Fashion Nova shipped my package to the wrong address than the one on file. its impossible to contact them by phone and completely unhelpful by email. i was told in my email attach that fashion nova is not responsible for orders after it ships. so even if they accidentally ship your order to an address you have never heard of it is not their fault. THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING FROM THEM, THE FIRST TIME THE PRODUCT QUALITY WAS HORRID BUT I WASN'T AWARE OF THE NO REFUND POLICY SO I HAD TO USE A STORE CREDIT AND ORDER SOMETHING ELSE. NOW I CANT DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK AS THIS WAS STORE CREDIT PURCHASE AND I AM OUT $200. ORDER# #8412641 AND #8312696. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE THE WORST. THEY DELETED ALL MY PRODUCT REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE AS WELL, ANYTHING THAT WASN'T 5 STARS GETS DELETED. VERY DECEIVING.

I placed an order for some items that I wanted for homecoming on October 11, 2017 and for two day shipping. It’s now the 17th and my order was refunded without my knowledge for no reason. I still want the items I paid for and the customer service system isn’t helpful at all. I place an order (order# 8452902) and paid for expedited delivery because I needed the dress for my birthday brunch on Sunday. I received the package within a day and a half. The problem is the dress that I needed (the reason why I paid for expedited service) was not in the box! I received an email today offering me a credit because the dress I ordered is no longer available. I want my money refunded to me plus the extra money I paid for express shipping. I had to spend my day Saturday going from mall to mall trying to look for a replacement for my dress that never came. I have made several purchases from your company.And I am so discussed with this entire experience. Please rectify this matter immediately.

Very important ordered since October 7th and nothing sent since October 9th and I'm traveling for my bday on Oct 18th. I'm speechless.
I understand it's the 6 business day, however according to this chart it's still in transit since Oct 10, this one even worst didn't leave the state yet... and I have an international flight this coming Wednesday and I don't know what to do at this point? 1st time customer.. worst customer service ever because your website says there is no Carrier Services on my end when you guys shipped all over the world I sent you an email no reply and I'm stuck and you guys don't pick up your phone like what is this kind of services?

I would never advise anyone to buy from this website. I placed an order on the 9th or 10th of October. I never received a confirmation email or any details about shipping when it is supposed to be guaranteed 2 day shipping. I emailed their customer service and only received an automated message but no actual agent ever got in touch with me. They took the money out of my bank account so it's not like the order didn't go through. I was hoping my items would've been here by now because I was planning to wear them this past weekend. This is a horrible company and I was a fan up until this incident. I don't think I'll continue purchasing from this company or recommending any of my friends do.

On there tracking website, it said that my oder was out for delivery so I stayed home that day waiting for my delivery. Then I got a notification saying that there was no one to collect the order and that a card was left but no card has been left and no one has come to my address in regards to my order. This is the second day that this has occurred and I'm becoming very stressed. Please can you help me.

I ordered $75 worth of items on 10/11 and was qualified for free two day shipping, well now it's Saturday the 14th and I've gotten no update! No tracking, No shipping, No email back! The phone service is just useless and I just want to receive the items I paid for, how is it taking so long but you took money from my account the same day I made the purchase?
that is so bizarre, i've been an avid shopper there for quite a while.. I know i don't have much "help" or "hope" to give.. One thing i can say as i've watched the company grow is that the shipping process is taking longer and longer.. If you send an email, they'll probably refund you the shipping cost.. if anything, in store credit (it's annoying but thats the only way i've successfully recieved a refund from them).

I placed an order on fashion nova on Sunday October 8th. On the site it states to allow 24 hours for an update so i waited over 48 with no update. i sent an email requesting status as i was hoping to wear most of the item this coming weekend (oct 13 and oct 14). A CSR by the name of Tiffany emailed back saying sorry for the delay but left all of my questions unanswered. I asked her multiple times to have a supervisor call me. I have yet to receive a call or email back. Since the delay was not listed anywhere on the site and my order has yet to ship i am asking for $114.34 refund back to the same for of payment. I am literally having the same issue I ordered 10/7 and received a confirmation email but almost a week later and my order still hasn't shipped. To make it worse I have called 1000 times and can't get through to anyone! How does 2 day shipping turn into 5 days! Unacceptable.

I had bought a dress on the 20th september and I was still waiting for the dress till the 12th of October, they saiy that I should receive my order on the 12th October but I never receive it. I do not recommend this websites. When I send them an email, they say that it should come on the 12th October, I send them many emails but they ask me the same message again about customer care etc. I spend $34 on this dress. I live in Mauritius. The tracking number they send to me does not exist. I really need that dress.

I ordered on October 9th with $147 worth of stuff, I also got 2 day shipping. I received the order number which is 8398467 but never received the UPS tracking number. I've called at least 10 times and wrote 3 emails, I have always shopped here, I just want to know when I will receive my package since I am leaving the country for my wedding in 2 days. I am a customer who shops there constantly and referred my friends and family and will discontinue my business with Fashion Nova if I at least get an update before I leave the country. Please send me at least a tracking number.

They keep sending me a stupid automatic email response. I will be calling my bank and will stop shopping there and tell others about my experience on my channel. This is were I tell most of my clients to purchase their clothing and will tell them to stop because there customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

They're quick to take your money but slow when it comes to actually sending you what you ordered. It took them a month to send me the clothes I ordered and one of the items was missing. Till now I haven't received it nor received a reply other than the automated one. It's been 4 months now!
I don't know what else to do, I want my money back or my jumpsuit!

It has been over a week since I placed my order and, to date, I have not received any word as to what's causing the delay in same being processed nor have I been refunded. Please CANCEL my order ASAP and REFUND my money!

First, i ordered 2 pairs of leggings, I got a confirmation email, saying they would BOTH be here by the 8th. A couple days later, i got an email saying that one pair of the leggings that I ordered were currently not in stock, so i had reorder another pair, pay the shipping and handling once again. I finally got one pair of leggings, and when i tried them on, they were completely see through! I am very upset, and then come to find out they dont give your money back, just store credit, AND i have to pay for the shipping and handling to return. This blows. I will never order something from here again.

I placed an order Saturday. The website gave me an confirmation number but no confirmation email. It also shows that money has been taking from my account for that purchase. I have emailed several times and keep getting an automatic message. I would like to speak to someone to see if my order has been processed or how can I get my money. I have called the 800 number several times and I haven't reached anyone. I also sent several emails but I have not talked to one human being .

I just want to start out by saying I love the clothes that are put up on the website but I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the misleading information on the website. My first purchase from fashion nova was very disappointing. I was not informed that the dress I ordered was out of stock. A few days after I ordered it I was informed that my dress was not available and I would be given an "E gift card" for store credit. It has been two weeks and I still have not gotten the store credit that I was told about. Then i made my second purchase from fashion nova. I ordered a dress on a Thursday and I was promised two day shipping so the next business day would be that following Monday. I was never told about my tracking number or anything. The only email I got was an email that said "finishing touches" were being added to my order. It's been 6 days since I ordered my second dress and I still haven't been informed about anything. The website does not add up to its word. My final issue is the constumer service. Everytime I call fashion nova I'm waiting for about 30 minutes and hung up by someone. Very unprofessional

I placed an order October 4th for a little over $100. I have been calling, emailing, even contact through social media. I have received nothing but the same automated email over and over again . I was guaranteed 2-3 business day shipping. Yet today is October 9 and I still have not received my package. I’m constantly checking my order but the shipment information hasn’t changed since it was updated to “pre-shipment “ making it clear this only means a label has been printed and that the mailing company most likely hasn’t even received my package. This is ridiculous! I’ve called customer service... they just hang up in my face ... I needed these clothes by a certain date ... I can not afford to go out and buy clothes for an event that I ALREADY purchased clothes for... which is my birthday... that I’ve been planning for about two weeks... I ordered these clothes in time to return in case something didn’t fit ... Now I’ll be lucky to even try the clothes on !

If I'm not mistaken I spent several days trying to reach their service. And all of a sudden they answered yesterday. But I didn't get what I wanted.
They only said that their server was down and they need time to resolve all of the issues. In short, it was an automatic email that was sent to all of the customers. I think that's the only email system that works. Unfortunately, it's impossible to talk to it or to send it an email and get an adequate answer. So now I have no idea where is my money, where is my money or whether my order exists or not.

invalid information during shipping
Hello.
My package was shipped the 27 and due to the weekend (non working days I was expecting my package to arrive latest the 3. That day I got a text message from the post office saying the package lacked information or was unvalid, and was therefore required to be held in customs until I sent them information about the items I had purchased.
I payed for quick shipment, and not only had the people sending this package managed to neglect information, I now have to pay 550kr (about 70 dollars) to the post office, which is quite inconvenient considering I already payed extra money for fast shipping, and have waited almost two weeks instead of 2-4 days for my package because of this inconvenience. It is obviously not my fault that there was lack of information on this package, and would therefore like some type of compensation, or my money back for the fast shipping and having to pay the post office, and especially an explanation to why this has happened. I really love the clothes in this website and would like to buy again but I am afraid the same will happen again.

I made a purchase on 8/31/17 and I was sent a size 15 in my jeans and it should have a 1x. I do not know the return policy a friend that shops with guys all the time said it should be a post card of some sort that will give me the info about the return policy. I have wanted to place another but in good conscience I can't because I need this resolved the tags are still attached and they are unworn. Please help and tell me what I can do

Ordered a dress on a Friday, with the expectation that it would arrive by the following Tuesday. When I placed the order it was guaranteed with a flat rate domestic 2-day shipping. That Sunday I was notified that my package has shipped. Later that Monday, I checked the status of the shipment and there and behold, it says I'm not supposed to get my package until Saturday! My event is on Saturday, which means I will have to go out and purchase another dress . I've emailed them THREE times and no response! Also, the customer number that they provided is a joke! I've been hung up on 8 times! At this point, I want my money back and nothing to do with this fraud butt company!

They are The most incompetent online store I've ever had the misfortune to know. I return to items and they only refund me for one then have the nerve to ask me for tracking when clearly I didn't keep it because it was two day shipping and why would I need it. I should've known that fashion over is in capable of doing the most simple things whereas any other online shop whether it be handmade or a big store like Macy's they actually will look up the information. They are so lazy that they won't even look up the order number and track down their stupid distribution center to get the information they rely solely on tracking knowing no one freaking keeps it, they suck so bad. If you're expecting a full refund of your items you're basically accepting nothing. This is the stupidest reason to have a bad comment, because they're too dumb to realize That there's two items in the box not just one and on the return card there are two items not just one meaning I should be getting refunded for two items not just one. Don't buy from them!
