Fashion Nova customer service

I've been trying so very hard to contact someone from customer service, I even went on their social media accounts, sent private messages and I've gotten no response and yet they're posting new stuff like they don't want to answer anyone. I've never had any problems with them before and I'm having a major problem now. All I need to know is where can I find an online valid invoice because I need it. I've been searching high and low on Google and come up empty handed. And they're not answering my questions. Also they're charging me for a partial order which makes no sense. Simply just subtract the cost of the missing item. I didn't ask for a gift card, I want my money back because the two items isn't worth the original total, it's far less than.

Fashion Nova item and customer service

FN is not customer service friendly. OBVIOUSLY an item for xmas is going under the tree...then when gift is opened and realize its leg is damaged you contact them and return (their policy is you have 2 days of receiving to return for full amount back) i only recieved 75% of what i paid and they wont give me my shipping back to them! Terrible company customer service! Pay $28.84 for a damaged item and return shipping and get back only 12.75...

Fashion Nova worst company ever!

My order was supposed to be here after 2 days I have tried calling no one picks up the phone automated system only! FALSE ADVERTISING don't let them fool you! They don't even return your emails! I already reported them to the BBB and I told them that I would! My order was placed on December 29th and now it's January 5th! No tracking number and plus it still says unfulfilled! Never ever ordering from them again!

Fashion Nova I paid for express shipping...

I placed my order Christmas Day. I was given fair warning that processing may be extended due to high demand so, sure, fine, whatever. In my order summary it clearly states the shipping cost is for 2-day shipping. So why is the tracking number provided estimating delivery on the 8th? Doesn't sound like two days to me! It's the middle of the week. Do better boo.
Also, my whole order wasn't even shipped. So now I have to wait for an extra package to arrive when processing took longer than the seven days and delivery is going to take an extra five days for the first one!

Fashion Nova scam

I want a refund, they do not have proper refund policies. Half the stuff I ordered are not being delivered to me, they put more time into finding celebrities to advertise their company and sponsoring you tubers instead of putting consumers needs first and meeting them. This is not the first time and I know one too many people that deal with this issue from Fashion Nova, they are literally scamming their customers out of their money. This is unethical and so unprofessional from such a popular clothing business and something needs to be done. Please

Fashion Nova 3 pants that I ordered that I did receive, order #: 9214424

I ordered and paid 4 different pairs of pants on November 9, 2017. When the box came in there was only 1 pair of the 4 in it. The box was damaged and ripped. I started an email with your customer service and still have not received either my pants or a refund. This is my first experience with fashion nova and this has not been a very good experience. I was very excited to find a company who had pants who would fit my body type and I would love to be able to continue buying from fashion nova but I want to be able trust then when I spend money I get what I pay for.

Fashion Nova I haven’t received any updates on my order or received a tracking number

I ordered my items on Christmas and received a confirmation number that they got my order but no tracking number, today is January 1st. I have called their customer number but it goes straight to an automated voice message nobody picks up the phone and I tried emailing them and they never have a definite answer. I have heard so much bad reviews about fashion nova and how they scam people and not return their money back to customers. I have ordered items from other websites and I have got my items and updated in a timely manner. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Burea. I just wanted my items and to get updates but I haven't and I don't even want the items anymore.

Fashion Nova whole order is wrong!

I'm simply going to stop payment. That's the great part of credit cards. It's not my responsibility to pay for shipping to return items I didn't order. Then they say you need to get a tracking number and for your own safety insurance. So someone else has my order and now most of the stuff is sold out so what's the good in receiving hundreds of dollars in store credit. I emailed them and the customer service rep didn't comment on the order being WRONG, instead they thanked me for being patient. RETURN POLICY. FINAL Sale Items( non returnable, no exceptions) . Please also remember you are responsible for return shipping charges. So that means you send it and it gets damaged or they say it didnt come in and you're screwed. Dealt with ebay enough to learn that lesson. Growing too fast and don't care about customer service!

I'd be interested in knowing if the dispute on your charge card really goes through. Generally a back will temporarily reverse the charge while they investigate, then make a final determination.

Fashion Nova service

I ordered my dresses on November 27th and today we are December 28th. I still didn't receive anything besides my tracking number from the RDD. Nothing was scanned. I called so many times but no one took the phone. This is very disappointed and fashion nova should really improve its customer service department.
Unsatisfied customer.. And I know there are plenty others. You guys will lose customers if you don't fix the problem.

Fashion Nova dress

I hate this place with such a passion. They're a freaken joke! I needed my dress by New Year's Eve and now have to spend more money to purchase another dress. They're customer service is ridiculous! I'll be reporting this company to the BBB! I will never oder one more thing from this place. They're advertisement with a bunch of celebrities is another joke too.

Fashion Nova clothing

I ordered merchandise on December 14th for my daughter for Christmas. Never got a tracking number until I emailed and asked for one on the 22nd. Finally got a response 4 days later on the 26th that my order had shipped. There is no phone number on the emails or on the website to call. I googled the phone number only to find that they do not answer the phones. After seeing the multiple complaints on here I now see why they don't answer the phones. Their phone menu doesn't even give you the option to stay on the line for a customer service rep it just leaves you with a message telling you to go to their FAQ link on their website. My order was enough to have free two day shipping and I still haven't gotten it! Now my daughter has gone back home to NY and I will now have to pay to ship the items to her when or if I ever get them. I will never order from them again. I have also took to FB to let all of my family and friends know not to order from them.

Fashion Nova horrible customer service

I have placed an order on December 13th and it stated that there would be a processing delay up to 7 business days, which I was okay with because this was still more than enough time.Today is December 27th and I still have not received a shipping confirmation. My order has not even been processed. I have reached out via email three times now and have only gotten an automated response, which stated that I would be contacted in 24 hours. I still have heard nothing. I have called the customer service line and once again, cannot get through to a live person, the phone hangs up on me every time. I specifically placed my order for my trip which is this Saturday and it won't be here in time. I am extremely frustrated and will not be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service. what good are good items with horrible customer service. I am very disappointed and want my money back nota store credit.

Fashion Nova worst company ever

I have placed an order on december 4th and after placing my order I got the message that there would be a processing delay up to 7 bussines days. (This message should of being shown before placing my order.) It even took them more than those 7 busines days.

Now it is december 27th and I still havent received anything. The worse thing is that they don't answer your call, you only get their automatic voicemail. (Why would you have a phone number than? Just to make the custumors spend for [censor] I guess) And when you e-mail them you get an automatic message wich don't answer any of your questions because it is send to everyone who e-mails them I think.

They don't care about your stuff, money or time. Those were all orders for christmas & new years eve. And I wont be able to wear them. I also leave in Holland so to send my package back after receiving them will cost me almost €50. Really the worse experience ever. This was the second time ordering with them and the second time it go wrong. One experience worse than another.

Fashion Nova I have not gotten my merchandise

I placed my order the 15th of December and I have yet to even get a tracking number! I ordered from the 2 years ago and got my stuff but now I literally have not gotten my merchandise and I wanted it by Christmas. My order is still unfulfilled and I will be filing a dispute with my bank. The payment is posted toy bank and most of the items I ordered are out of stock

Fashion Nova scam order not even fulfilled

I am beyond irritated right now, I spent a total of 70.89 dollars on my purchase of 3 items during their holiday sale. These items were going to be Christmas gifts... and it has been a week and the company is still PROCESSING my order. It hasn't even been fulfilled. The company just took the money from my bank account and haven't even packed my order yet. I emailed the company and all I get is a automated response, I called their phone number and nobody picks up. I have read hundreds of other negative reviews from people who haven't received their items either, so at this point I don't even want my items. I want ALL my money refunded back to my bank account, NOT onto a CARD for their website. I do NOT want to buy from FashionNova! This website is a scam and so unprofessional I am shocked. I want my money back, I paid 70 dollars for NOTHING to even make it to shipping.

Fashion Nova not delivered package

Hello,
I made an order a month and a half ago ( 9129295 ) and this was the tracking number R000003511709 . On the website it says that it has been delivered November 30th but I never received anything. I've been emailing fashionnova, the post office, rrd logistics ever since and no one replies. It was 560 dollars wasted for nothing. I'm expecting that package to come or else I'll make sure to let everyone know what this company does to steal money from people. You always seem to mess up big orders for some reason. I'm expecting some humanity and comprehension to get my package where it belongs. Thank you!

I've ordered items from fashion nova before with no issue. suddenly they've switched to some shady shipping company called RR Donnelly for Canadian Customers. I received a notice from UPS that I assume is contracted by RR Donnelly once the package crosses the border stating:

We previously sent you a delivery alert for the package(s) shown below. This package(s) will not be delivered as originally scheduled. We will provide you with updated delivery information as soon as we can and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

RR DONNELLEY LOGISTICS

When I called UPS they told me to contact RR Donnelley b/c they had printed a label for UPS but had not provided a package. When I called RR Donnelley's office in Ontario I spoke with a guy who mumbled aggressively into the phone. He provided me some BS number in California that stated the office wasn't open...apparently, the genius receptionist forgot to turn the phone on during business hours.

My parcel is lost, and suprise, surprise - no answer from Fashion Nova whatsoever. I blew over $200 on their merchandise and never received it. Of course they hold no accountability for their shady shipper. DO NOT BUY.

Fashion Nova where is my package???

I'm extremely pissed off I placed my order on 12/14/17 here it is 9 days later an I haven't even received my tracking number yet this is ridiculous. This is my first purchasing from this company an first impressions are every thing !. I was expecting to get my order in time for Christmas clearly not going to happen they should have prepared better for the holiday shopping season the costumer care service sucks they keep sending me these automated apologies about how late my order is ... How about send me my TRACKING # an a email confirmation about it being shipped instead of the same automated apology .

Fashion Nova delays on my order!

So I placed my order on the 10th, it's a dress for a New Year's Eve party. I have not gotten confirmation that it shipped. I've tried calling, emailing, tweeting and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous. I had to purchase a back up outfit for the occasion and it shipped within 24 hours! My order number is [protected] and believe me I'm going to keep trying to get in contact with someone and when I do they're going to hear it !

Fashion Nova there tracking.. shipment and lack of customer service

I ordered my items on nov 24th... On nov 28th I recieved a confirmation that my order is confirmed.

I then recieved an email apologizing that my item hasnt been shipped due to "black friday" and "cyber monday". This email came after me checking numerous times on their site to only see "infufilled" meaning
1. Items sold out.
2. They were still putting my confirmed order together and would shipped once done.

Couple days later I recieved a email with a 30% discount for the "overwhelming"

Then a week later I recieve another email with their " we are ashamed here is 40% for not getting your order to you.
Mind you I had ordered peices to wear to conpany functions. Nothing came and evwrything I ordered not in stock after they took my money now there are no available items.

I finally got 1 package thru ups. But the first package hasnt arrived almost 1mth now.

The post office says that the company gave me the wrong tracking number. So now I am not able to see anything beyond dec 16th.

You cant talk to anybody.
You send emails no replys

Like truly its all nice when they get our money but they have no one to answer a actual phone.

I am past disgusted. Since the start of the year ive gotten fashion nova credit because always out of stock.. I sympathize with you all.

Fashion Nova my order

I placed an order on December 2, 2017 and have not received it yet. I sent numerous of email and have got the same automatic message. Stupid me placed orders after my Dec. 2nd order and received them but still have not heard anything from my previous order. I guess i need to contact my bank to see if I can get a refund. I am so mad. The items ordered was for my birthday on December 16th and it never came.
