty. Phone was missing!!
I contacted Fastcardtech right away and explained what happened. They refused to help and said that was not their responsibility. Can you imagine that? I was so sad and stressed out and had no idea what to do. They said that I should blame the shipping company and need to contact them. I tried to resolve the matter myself but wasn't able to do anything. Fastcardtech said they had nothing to do with that and post office said the same thing!! Terrible scam, these people are real cheaters!!

And i Forgot in ùr case its simple They just sent to Ù an empty box and told Ù it wasnt their fault
