Fashionphile Exceptional Experience

Loved everything about my purchase. I caught a discount code, and was able to pay for my gucci belt in increments which made it attainable. My belt was delivered within 3 days which was impressive. When I opened the box everything had my smiling from ear to ear. From the confetti detail, the box for my item instead of just sending the belt in a dust bag alone was all impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed how they even put tags on my belt because it made it feel like i bought a brand new belt rather than preowned. The belt was in meticulous condition also. I am pleased above and beyond. Im officially a fashionphile fan!

Fashionphile Excellent shopping experience

Great customer service. Client service rep was very helpful on the phone when I called to ask a question about the item I wanted to purchase. Shipping was fast and the packaging was beautiful--like something out of Sex and the City. I have shopped with Fashionphile for years, but I used to walk into the Beverly Hills location on Wilshire Blvd, before Carlsbad and NJ warehouses were open. The prices have increased significantly, for what seem to be harder worn goods, but the demand for vintage/used luxury accessories has increased over the past decade as well. Overall, I love the new CHANEL tote, and I will be purchasing from the Fashionphile site again soon!

Fashionphile Officially Addicted to FASHIONPHILE!

A 1994 LV Keepall 55 Bandouliere was my first purchase from FASHIONPHILE.
The online pictures showed it to be in exceptional condition for its age and with a 30 day return window I figured it was worth taking a chance on a pre-loved bag (I'd only ever bought new) It arrived in just a few days and upon opening I could not believe my eyes - it was near perfect. I mean of course you could tell it had been used (um hello 1994) but it was in better condition than I could have imagined. I am so thrilled with my purchase and the amount of money I saved vs buying new. In fact, my new favorite past time is stalking the "new arrivals" so I can fall in love and buy again

Fashionphile Better than TRR

I always check out this site first to satisfy my hunger for designer bags. They are authentic and the prices are competitive. Mainly, you can put things on reserve and give yourself a few paychecks to complete your purchase, but most important to me you can return a bag for a refund. The site I used to give my business to, TRR, doesn't allow returns on any bags. You can measure and think of how and where you'll use it, but I feel you need to see something that's an investment piece in person before making 100% commitment. I also love that when you open the box, the packaging is like receiving a beautiful gift!

Fashionphile Absolutely Beautiful & Brand New

Just received my Loewe Puzzle bag in tan and... I'm speechless! I've wanted this bag for years and finally bit the bullet. It's definitely an investment, but one that will pay in dividends years to come. It arrived beautifully packaged and wrapped - all the care in the world taken to make this purchase feel as special as possible. I will also say, in comparison to other resale sites where they just chuck your purchase in a crappy little dustbag and dump it in a box, Fashionphile took such care through the entire process. WOW. Customer for life! And not only that, but the bag itself is virtually brand new and I saved hundreds off the retail price. AND it's a sustainable way to shop! What's not to love?!

Fashionphile Perfect Like The First Time Around

The site is always easy to access and search. Found what I wanted and watched it for a few weeks and when I found the price was right, I purchased it! It was such amazingly quick shipping and arrived within less than a week coming from CA to Toronto, Canada. So impressed during these times too. Payment for duties is easy as well as I get notified through text/email and pay online. I always pre-calculate the amount before buying to know I am actually making a savings vs buying brand new. Never had an issue and packing is always substantial to make sure delivery is smooth and unharmed to the items. Tracking is always on time as well. Would definitely recommend Fashionphile as they have the largest selection with great savings, for the most part.

AMAZING! I found your site by mistake looking for pics on a burberry i was looking to buy on mercari. I was SO, SO, SO HAPPY to see your bags available, the rating system, photos and most important THE LAYAWAY OPTION! Your prices are incredibly affordable. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on mercari, i can provide my buys if you need! After finding you I will never look on Mercari again! Never! I have never liked poshmark as a buyer and especially a seller. Poshmark is overpriced, weird and cult like. I do NOT like how weird the live shows are like a popularity contest. One seller Justin Elliot Luxury Live is AWFUL. He has live " sale auction shows " and sits at an alleged 4 star restaurant and is live eating steak and drinking martinis. He has 100 women in the show professing their love for him like he is famous. He has the same few clients spending thousands of dollars. Weird, I don't like it, because the people in his show are weird with no life of their own. The seller Justin, is ruthless and takes full advantage of this because he takes in the thousands of dollars! Mercari is awful because there is no trust and they have an incompetent staff. Mercari has TOO MANY COUNTERFEIT Tiffany and Co, David Yurman and Burberry. I have been victimized twice. Sold counterfeit stamped Tiffany and David Yurman. I am so happy to find your site! Instant trust! I absolutely wish I found you sooner!

his Business is a joke when it comes to refund process.I have returned a watch with croc strap back to them due to the lack of CI*E certificate required by the custom.*he watch has since been returned and received by them on June 1st.Fashionphile claimed they have issued a full refund to me (5 digits)Is now June 6th, no full refund has post back to my credit card. I feel like I got what I paid for and what I expected. The descriptions were accurate for both items. My only minor disappointment is that I rec’d a UPS delivery notification “ your item is arriving tomorrow” then tomorrow came and I got another update that the item would be shipped tomorrow. They still came pretty quickly- only a minor annoyance. Overall I feel I got a good value for a couple pre-appreciated items

I recommend for anyone buying or selling luxury items is to READ every detail this way you have a full understanding of what you are getting into. The service was exceptional. My delivery was prompt and secure. I was happy that I needed to sign for the delivery. The bag was gorgeous as described! The only thing was that there was a slight order to the bag. Kind of like the smell left in your clothing after cooking. But I'm sure after airing it out it will be fine. I'm also pleased that the pricing and product quality on the FASHIONPHILE site is exceptional in comparison to other sites. Very happy customer!

This was my 1st time ordering from Fashionphile. I used the Fashionphiles Reserve Payment Program. The ease of this will have me coming back for more purchases. I posted a down payment & then had 60 days to make complete payment. This is great bc you dont have to worry about a credit check like those other companies. I ordered a *** Bloom mini pocketbook. They even gave me a 10% off coupon after seeing it in my cart overnight. Once I paid in full I received it on my doorstep within 3 days. It was well wrapped with original dust bag & *** box as well as a Fashionphile dust bag. They included a Fashionphile calendar with my purchase. The bag was in excellent condition as advertised. 5? ?

I just read all the awful reviews and all I can say is I’ve had nothing but great experiences from Fashionphile. Out of all the online luxury resale boutiques they have the best prices in my opinion and offer reserve/layaway. Obviously if you sell to them they aren’t going to give you as much as you could get by selling it yourself on another site. They have to make a profit off it too since they are providing a service. I find their product descriptions are accurate - zoom in on the pics! And ask them questions! I wanted to purchase a LV bag that was missing the key and they provided the lock number so I could make sure I was able to get a replacement key. Overall they will continue to be my top choice when purchasing luxury items.

I was happy with the purse. It was in great shape and I felt I got a great deal. My only issue is that I live in *** and the method of shipment is only through *** That part was horrible. I knew there would be duties to be paid but *** made such and issue, like this had never been done before. After at least 6 phone calls from them and me telling them to just give me the amount and I would pay it the purse was finally delivered 4 days late. To me it should be a simple process not an ordeal like it was. *** should take lessons from DHL - Send an invoice, once paid on-line the item is delivered - no issues. I wish I could have chosen a different mode of delivery. I was very happy with my purchase. I have purchased a few items from them over the last few years and have always been happy. But they should loose *** to deliver to ***!

Fashionphile Scam** Beware Before You Sell them Anything

I was looking to sell one my Louis Vuitton bags. After weighing my options I decided that Fashionphile's offer of $400 was the best way to go. While less than I could probably get by posting it on Posh or Ebay, I figured they would pay out faster with no work on my end. I read the disclaimer that they charged $75 to return an item if it was deemed to be a fake but confident in the authenticity of my bag, never gave it a second thought.
Well, I should have because I receive an email stating their authenticator found "inconsistencies" in the hardware, the offer to purchase was revoked, and if I wanted my Louis back I had to send $75. I asked for their authentication report or some other evidence showing to back up the findings.
Long story short, got my bag back, had it independently authenticated, sent that certification to Fashionphile, they refused to refund my $75 or give anything to back up their findings.
I find it suspicious that they refuse to give any backup for their authentication determinations and have no avenue to dispute the findings either. How many people don't pay $75 to have their item returned? Then these people get a free designer item they can turn around and sell for 100% profit.
Something is off here. Be Warned!

Fashionphile I purchased two luxury timepieces from Fashionphile, not realizing at the time they are not a reputable merchant also

I purchased two luxury timepieces from Fashionphile, not realizing at the time they are not a reputable merchant also not an authorized dealer for this brand. Instead of two timepieces I received two seemingly random bluetooth speakers. I alerted merchant to this with photos immediately the morning of July 15, 2022. I did not receive any response until July 18, 2022 and the response was redundant, asked me for the info I had already provided. Thru my own efforts I disocvered the merchant did nothing with this 'claim' for an entire week, did not contact *** or take any action. A week later around July 22 another individual reported to fashionphile they had received my items and asked fashionphile if I had received theirs. Fashionphile blatantly lied to the other individual telling them I had not received their item presumably because they did not want to alert me to this, causing the other party to not want to participate. The other party later said they talked to a family lawyer and were keeping the merchandise according to FTC rules saying they can keep merchandise they did not request or order. The items I received were picked up by *** on July 22. *** initially told me they had my items and would give them to me, come to find out this was misinformation. *** eventually accepted responsibility and opened a claim but fashioinphile has refused to participate because they do not insure their shipments sufficiently. It was discovered Fashionphile also enters 1LB on all of their shipping labels regardless of the actual weight this to save on freight costs which is an unfair business practice and places *** claims at risk of being rejected. Fashionphile has fibbed, strung me along, made numerous false promises along the way and refuses to issue my refund even after their COO emailed me saying they would issue the refudn multiple times. There is nothing I could have done differently in this case and I am requesting a refund to my *** card.

Via Order *** I purchased a bag from this company as a gift to myself for dealing with a serious health battle. I carried the bag then realized the product was difficult to open and close so returned it within the 30 day return timeframe. The total purchase was $2706.52. Fashionphile decided to not honor the full return price because the tags were no longer on the bad which confirms it is authentic despite me returning the bag with all original packaging, dust bag, even the plastic air bubbles that are stuffed to help the bag sit upright. Instead, they offered me $1856.25 which I accepted in the meantime because in the middle of this my doctor switched my health medication and I therefore needed this in order to pay for it. I accepted on the basis that Fashionphile would hear my grievances and do the right thing since I've been a longstanding customer. If I was docked because the tags were removed and authentication proof was lost, then why did Fashionphile offer me $1856.25 for something that wasn't authenticated? No one has over nearly $900 to give away in this type of climate. I feel robbed and would like for Fashionphile to do the right thing. No one would think to keep a tag on for a product they are trying out. If Fashionphile believes this should be the case then the return window should be closer to 14 days instead of 30 days. I'm certain when it comes to shoes etc no one would keep a tag on when wearing a garment, and realizing its not a good fit. Perhaps I could have been dishonest and reattached the tags myself but this is the thanks I get.

Regarding Quote #***. On January 9th, I submitted my item to FASHIONPHILE for a quote. Approximately a week later I received a quote which I accepted and shipped to fashionphile on January 23rd with tracking #1Z12R0R19094872470. Moving forward to January 31st I did not receive any updates regarding my package so I filed a claim with FASHIONPHILE. They emailed me back stating they could not move forward with the claim as it was never in transit (MEANING I NEVER DROPPED OFF MY PACKAGE). I don't quite understand what that means? I have receipt with date and time I dropped off the package. Also according to tracking it shows *** on the way in ***. So what does that mean? It means *** HAS MY PACKAGE and its on the way. I called *** numerous times and they reassured all packages are sent out and they do not have anything left behind!. I truly don't understand how that doesn't prove the item isn't in transit? Tracking CLEARLY SHOWS IT IS IN TRANSIT AND ON THE WAY HELLO FASHIONPHILE!.

I purchased a Cartier diamond band in October, 2021 from Fashionphile, then had a quote in October 2022 and mailed it back with Cartier original certificate and Fashionphile certificate. Fashionphile returned the ring saying the engravings have been worn. I wore this ring less than 10 times last year, I didnt see any difference in the engravings than the status I received it. Do they just find excuses to contest the authenticity of the ring? The worst part is, when they return the ring, they didnt return my Cartier certificate and Fashionphile certificate. When I contacted them, they said they never received it.

Fashionphile sold me a FAKE handbag. I purchased a White *** Handbag from the company's website on 1/22/23. After receiving the bag, I noticed several inconsistencies with the online description and that it was severely altered. When altering a chanel bag, the value is significantly decreased. The bag was repainted and all of its *** was replaced. I noticed the lining and zipper was also replaced. The bag was no longer authentic as I received second and third opinions about several other inconsistencies. When I reached out to Fashionphile, the ADMITTED within 24 hours that the bag was REPAINTED and several of the inconsistencies were NOT DISCLOSED. They even were not sure that the bag was authentic after i sent pictures. They told me i could only return the item for a refund if I had kept the tags on the item, even though i was within the return window of 30 days. I had given the handbag to a relative as a gift, so of course the tags were taken off. My relative was the one who brought the authenticity questions to my attention. This store is selling FAKE handbags, which is ILLEGAL! They should be investigated and shut down! I DEMAND A REFUND!

I have started a sale on consignment with fashionphile, the item is a purse *** and I have submitted serveral images from every angle of the purse to fashionphile, to prove that the item for sale is on a perfect condition. Fashionphile agree to get it from me for $550, then I ship it to them through ***(fashionphile paying for the lable), carefully set the purse with some filler to makesure it will be safe in the box, and we put fragile sign on the box too. However, fashionphile sent it back to me, when I recieve it, the purse was broken into two pieces, the metal handbar disconnected from the purse. I called fashionphile, and they answered that when they open the box, they are already in two pieces,so they sent it back to me. But I am thinking that someone opened the shipment and broke it, then take some pictures(in attatchment) to avoid the responsibility, then send it back. The reason that I was thinking that way is:1. before I ship it to fashionphile, I upload pictures to them, to prove the purse was good before shipping 2. I made sure with *** to send it safely 3. If when they opened the box and the purse was in two pieces already, then they should not touch it anymore to avoid the responsibility, but on the picture that they provided to me, someone touches the handbar, and the purse was out of the shiping box.4. They cannot provid any video during openning the box, to prove it was broken into two pieces at the beginning. they only have the pictures, but that does not tell the truth.We hope BBB.org can help me to get this deal finished, I want fashionphile pay me the $550 for the purse, and I will ship it to them, or I want fashionphile $300 (market price in my area)for repairing the item.If fashionphile refuse the suggestions from you, I hope BBB.org could help me spread this experience to everybody, because I want all the consumers or customers that deal with fashionphile could have the fair rights to know what they have done to me.Thank you!

Submitted a *** bag to be sold with the company which was submitted December 19 and a few days later I was offered a full price of 800$ for the bag which I accepted. They received the bag since Monday and they still havent submitted the payout of 800$ to me.

I purchased a pre-owned Chanel handbag on Friday January 11th 2023. I paid via PayPal with the monies being withdrawn directly from my account (no credit card) the funds were withdrawn and the order completed. I called on Jan. 16th to see the status of the order and the representative on the phone said the bag had been pulled already and that it was getting ready for shipment, and that it was good news to see the bag had been pulled. She said I would receive notice of shipment soon. I checked back today, 1/19 and I see that the order was CANCELED. I received no call, and zero apologies or reasoning. I received an email stating my order had been cancelled with zero explanation. *** ordered two *** end bags previously and Im livid. This is a high profile establishment with a reputation to upkeep. What happened? Was there an error? If so, why wouldnt I be notified and given the opportunity to negotiate for the bag? This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Ive had my eye on this particular bag for *** just waiting for the right one to come along. I purchase it in cash and Im told its almost shipped and it disappears off the face of the earth? Also, your live chat does not work. I ask for a live agent repeatedly and just as Im about to be connected you end the live chat. Its 2:13PM EST and Ive been in hold for 28 minutes just to speak to a representative when the hold time is supposed to be zero minutes.

I got an quote offer from FASHIONPHILE with my birkin25 and I dropped off my handbag on 01/05/2023 along with FASHIONPHILE label and once the bag was handed over to *** there was no movement on the tracking. I've waited a week and contacted FASHIONPHILE since *** told me they can't assist me since it was not a label that I bought. *** asked for the drop off receipt and told me that a claim has been opened. One day later I received an email from the claims department and they basically accused me of what happened instead of investigating this with *** like they should. They said my package has never left the store which is not true. I called the store multiple times and they assured me the package is not there. I am flabbergasted at the audacity of your company. Is that how you treat you customers? Based on my experience and the other complaints, it appears that FASHIONPHILE is engaging in deceptive business practices at the expense of consumers. The package was either lost or stolen and I'm sure of it since there are some inaccuracies on the shipping receipt and I can't do anything about it since it was not my label. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS!

I received quotes for two pairs of sunglasses. The sunglasses were received by *** on Wednesday, January 18. The items still have not been checked in or authenticated therefore delaying payment. Fashionphile I had a item on hold and I paid $70 to place it on hold

I had a item on hold and I paid $70 to place it on hold. I decided I no longer wanted the item. I called on 3/10 to inform them I no longer wanted the item and wanted to cancel the order, they told me it would be a 25% restock fee resulting in a refund of $42.75. I let the representative know the card and bank account number I originally used was no longer valid and was told they could not change it. The only thing I could do is let it go through and get returned and then call in a week and they could mail me a check, this was all recorded by the way. So I call 3/18 and the representative told me this was incorrect and they don't do it this way. She said she shows it was sent to the bank and refunded so I need to call my bank. So my question is how do you refund money to a closed account. Either way I called my bank and *** said this company should have ever tried to refund money to a closed account especially since I told them it was no longer open and they don't have any record that this amount came through and they don't have it on hold or pending. *** told me I needed to contact Fashionphile because I need to get the money back from them because as far as *** knows that money bounced back to the company. I reach out to Fashionphile and I keep getting the run around and basically being told it only $42.75, we don't want your money... ok but the problem is, it's my money no matter the amount. I reach out to the representative again all she tells me is that she will forward to the accounting department and I should hear from them. Today, 3/23 I receive a message from the accounting department that says they issued the refund because they have it in their system that way and there was nothing else they could do for me and to contact my bank. So this issue is usually banks don't lie when it comes to money. I am tired of getting the run around from this company, I even offered to call and speak with the bank while on the line. I need this resolved ASAP!

I purchased a chanel bag from fashionphile during their bye2022 sale. They are currently offering 15 percent off specific handbags. My bag was included in the promotion but the website was experiencing system errors and wouldnt deduct the discount. I sent an email out yo fsshionphile and their automated message stated that due to an insufficient number of staff there are response delays. In order to not miss out on the bag i proceeded to put it on reserve as i waited fashionphiles response. Their rep named *** is now claiming that she cant honour the discount because i put the item on reserve and it wouldnt be fair to other customers...huh. how is it unfair to your customers but not fair to me that this issue couldnt be resolved in a timely manner. Fashionphile is now trying to make it seems as if theyre unable to honour the promo code for other reasons. I would like to speak with a manager or executive member of faahionphiles team. If a company makes a misrake or is having system errors they should own up to them. Again i put the item on reserve so as to not miss out on it whilst waiting for customer service to get back to me. I can immediately pay for the bag in full once they honour the discount.

I was given a quote by fashionphile for a Medium Fendi snake leather handbag on 12/15/2022. I Dropped off my handbag on 12/16/2022 along with fashionphiles label. I called fashionphile customer support a few days later to check status of my handbag. I was advised by a gentleman that my item was received, was currently in NY and to allow a few more days for review, authentication and payment to be initiated. I received an email on 12/22/2022 from fashionphile indicating the same information as the gentleman explained to me. On 12/23/2022 I received another email stating I needed to send proof of my drop off receipt to fashionphiles claims department as a claim had been opened for the handbag I sent to them and to allow 14 days for the investigation to be completed. I sent an email immediately along with a photo of the drop off receipt on 12/23/2022. I called Fashionphiles customer support on 12/27/2022 and was advised by a support team member that fashionphiles claims department had a response however, they will be reaching out to me on 1/3/2023. I calmly let the gentleman know that I am very concerned and was very hesitant to do business with fashionphile given some of the bad experiences I read about consumers selling their items to fashionphile. He indicated that my item is insured via their label and I would still receive my payment. It is now 1/3/2023 and I have yet to receive another email from fashionphiles claims department indicating that Fashionphile fully anticipates resolving the investigation by 1/12/2023. It has been a horrible experience with selling my item to fashionphile. I have attempted to be patient and understanding however, it has become ridiculous and now frustrating. I would certainly not recommend ANYONE doing business with them including *** Fashionphile has my item its only right that they send me my payment.

I recently sent a package to Fashionphile for authentication, but it has been over a week and I haven't received any updates on its status. I was told by Fashionphile that the items would be authenticated within 4 business days, but it has been well over that time period and I have received no confirmation or updates. Attempts to reach out to customer service via email have been unsuccessful as they have not responded. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and unavailability of customer service and the delay on authentication process. Fashionphile Fashionphile Review: Great Products, Poor Customer Service

Fashionphile is an amazing website that offers designer bags and a layaway option that makes it possible for people who may not be able to purchase all at once. The concept is incredible and it's great to know that the items are authentic and backed by Neiman Marcus. However, the customer service is not up to par. It seems like they don't care about treating their customers well because the product they offer is good. It's like they have a "take it or leave it" attitude. I have had numerous experiences with Fashionphile and unfortunately, my honest experience is that their customer service is just bad.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's frustrating when they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I had an issue with an order and it took forever to get a response from their customer service team. When I finally did get a response, it was not helpful at all. It's disappointing because I really love the products they offer, but the customer service experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fashionphile FASHIONPHILE Review: Great Selection, Steep Prices, No Welcome Discount

I recently checked out FASHIONPHILE (fashionphile.com) and although I must say that some of the prices for used items are a bit steep, I was impressed with the variety and trendy selection available. However, I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed that I didn't receive a welcome promo code as a first-time shopper who also signed up for their newsletters. I mean, come on, isn't that a common practice these days? Most of their competitors offer anywhere from 15% to 30% off for first-time shoppers to welcome and encourage them to keep coming back.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the quality of their products and the fact that they are authentic, but I just wish they would have given me a little something extra to sweeten the deal. I mean, who doesn't love a good discount?

Overall, I would give FASHIONPHILE a solid 3 stars. However, if they were to issue me a welcome code, I would be more than happy to update my rating to a full 5 stars. It's just a small gesture that would go a long way in making me feel appreciated as a customer.

Fashionphile Fashionphile Review: Good Experience, But Disappointed with Inaccurate Description

I recently made a purchase on fashionphile.com and I must say, I was quite pleased with my experience. I decided to purchase a mini Loewe hammock bag and when it arrived, it was in good condition and properly wrapped. The bag even had a pleasant smell to it, which was a nice surprise.

However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I discovered that there were two extra holes punched on the strap. This was not mentioned in the description of the bag nor were there any photos that showed the extra holes. I was quite upset about this as it would affect the selling price of the bag should I decide to sell it in the future.

Despite my disappointment, I decided to keep the bag as returning it would be a hassle and I would lose out on the postage and custom fees, which were quite a lot. I do love the bag and I hope that fashionphile can be more honest and thorough in the future when describing their products.

Overall, I had a good experience with fashionphile and I would consider purchasing from them again. However, I do hope that they take more care in accurately describing their products so that customers can make informed decisions before making a purchase.

Fashionphile Fashionphile: A Formerly Great Place to Buy Luxury Handbags, Now Struggling with Descriptions and Ratings

Fashionphile used to be a great place to buy luxury handbags, but lately, I've noticed a lot of mistakes in their descriptions. They used to be accurate, but now I see bag names, photos, and sizes that are just plain wrong. It's frustrating to order something and then receive something completely different.

Another thing that's changed is their rating system. Excellent used to mean excellent, but now it seems like they're using it to describe bags that have ink marks and stains. That's not excellent in my book. Very good used to be a reliable rating, but now it's more like good or fair.

I've heard a lot of luxury YouTubers talking about these issues too. They used to recommend Fashionphile, but now they're exploring other resellers. It's a shame because Fashionphile used to be the gold standard in luxury resale.

I think the trust level has gone way down, and that's hurting the brand. As a customer, I want to feel confident that I'm getting what I paid for. If I can't trust the descriptions and ratings, then I'm not going to shop there anymore.

Overall, I think Fashionphile needs to step up their game. They used to be great, but now they're slipping. If they want to maintain their position as the top luxury resale site, they need to fix these issues and regain their customers' trust.

Fashionphile Disappointing Experience with FASHIONPHILE: Cancelled Order and No Refund Received

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with FASHIONPHILE. I was excited to purchase a beautiful bracelet for my daughter's birthday, and eagerly placed my order on December 17th. However, to my dismay, my purchase was flagged as suspicious by the company. I understand that it was close to Christmas and I was sending a gift to someone who lives on the other side of the country, but I was still disappointed that they didn't reach out to me to confirm the purchase.

To make matters worse, instead of contacting me, they simply cancelled my order. I was left without a present for my daughter's big day, and to add insult to injury, I still haven't received a refund as of January 3rd. This was supposed to be a special gift for my daughter's 18th birthday, and I feel like FASHIONPHILE ruined the occasion.

I've tried calling the company multiple times to resolve the issue, but I haven't received any response or update on my refund. It's frustrating to say the least, and I'm beyond disappointed with the whole experience. COVID-19 has already ruined so many things for us, and now this has added to the list.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend doing business with FASHIONPHILE based on my experience. It's important to be cautious when making purchases online, but it's equally important for companies to communicate with their customers and provide timely refunds when necessary.

Fashionphile Disappointing Experience with FASHIONPHILE: Glitchy App, Payment Issues, and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had an experience with FASHIONPHILE that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While I was able to purchase the item I wanted through their website, the process was far from smooth.

Firstly, I found their app to be incredibly difficult to use. It was glitchy and slow, and I eventually gave up and switched to their website instead. Once I had found the item I wanted and added it to my cart, I attempted to complete the transaction using my Amex card.

However, I quickly ran into issues. Amex informed me that my purchase had been "manually declined for no stated reason", and I was left confused and frustrated. After spending an hour going back and forth between FASHIONPHILE and Amex, I finally discovered that the issue was on FASHIONPHILE's end.

The customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful and seemed to have no idea how to resolve the issue. I was eventually transferred to a male representative who was even worse. He was rude and dismissive, and I was left feeling like my concerns were not being taken seriously.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with FASHIONPHILE. While I was eventually able to purchase the item I wanted, the process was needlessly complicated and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free shopping experience.

Fashionphile Impressed with FASHIONPHILE's Authenticity & Condition, Shipping Could Improve

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with my purchase from FASHIONPHILE. The wallet I ordered was in great condition, just like they said it would be. It even came with the dust bag and proof of authenticity, which was a nice touch.

Now, I will admit that I was a little frustrated with how long it took to get here. I mean, we're talking a month and a half! But to be fair, I am stationed overseas with the military, so I know shipping can be a bit of a hassle. Usually, anything sent priority mail gets here in two weeks or less, but this package was sent snail mail and ended up coming by boat.

I don't want to put all the blame on FASHIONPHILE, though. I'm sure they didn't know about the shipping issues, and I appreciate that they got my order out as quickly as they could. That being said, I would suggest that they look into a better way to ship to military personnel overseas. Maybe they could offer priority shipping as an option for those of us who need things a little faster.

All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely shop with FASHIONPHILE again. Next time, though, I'll probably have it shipped to a family member and have them forward it to me through priority shipping. Live and learn, right?

Fashionphile Fashionphile Review: Beautiful Bag, Wrong Size - Import Taxes Paid!

I recently made a purchase from Fashionphile, an online luxury consignment store, and unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped. I ordered a beautiful Celine teen red bag, but when it arrived, I quickly realized that it was not the size I had expected. In fact, it was a small size Celine bag instead.

At first, I didn't even realize that the size was wrong because I had never seen a teen or small size Celine bag before. The teen bag only has two compartments with no zipper, whereas the small bag has three compartments with a zipper.

To make matters worse, I had already paid the import taxes for this bag since I live outside of the US. Fashionphile FASHIONPHILE's Poor Transparency and Customer Service: A Warning to Potential Buyers

My wife recently purchased a purse from FASHIONPHILE and unfortunately, we had to return it due to a poorly altered and shortened strap. It was disappointing to see that the alteration was not disclosed on the listing, and whoever did the job did not do it well. However, what was even more frustrating was seeing the same listing go back up at the same price without any mention of the altered strap. It's clear that FASHIONPHILE knew about the issue, as we had informed them, yet they still tried to sell it to someone else without disclosing the problem. It's not right to try and deceive customers like that.

Despite this negative experience, I find myself needing to purchase from FASHIONPHILE again for my wife's birthday. They are the only ones with the specific color she wants in stock. However, I am hesitant to do so because of the previous issue we had. It's a shame that a company with such a great selection of luxury items would have such poor customer service and transparency.

I have shared my experience with my wife's friends, warning them to be cautious when purchasing from FASHIONPHILE. It's important for customers to know what they are getting and to be able to trust the seller. Fashionphile Purse

I purchased a LV bag. I only carried it cumulatively about a month, and the emblems began to peel off of the leather. I took it to a LV store and also spoke to the LV customer service and was advised that some type of solvent had probably been used on the leather. I had returned a different LV bag I had purchased from Fashionphile, because the leather was very stiff and supposed to be soft. I was advised then that they sanitize their bags and clean them. Now, armed with this information from the past, I am being told first that they use nothing on their bags and then that they use baby wipes and then they rarely use anything on the leather. It is quite obvious that they did use something to "clean" the bag which in turn has caused the bag to peel. However, they will not take any responsibility for what has happened to the bag; and I am just out of luck, as no one would be interested in a peeling LV bag. Terrible customer service which relies heavily on quoting their "no warranty policy" though that is not what the problem is. It is their mishandling of the bag, as nothing at all should be used on LV leather. This company has grown too much and does too much business now to worry about any unhappy customers.

Desired outcome: I want the company to accept responsibility for their part in the demise of this bag. I do not want to keep hearing excuses. I want a refund or credit.

Fashionphile selling

I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag from Fashionphile and a few months later they offered via email to buy it back. I took them up on the offer, sent my bag back which was received, and received a check on October 14, 2019 for $906.50. I deposited the check on October 21, 2019 but the check was returned on October 25, 2019. My bank explained that the check was returned by the Federal Reserve as a duplicate check. I spoke with several people at Fashionphile and they spoke with their accounting department who in turn spoke with their bank, JP Morgan. Their bank rep and accounting department claim that the money has left their account yet I never received it. Their bank doesn't have the funds and my bank doesn't have the funds. I provided them with a copy of the cancelled check showing that my bank returned the funds. I also provided them with a screenshot of my account showing I don't have the funds. Fashionphile either wrote a duplicate check to someone else or the check was fraudulent. Fashionphile must have insurance or can dispute the charge with their bank and reissue my check but they haven't helped me. I am out the LV bag as well as $906.50. In essence, they stole my bag due to a "bank error."

Fashionphile called my authentic valentino bag a fake

Just got a email saying basically that their so called experts called my authentic Valentino bag a fake. This bag was purchased at Valentino at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. It was also repaired there as a stone fell out.

They charge $75 for their "experts" to authenticate it that you have to pay before they return it to you. Basically they hold my $2800 bag hostage.

I think your "experts" need some expert training. This bag has serial number. Why don't you call Valentino to check it

Fashionphile Bad experience

Ordered a bag from www.fashionphile.com and paid for it. I received a payment confirmation message and everything seemed fine, but about three days later I received a message from Fashionphile and was told that my order was cancelled! I contacted the company to find out what was going on but they refused to explain anything. They just said that there was something wrong with my card. What was wrong? When they took my money everything was ok, and when it came to sending my order suddenly there was something wrong with my card. Clowns!
