I ordered a medium size black tube dress Order#7051799 and i got a white small size jumpsuit see picture below its not even black to say the least.Im very furious what kind of a prank is this.Needless say i shipped back item at my own expense and I have tried to contact them numerous times to no avail they just completely ignore.Im about to sue this company they have gotten away with it for too long.

I ordered 5 shirts and one pair of high waist jeans for a photo shoot happening this saturday. All items arrived except my jeans. I have contacted them over 2o times - mostly by phone, but also by email.in fact, I sent 4 emails and have waited for a reply since 4 days ago and still no response. Their customer service line does not work. For several days during various hours (Assuming they are on lunch or something) I have called and it's the same automated lady's voice no matter what option I choose (1-8). I am pissed and feel this has turned into a scam. I don't want any jeans. I want my full refund. I don't want store credit because I refuse to do business with them ever again. Ladies, take you butts to akira. They are more reputable and offer the same trendy clothing with better quality. They are also affordable.

I returned items to fashion nova in a package with 2 separate order numbers. They responded to one order by providing store credit, but completely disregarded the returns for the second order. I have yet to receive a response. I have sent multiple emails and have called thousands of times and have never been connected to a respresentative! I need my money back for the items returned!

I placed an order on 8/8/2017 I checked my order status and it said unfulfilled and refunded. When I reached out I did not receive answer via email and the 800-866 number does not work. Very dissatisfied with customer service and how they conduct business. Extremely Unprofessional! I will never do business with them again, until this issue is resolved.

I ordered 3 items from this store on August 11, 2017. I received only two items a few days later. However my b black selfless romper that I had ordered has yet to be shipped. Everytime i check the status it says they are preparing it for shipment. Since the 11, really?! I paid two day shipping and that did not make a difference. Ive left several voice messages, emails and NOTHING! If my item is not available, that is fine, but please, please refund or provide me a gift card so that my money has not gone to WASTE! I will never order from here again seeing how they do not care about returning customers calls.

I order the Miss Sequin Black/nude dress on 8/7/17 that order was never fulfilled so I checked the order status and it said it was refunded which I never received the gift card I emailed 4 times no answer and not to mention the 1-800 number doesn't connect you to a live person so they basically took my 45.00 I am very upset and I still want my money back in whatever form is due asap

I placed an order on August 13 I received in emails with the order number. I've tried to go in and check the order status is says that this order number has no shipping information associated with it. It is almost 5 days later and my order has not been shipped . I have called them and have received nothing but their automated system for days I have emailed them several times and no response .

Prior to this incident I was waiting on an E gift card for return that I made I never got a response regarding the E gift card and I called constantly to get information on the E gift card and how to use it no one ever picked up the phone or reply to my emails .

This is very poor customer service after I get a resolution on this order I will not be ordering from fashion nova again and I will make sure that none of my friends or family orders from them Again. And whenever and wherever I'm able to post a notice iI will really be reposting this post so people know that fashion over has the poorest Customer Service there is. And recommend that they not orde from them

I made a purchase two months ago that I never received. I have emailed several times and gotten no response. I reordered the same item again almost 3 days ago and it has still not been shipped. Fashionnova has not returned phone calls, voicemails, emails, or direct messages on instagram.

At this point I am highly disappointed and I want to speak with a manager. If not, I will be forced to take the company to small claims court over my missing packages and wasted money. I ordered other items as well within these packages and therefore, I am furious about the lack of customer service and shipping information.

I would like to know what is happening with my orders?

I have two orders with FN (7088784 & 7018468), The first order was placed on August 9th and the second on August 12th. Here's what has happened since I placed these orders;
Aug., 13 – received an email indicating that order # 7018468 had been shipped.

(The link accompanying this notifications took me to a TNT webpage. When I entered the tracking number provided into the TNT page, TNT reported that the number provided was invalid)

Aug., 13 – received an email stating that two items ordered were unavailable and rather than refunding me for the unavailable items, a gift card was issued. I did not request a gift card.

Aug., 15 - received an email indicating that order # 7088784 had been shipped.

Aug 15., - received an email “ 7088784 is in transit” with a UPS tracking number

Aug 15., - received an email “ 7018468 is in transit” with a UPS tracking number

When attempting to track either of these shipments today Aug 18th, UPS indicates that only the tracking label has been generated and the packages have not been handed over to the carrier. I have sent three emails to FN asking for information concerning my orders however no replies have been received. Furthermore, I have no interest in receiving a FN gift card and request that they credit my Mastercard the $30.05 balance for the unshipped items. Given the extremely poor performance with the processing of my orders, it seems highly unlikely that I would wish to order from your company again.

When submitting an inquiry on the FN website you will immediately receive an automatic reply which contains the following statement "Due to our quick shipping times, we cannot update your address or make changes once your order has been placed. " . Personally I do not consider over a week to be "quick". I purchase a lot of items online and I believe that this is one of my worst shopping experiences so far.

I ordered Monday august 14th & it has still yet to even get shipped. I'm beyond pissed. I ordered the outfit for a wedding this weekend. It said two day shipping so I figured I'd get it Thursday at the latest perfect & in time for me to leave Friday for the wedding. & NO! Ive wasted my money, & I now have no outfit for the wedding. Beyond pissed! Ive tried to contact them through several calls AND emails. NOTHING was returned. Will absolutely tell everyone I know not to order from here.

Order#7033236... I ordered my dabria ruffle dress - rust in large august 10th and a week later they restock again but I am yet to receive my order which was placed first then the second restock! I have called instagram and email and no response at all! since I ordered on august 10th & there was a second restock august 17th I am more entitled for my package before the orders placed on 8/17/17... I dont want credit I repeat I do not want a credit... I want my dress! please ship me my dress

I ordered from the website on Monday Aug 14th, two days later still have yet to receive a confirmation order number/email. I have tried to call and sent two emails. The money is off my card but heard nothing from Fashion nova since purchasing, Your company promotes 2 day shipping.. this is the 2nd time this has happened to me from this company I would like the return of my money.

I am veery disappointed I ordered items a few days ago and have not gotten a tracking number yet I have called multiple times and have gotten voicemail each time I also tried emailing them and they never responded I don't know how to reach them and I really need my items my order number is #7117064 I would love to hear back from someone to know what the delay is I really need those items for a vacation I'm taking .

I ordered a couple of items from there website 08/12/2017 it gave me my order number which is #7097497 it's been 4 days already and I still haven't gotten a tracked number or anything I tried to call but I keep getting an automatic voice mail and I even wrote them through email instagram and Facebook and none of them replied. What is going on? If I don't receive my purchase at least give me my money back spent $135 on there website. If I don't get a reply a law suit is on the way cause this is ridiculous .

I am very disappointed, I have returned 2 out of the 4 jeans I ordered about 5 days ago. Fashion nova still hasnt issued me my store credit, so i'm still waiting. Horrible customer service, I have called so many times and they always hang up! No one ever answers the phone. I have emailed multiple timed and no answer and it's been more than 2-3 days. Very slow company!

So I have ordered a bunch of stuff from fashion nova and I still did not receive it. Actually it's been 2+ weeks that i'm waiting for my order to get delivered. Every time I track my order it says "is in transit" but it's in transit since the 3rd of august 2017? And I have made my order on the 1st of august 2017? I tried to call them but the customer care is [censor]. No one is answering my calls and I have tried to call them like a dozens of time. Plus, I emailed them but got no response. Every time I call I get this automatic message from fashion nova, then it hangs up right away. Very bad service. I tried to sent them a message on instagram, etc. No response.
Well. I hope that I will eventually receive my order bc 180$ usd is a lot of money and money doesn't grow on trees. ;)

I was charged for a dress that didn't ship. Took over 1 week before they issued store credit. I was told the dress sold out which is why it didn't ship, then told it did ship according to their records, but I never got it. I requested a free shipping code since I had to order a replacement and they refused and basically said it was my fault. Bummer

I ordered a pair of pants from fashion nova on 7/23/2017 it is now 8/14/2017 and I have yet to receive anything. The first day I ordered the pants I did get an email giving me my order number and how I can track it but every time I go to track it, it says, "We have accepted your order and we're getting it ready" It is about to be one month later, how much time do they need to get it ready. The shipping I chose said 2 day shipping. I have tried emailing, calling and even messaging them on Instagram but I haven't got any response. I am very disappointed and will never shop at fashion nova again. My order number is 6660647.

Fashion Nova has zero organization and regard for customer service. My wife was invited to all white wedding party and ordered her dress from fashion nova. Every email she received stated that it was on time and on its way being delivered. Come the days after supposed deliver (wife received an email from fashion nova stating it was delivered) and several unanswered emails, finally we get an email stating dress was out of stock and we will receive a gift card in its replacement. We don't want a gift card and my wife was the only woman without a white dress at the wedding party. So, we use the gift card to purchase shoes. Here we are waiting for the shoes after receiving an email stating the shoes were delivered; the mailbox is empty. They lied to us again and are ignoring our emails and phone calls. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeking compensation for embarrassment and weeks of time wasted. What a horrible business.
