Fashion Nova merchandise never received

Fashionnova scammed me out of my money . I made a purchase on April 9, 2018 And Today is April 21, 2018 and still no tracking number or anything. I emailed them 6 times and still no reply . I had 2 day shipping and haven't seen anything yet . They are a Fraud ! I called 7 times and never received a call back. They say they respond to emails within 24 hours! But that was a lie . It's been almost 2 weeks . I reported them as Fraud

Fashion Nova not getting my full return

At the beginning of this month I returned 3 items. 2 of which were part of one order and 1 was part of another order. All 3 items were in the same shipment box with the two desperate return forms. I get an email for the 1 item but not the other two. When I contacted their team because I couldn't supply the receipt for the shipment which I did through USPS I got no response. So I reach out to them again and got a response from a different team member only to be asked the same question and in which I responded the same way and let them know that whether I had the receipt or not it shouldn't have mattered cause I got a refund for one of those items anyways. To say the least I'm highly upset and sad to say I will not be purchasing from this company anymore. Not like they care with success rate but it's just sad cause I've spent so much money and I love the clothes. Just beware when doing returns. Not I'm out 60 dollars.

Fashion Nova delivery

I ordered my 5 items from Fashion Nova on Monday the 16th.. it is now Thursday the 19th and I still haven't received my items. I should mention that I ordered the items with 2 day shipping and still have not received an email telling me that my order has shipped. I also tried to call customer service and no one answered. It is supposedly "the best" customer service out there. I was on hold for 45 min before I decided to just give up.

Fashion Nova unfulfilled order

I placed an order 4/16/2018 before noon with 2 day shipping. My account has cleared for the payment to Fashion Nova, have contacted them several times through e-mail and phone. From what I'm reading through the comments is that they have no obligation to their customers. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth for their marketing seems to promise other wise. I don't even care where my order is at this point and no need for store credit, what I'm more angry with is the lack in customer care.

Order #[protected], placed 4/16/2018 current date 4/19/2018, 2 e-mails & 6 phone calls later (20+ minutes on hold each time)

I ordered from fashion nova on 3/14/18 ! Today is 4/20/18 and not only have I not recieved my order they wont respond to my emails and you can't get through on the phone! I will be getting a lawyer for this company!

Fashion Nova wrong order.

Order [protected] was delivered to me and I was supposed to have a black "pretty girl crew tee" in size 1x and a black and grey making memories teddy in 1x. What I received was a rose colored pretty girl crew tee in size 3x and a making memories teddy in XL! I am extremely disappointed as this was my first experience buying from them after following so much of the company's and their affiliates' social medias. I called and they would not call me back after leaving messages (no option gets you to a live rep). I decided to email on 4/16/18 and they responded on 4/18/18 almost completely disregarding my request to have the return shipping covered. All they said was they couldn't send a return label and to refer to the return policy. This return policy is not acceptable in my situation because I didn't get what I ordered and They would be the ones to pay for the mistake, not me. If I got the wrong size by accident, it would be different, but that is not the case.

Fashion Nova order status

I ordered from fashionnova on April 17th. I paid for 2 day shipping. I checked the status of my order and it still says unfufilled or paid. They have yet to even package my items. They are supposed to be delivered today, April 19th. I have. I have no clue where my items are. But, they surely did take my money. I've tried contacting them several times. No one answered my emails. I want their corporate office phone number!

Fashion Nova cancelling my shipment

I placed and order with fashion nova and received and email shortly after that it has been shipped. Then a day after it was supposed to arrive I got another email saying that there was an exception with my order and that it was cancelled by the sender. I've emailed fashion nova several times but no reply. I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to do.

Fashion Nova still haven't received my order after emails with customer service

I order my items on April 5 with 2 day shipping and still have not received anything! When I check my tracking I still see same message from April 6 that "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item"! When I contacted the customer service through fashion nova website I get the standard email that "your order will be updated within 24 to 48 hours"! Here it is April 18 and I have not received any information on my order. This really has been frustrating for me because I had plans on wearing this out fit a week ago and had to spend more money to get another outfit for an event! FASHION NOVA HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ALSO LIE ABOUT THE 2 DAY SHIPPING!

Fashion Nova canceled item and still charged

I ordered 3 jeans and you guys canceled my order and I still got charged for the items even though I didn't receive it. I want my money back or I want the jeans I paid for to actually deliever this time. I've never had any problems with them but I paid extra money for 1 day shipping and having it never arrived is really annoying. I'm not going to shop here anymore and I shop here a lot.

Fashion Nova I placed 2 different order and never received

I placed two different orders on April 9th and 16th and both my order I had an issue with the delivery. The first order I must say was the postal service that lost my package and I never received, and my second order fashion nova cancelled my order. I paid for expedited services, but they never sent it. Please I need some help with these orders. I have try to call and email and no response.

Fashion Nova return

I finally got into the hype of buying from fashion nova and was only met with an unprofessional business. I returned my package perfectly, the tracker says it got delivered but I still haven't recieved my store credit. No one has responded to my email either and they don't have a contact number that'll let you speak with someone, it's just a message. If they don't solve this problem I won't shop from them ever again.

Fashion Nova incomplete product received

I ordered a next Gen velour jacket-vintage violet on 28th march 2018, it was clearly mentioned in product details that it contains Basic Velour Hoodie Jacket, 2 Front Pockets, Front Zip Up, Drawstring Hoodie, Matching Set To Pair with "Next Gen Velour Jogger", 80% Cotton 20% Polyester. But when I received my order on 9th april 2018 I got only a pair of joggers not the jacket with a return card and a coupon thats it. I request you to send the complete order on the given address as soon as possible.

Fashion Nova product never received

Worst online experience ever! so, i'll like to start off by saying i have purchased from fashion nova before and haven't had an issue until now. This complaint is about the principal of this situation! fashion nova should not be a running business. I've made a purchase 3/4/2018 was charged on the 4th but the merchandise wasn't sent out until the 3/6/2018.
On the 8th i received an email stating that my package has been "delivered" so i go check to see if my package has arrived but nothing. With fashion nova being advertised as they are i thought this would be no issue but i was wrong! i contacted fashion nova and they basically are saying its usps problem i have to take it up on them (craziest thing i ever heard why should we be help responsible for something that's out of our control)
i reached out to usps and they stated the receipt provided from fashion nova isn't enough information to get my refund (but it gets crazier) a day or two later i receive an email of a e-gift card for not even my full amount, but again im trying to be understanding why i go to make a purchase and it says the e-card has no funds! what company sends you a new "gift card" with no funds?! sounds like a scam!
at this point im tired of talking to mario and maria (customer care reps.) they are literally robots repeat the same thing like as if im illiterate. Usps don't care for it in their eyes we should be taking this up with the sender but the sender is saying this is an issue with the carrier. Im tired of this run around i need a solution and fast! this is false advertisement fashion nova makes it seem like as if they're all about customer care but they aren't i've provided fn and usps with everything they've asked for but still no way out of this mess.

Fashion Nova not getting my item

I have ordered a dress from fashion nova and the next day the status said its on the way and yesterday it said delivered front door when it has never been delivered. I have been reading a lot of complaints about the same issue. The delivery people either lie and don't drop off the product and do something with it and claim they delivered it or there is something fishy. I try contacting them no one is responding . Worse store and service ever!

Fashion Nova #[protected] my order that was never received

On March 19th 2018 I Purchased a order for $214.11 order number #[protected] tracking number #9405510205369032711676 and I NEVER recieved it for 3 days it stayed in the same one place in Los Angeles so after 2 times of emailing them 3 days later they messaged me back and said my order has been shipped back to them and that I will be credited but after 2 days I emailed them again and they Never replied back it is now April 3rd 2018 and I still haven't heard from them and I messaged them 3 times since then .i ordered from them multiple times this was my biggest order that I ever did and that was first time I ever experienced this with fashionNova I even tried to call the number that I searched for registered for them and I still didn't get no where with that number .My name is Ashley Bobo my email is [protected]@yahoo.com and phone number [protected]

i am very upset and can't believe this is happening to me, i ordered 15 items march 29, and am just getting the items April 9. i notice the bag was very light for it to have 15 items in it, this is not my first time of ordering from you fashionnova, so i know what big order feels and look like. i also saw a message from USPS saying DAMAGED IN HANDLING, PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES RE WRAPPED AND REPAIRED AT MN DC MEMPHIS, TN. i had to record myself while i open the bag because i figured something was not right with the weight of my items. only to open and find out i was sent 6 items out of 15 items i paid for. i am VERY UPSET AND I NEED MY MONEY OR MY ITEMS BACK. ONE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS STRESS AFTER PAYING FOR HIS OR HER ITEMS. i have video of me opening my items and its too large to send on here. I have filed a claim with USPS and still nothing as been done. I shouldn't have to go through this run around to get my money or my items. As a well know company, there should be a way out that your customer dnt have to stress over anything. I need someone to look into this matter and get me my money or my order back. Fashion Nova order ‭[protected]‬ unreceive despite tracking saying left as authorised? I would like my money back please

Hello

I placed ‭[protected]‬ a few weeks ago as wanted dress to arrive with my in uk before my birthday next week

I am very upset that I have waited this long and still haven't received despite tracking suggesting this has been left as authorised? I'm not even sure what that means

I've checked around my house, by bins etc and with neighbours who say they haven't received in my absence at all? A card wasn't even put through my window so I refuse to believe any package was left at all

I would like my money back please

Fashion Nova 7 items order # [protected]

Purchased items and never received my tracking number was charged 240.92 for order # [protected] if someone can please resolve my issue would like to track what I paid for i've been emailing fashion nova email but they keep telling me that they only see one order number and that it was delivered already that is correct I received my second order it also came with tracking number but my first order never came with tracking number this order number [protected] needs to be resolved and tracked I paid for items that totaled up to 240.92 and I never received my tracking number it's been pass 48hrs I made these purchases on the 30th of march only received one delivery I need other items I paid for order number [protected] again I sent screenshots of proof of purchase and when order number was given to me as well highly upset hopefully problem is resolved or I would like my 240.92dollars back

Fashion Nova shipping, customer service

I ordered 3 items from the website, including 1-day shipping and when I got my packages it had nothing that I ordered inside. I emailed Fashion Nova three days ago asking them if they could send the items I payed for and nwvwr got an reply. I called their customer service phone number and they had me on hold for a while. Now I am out of 40 dollars.

Fashion Nova worst customer service ever!

I sent several emails along the last 3 week in regard or my lost order and I still didn't received a reply to any of them.
I placed an order on the 2nd February and the delivery company used apparently left my order unattended. The delivery status said my order has been left at "the poarch door" and which I don't have at all in my building!
After contacting YODEL they confirmed me the driver lost my order, therefore, i have been told from the customer service advisor to contact fashion nova and explains the whole situation. Moreover she asked me to mention to fashion nova customer service to contact her directly in order to speed up the procedure as they already investigate on my case.
And that's exactly what I did. Vicky one of your customer service advisor sent me a form to fill up in order to start the whole procedure and after forward the form back I didn't receive any more information on my case.
I'm working in customer service an I am not used to complain but this situation is absolutely ridiculous and is the first time that I'm in such a frustrating situation.
Without considerithe money I spent on clothes I will probably never receive!
